Indeed, there is much to change in your world. You need to modify your eating habits, but don’t do anything abruptly or forcefully. Let it be gradual, without despair or imbalance. For those who are trying to make this change, I should say that this is a first step. For those of you who are already eating healthier, congratulations. But not everyone has the same opportunity. We cannot say here that everyone is wrong. No. Everyone is different. Everyone has a way of life. So everyone adapts to what they can adapt, and everything is fine. The important thing now is that you are aware. If there is a choice, choose the healthier option. If not, well, you will not go hungry. So all is well. All in good time. Everything with balance. Nothing should be done that goes against your own body. Respect your body. If your body wants to eat, then eat. If the body is already showing signs that it no longer wants to, respect your body. And everything is organized gradually.

But today it is not about food. And I won’t say that the feeling she had isn’t true. She already feels a lot of my emotions. Not that I feel the same way you do, but the kind of energy I give her, she can already understand when I’m happy, when I’m worried, when I’m sad. No, I am not sad. But I can’t say that I’m laughing or that I’m laughing for nothing. This is not the time. But I’m not sad. I’m not crying. Even though many of you feel sorry, suffer for what is happening on your planet, I see another side. I see choices, I see soul journeys that if they are in this place at this moment, or in previous moments, or will be in later moments, it was the soul’s own choice that wanted this. So I’m not sad. Each soul’s path is respected.

What worries me is the ease with which humanity allows itself to be overwhelmed. I even understand that the vast majority (as you like to say) can’t see beyond their nose, that’s a good expression. They can’t see the truth. They cannot see what you can already see today and give your opinion. Never forget that anything is possible in your world. It is very easy to manipulate an image, to manipulate an event. Somebody films, somebody changes the picture, somebody narrates the picture and nothing that really happened is shown. What they want to see is what is shown. You have the means to do this today. So don’t be surprised. And so humanity is afraid, I would say (also repeating your words) that humanity is afraid of what might come next. What we really want is for people to stop looking at their own navels, because many people do. “I don’t want to know anything. I just want to know about my life. I don’t want to know what’s happening, I want to know about my little world. Very good. You want to know about your little world, but what’s happening outside echoes inside, there’s no way to escape, there’s no way to hide under the bed, there’s no point. Everything reverberates on the planet, every feeling. So posture is not looking at your navel, posture is knowing how to look at everything. Not with the eyes of the mind, but with the eyes of the heart. If humanity knew how to look at things from the heart, oh, I would tell you that none of this would happen. But the vast majority, they look with their mind’s eye, they look at what is good for them. “To hell with the rest. If it’s good for me, it’s okay.” Selfishness rules in humanity. Then, suddenly, this little make-believe world that most people live in collapses, something unexpected happens, and this little world starts to crumble, and then everyone despairs. “So? My world is crumbling, why? What am I going to do?” But it was a world of lies. It was not a world of truth, because the world of truth never collapses. Where there is truth, there is nothing to lose, there is only gain. Allying with lies and deception and fraud can be beneficial to those who practice it for the moment. But one day that energy comes back, and it comes back in ways you can’t even imagine.

So how do you know if someone who is there, suffering, in need, what has his soul done before? So that he is going through such a situation today? No. But nobody thinks about that. People only think about what they see. No one sees the other two sides. Everyone always points to one side, where equality dictates that we always listen to both sides, because both can be wrong or both can be right, each with their own point of view. But not you. You point fingers, judge, condemn, and choose sides. Unfortunately, most choose the wrong side, because the theater has been very well put together, it is being put together very well. So what does humanity want? I don’t see humanity on the streets asking for peace, I don’t see humanity fencing off forests, preventing deforestation, I don’t see humanity protecting rivers and oceans. No. You look at everything apathetically. “No, it’s not my problem. It’s on the other side of the world. No, it’s not my problem.” And I say it’s your problem, yes, because this energy is reverberating on the planet. And if you don’t do anything, if you don’t take a stand, this energy will consume you, it will reach you and consume you, even if you don’t realize it. So what do you do? Put out an opposing energy, put out love, put out light. You don’t have to comment, you don’t have to take sides, you don’t have to choose sides, you don’t have to suffer for anyone. Everyone who is there is there because it was their soul’s journey, just as you are where you are because of your soul’s journey. So what attitude will you have? Will you continue to imagine that everything we have said, all this time, has been a lie? That all these beings you see in the sky are also lies? It’s time, my brothers, for you to take a stand, you’re back at the wall. And I have already said that this wall did not exist a long time ago, but you have rebuilt it. You built a big wall, you are sitting on the wall with your little legs dangling. “No, on this side it says there’s nothing, but on the other side I see that there is. So I don’t know where to go anymore. Interesting. So stay on the fence, because whoever is on the fence is on the other side, not in the middle of the path. I also said that here. Anyone who thinks they are on the fence and they are perfectly comfortable in that situation, they are not. The wall is just a small step to the other side. So why build this wall again? Where is the trust? Where is all the learning? Where is all that that was said and that you seemed to believe? Where is it? Is it all gone? It’s the same thing that happens to you, people, a person is a very good, wonderful person, everyone praises that person all their life, everyone has only good things to say about them. Then one day, as a result of fate (as you say), that person makes one mistake, just one mistake. He spent 50 years of his life doing good things, walking the line (as you say), doing everything perfectly, but one day he made a mistake. What do you guys do? You forget those 50 years and start pointing out her, on the street, as the one who made a mistake. A single error. Everything else was forgotten. Don’t compare what I’m saying, thinking that I’m admitting that we made mistakes. This is just a way of showing the situation. What I’m getting at is: Everything we’ve said, nothing you’ve seen yet. Or have you already seen something? Not as far as I know.

We said and said many things and you just believed and went on. In that belief, your lives changed, your lives took different directions, you became different people, but you saw nothing. You just believed what we said. You felt our energy, you felt our truth and you believed, but you saw nothing. Just trust. So why did they suddenly stop trusting? Why did they? For a very well armed theater to start undermining everything we had planned? Can anyone understand that? No, I’m not going to stay here and try to explain the manipulation that is going on, but you just have to think a little bit, just a little bit, you don’t have to think too much. Who is doing all this theater? The very ones we said would be the first to fall, or have you forgotten? Ah, it’s convenient to forget some things we said. Stop and think. Don’t use your head just to have hair. There’s a brain in there. Use it to think, to understand what is happening. It’s so clear. It’s so crystal clear. And many can’t see it. I’m not saying that no one is right in what they’ve done, but what I want to show is that the theater has been set up by the other side and all of humanity is falling right into the theater. And where are the people in the streets asking for peace? Where are the people asking for more love in the world? I don’t see anyone. So what is humanity waiting for? What does humanity want? Oh yes. Everybody is sitting and waiting for the consequences of what is coming. It’s an action, it’s an attitude. It’s definitely an attitude. It’s a choice to just sit and wait and see what happens. Very good. Stay on the fence. Go back to the wall, swing your little legs up there. Now I’m going to tell you something, this wall is magical, you know? The longer you stay on it, the higher it’s going to go, and then you’re not going to be able to come down, and if you try, you’re going to get really hurt. So enjoy it while it’s small. Choose a side. You can’t serve two masters. Either you serve the light or you serve doubt, you can’t do both. So I really wish that at least whoever is here listening to me wouldn’t put themselves on the wall. But if that is your choice, it will be respected. But I will say this, I will repeat what I just said: The wall will start to grow and you will not be able to go to the other side or come down from the wall. So be careful with your decisions. But they will always be respected. We will never take action against you. You are the one who makes the choices, you choose to sit and watch.

So at this point, I just want to say one thing to you: Don’t expect miracles. Don’t wait for us to do anything. We are watching, we are all watching every second of your day. For now, we are not going to do anything because the decision belongs to humanity, not to us. There is no point in intervening in anything because it will be used against us and things will get much worse. Yes, we want humanity to wake up. Let humanity see the truth. May humanity see the great theater that is being staged. That’s what we want. But apparently nobody is very concerned about this, everybody is more concerned about who is going to be affected by what is happening than they really are about their people. I say one thing: It will reverberate all over the planet. No one will be left without being hit, maybe not with weapons, but financially. One big step. Impoverish those who are already poor and make those who are already rich richer, which is them, because they are the winners in this mess. So it is up to humanity to decide its destiny, there is nothing we can do. It’s like you’re going back a few timelines. You were at the front, almost on the train. Today we can say that you have come back a lot. And I say more, I hope you can go forward again. But it will depend on humanity, we can’t do anything. The decision is yours, you have decided. I feel many people answering me: “No, I haven’t decided anything.” That’s true. But what are you doing for world peace? What are you doing for humanity? There’s your answer. So it would be very interesting for every human being on this planet to act for it, to radiate love and light, each in his own way. There are no rules. It’s radiating love and light. Then I will tell you that you are rising up against all of this. Until humanity does that, you continue to go back through the timelines. It’s the picture I gave a few days ago: The neighbor threw the ball into your yard, you could have just picked it up and returned it. But you did not. You got angry, made more balls and sent them back. That is humanity. So it’s up to you what you want. If you want our help, we are here. Everybody, we’re still here. Nothing has changed, nobody has left. On the contrary, they are all becoming more active, giving more love and light to this planet. But we have to be aware that the number of people who emanate fear is immense and until people wake up and see the theater that is being staged, things will be very difficult.

And I’m going to say something that many people have asked me: If we knew this? Do I have to answer? Could it be that we didn’t see this at some point when we had the timelines in our hands? We did so many meditations to change the timeline, why? Because we knew where it was going. Unfortunately, the loving hearts of the planet were not enough to prevent what is happening. Now don’t take this as a defeat, don’t take this as a lost battle. The great goal is the ascension of the planet Gaia and it will happen. You, whether you want it or not. Then the great goal will be achieved, no matter what is done on the planet. The only thing I can say clearly: This planet will not be destroyed. Not by this. Never. Because we won’t allow it. Now, the path that humanity takes is up to the decisions of humanity. Humanity woke up one day and asked for our help and we came. It’s time for humanity to rise again. It’s time for that same humanity to cry out for all to hear: Enough is enough. He is finished. And on that day, yes, we will all come together. Hurt who needs to hurt. 

Scare whoever needs to be scared. So it’s up to you to do something. Sitting and complaining doesn’t work, it never has. Action is needed. You have to act. How is it? Because there’s not much you can do? May each one of you radiate love and light to the planet. May a great egregore of love be created around this planet and when this egregore is big enough, this will all end because humanity itself will see the great theater and it will not be us that will remove anyone from their place, it will be you. You just have to wake up. But wake up with your eyes wide open, don’t be sleepy, wake up effectively. And how do you do that? Raise your vibrations. Always radiating love and light. Let the world outside fall, but your world will stand because you are radiating love and light. A world of love and light will not fall. So let everyone take care of their journey, take care of their corner and do it for the planet. That is the message I am leaving today. For me it is not a message of sadness. I would say that we are all very disappointed in humanity because we have done everything to prevent this from happening. But you still have free will, so there’s nothing we can do.

But I’m not going to leave you as upset as you are, I really have a surprise for all of you today. You in your world celebrated a special day for women and I would say that we liked it because for a long time women were silenced and prevented from speaking, prevented from having their rights, prevented from being people because those knew the power that women have. No, I’m not saying that one gender is stronger than the other. That is not the case. Father/Mother God is balance. So man and woman are two, there is no one better, one greater than the other, they both have the same weight. Father/Mother God does not privilege any gender. But it was a great step to take away the value, the weight, and make it the weaker, the lesser sex. And I have to admit, unfortunately, that many still don’t have a voice, many are still treated as they were in the past, but this will all change, as it has already changed. With time, women have regained the importance and the weight that they should have had from the beginning. And it is exactly this strength, this determination, this standing up after being bent over for so long, that has made women much more powerful than men today. Do not confuse this “power” with the fleeting power you know. They are more powerful because of their ability to love, much more intensely than men, nobody can deny that. So it will be this great love that these women bring that can change this world, that can bring the earth back to new lines. It’s this love. 

Starting with Mary’s love, a mother’s love, an immeasurable love that she has for each one of you. So today I am going to end our meeting bringing not only Mary, but Kuan Yin, the Mother of Compassion, bringing Rowena with her pink ray and bringing Nada with her red ray.

Don’t get caught up in the falsehoods and all that is being shown. The truth is sovereign and it will come, it will be shown. And then, for sure, many will regret the judgment, the condemnation, the misunderstanding and will see exactly the whole farce that is being created at this moment. Do not give up. We are with you all the time. Our hearts are shining more and more. Our unconditional love for each and every one of you. And that is how we act throughout this process. Do not think that we don’t see, that we don’t act. We are ready to take care of each and every one of you. Ask for our help and we will certainly help each one of you to vibrate even higher in unconditional love.

Dear brothers and sisters, my name is Rowena. There’s not much more to say, but I want to leave you with a great image. For those who have been to my temple, you remember the large field of fragrant and beautiful pink roses. So I leave each of you a pink rose, a symbol of my love for each of you. So don’t break this chain, this network of love, pass on the love that we are passing on to you. And only then will humanity emerge victorious and many, many sons and daughters of this planet will have the opportunity to ascend. So join us in this great web of love. Do what you can for this planet. Never forget: That we have never failed you and we will never fail you.
