Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM MARY!

My heart is filled with great joy for being able to bring you words of comfort, words of Love.

Within your beliefs, your habits, there are those who are not in high vibration, there are those who take you into a world of suffering, pain, and low vibrations. Why worship those who have gone? Why suffer again for those who have gone?

To miss someone will always be there. But the pain must only give way to this feeling. Don’t feed the pain of loss. Don’t suffer for anyone’s departure. Each soul has its own choice. Each soul comes with its own purpose. Each soul defines the time and manner in which it can leave. No, this isn’t a rule, because many times the paths taken by a being can lead them to leave before their time, by their own choices. But when the soul stays close to the path it has set for itself, everything happens as planned.

Be grateful for having met, lived with, and lived alongside the people who have gone. It was part of your journey and theirs, the nearby path; united lives; united friendships. It doesn’t matter how. It was part of their journey. And that was lived. Then you all choose, in a single thought, in a single idea, to vibrate pain and suffering in a single day.

Then I ask you: What does this cause, have you ever stopped to think, how much negative vibration is attracted on this day? How much pain and suffering is fuelled? What for? To show others your suffering? Is it your trophy? Do you need to show that you suffer in order to demonstrate your love for the person who has gone because otherwise, they’ll say you didn’t love them? And what does that matter?

Then I’ll ask you another question: What good is it for the person who’s gone? Nothing. Because your pain, your suffering, takes that soul who was on the path, trying to evolve, onto the wrong path, a path of pain, by seeing you suffer. So you delay that soul’s evolution. But you don’t think about that, do you? You’ve been taught to worship the dead. So it won’t change in your mind.

I believe that each of you has already learned a few things. And I assure you, my sons and daughters, that this is one of the worst things you do on the planet. Cultivating death, and rebirthing suffering, just for a macabre ritual, doesn’t do anyone any good; it doesn’t do you any good and it doesn’t do the departed souls. But it brings a great victory for the shadows, because all pain, all suffering feed the shadows. And right now they need all your pain and suffering so that they can still stand.

To love someone who has gone is not to mourn their loss every day. There is no loss. Nobody actually dies. The soul remains connected to yours, and depending on your emanations, you will do it harm or good. What do you want from your path, to follow the Light or to feed the shadows? It may be a routine, a habit, a macabre ritual, but it’s time you gave it up.

You want to follow the Light, you want to evolve. So start giving up everything you’ve been taught to do to guide you in exactly the opposite direction. This proves nothing. Going to a cold gravestone, laying flowers, and crying proves nothing. What is the feeling in your heart? That’s what matters. And rest assured that the soul in question would much rather see you saying: “I am grateful for all the time we spent together, and I pray to God the Father/Mother that you are in the Light”.

She would receive this with great Love and would thank you for keeping her on the path; anything else you do, you harm that soul. How hard is that to understand? I know that many here won’t listen to my words, because they look at their suffering as a trophy, as something that needs to be shouted about, needs to be shown off, needs to be lived through.

Make your choice, but don’t forget, the separation of the wheat from the chaff is taking place, and it’s becoming more and more intense. The Light is strongly attracting those who vibrate Light, and now the shadows are also strongly attracting those who emanate shadows. Who do you have to answer to? To your family members who don’t understand or don’t want to understand, or to yourself who has your choice of path?

How hard is it to break the rules? Are you a being who lets yourself be dominated by the opinions of others or do you have your own opinion and make your own choices? Be sure, my sons and daughters, that every soul that has left this planet is being treated with lots of Love, is being prepared, within their journey, to remain on the planet or not. But they are all treated with Love.

I look after each one and I also want to look after you who are said to be suffering. Open your hearts. Give your pain to me and I will be able to transmute it, relieving the burden on your minds and hearts. But stay away from these rituals. Everything at the moment is too intense. Everything. Both for good and for bad.

Don’t get caught up in it. Do what you believe in. And don’t forget: Whatever you choose, I’ll always be by your side, even to help you get off the wrong path afterwards.
