Get a glass of water before starting this meditation.

You should do this meditation lying down.

Let the glass of water close to you.

A slight mist appears around you as if you were involved in a misty environment.

The mist becomes Green.

Breathe this mist deeply three times.

The mist continues around you, but your entire body is full of the Green Ray energy contained in this mist.

I am next to you.

You won’t see me but will feel being displaced somewhere else.

The mist will not dissipate.

When we arrive at the place I chose, you will be placed in a highly comfortable chair, where you are neither fully seated nor laid down.

The chair is on the terrace of a beautiful house. It doesn’t matter how this house is.

Open your eyes, and you will see just the Nature: mountains, trees, grass; everything is very green.

All mountains are covered by green vegetation.

Breathe the scent of the forest deeply; it comes to your nostrils, and you feel happy for being in this place.

Breathe some more times the scent of turf.

I will leave you for 15 minutes in this environment, incredibly energized by Nature’s strength.

You can stay there in this environment with your eyes closed or open. It’s up to you.

After this period, you continue there in that place.

Now, close your eyes.

I will bring you back to where you were.

There is no mist anymore.

Remain with your eyes closed.

I am beside you and put my right hand on your chest, activating the crystal placed there and changing the color of the Light emanated to Green.

The Light will be activated on your body until the next ray.

It doesn’t matter that there is a weekend ahead. You will be with this energy until the next ray.

The treatment and equilibrium for your body will be intense.

During this period, try to eat healthy food; avoid as far as you can food that is not adequate for your body. In addition, eat a lot of legumes, fruits, and liquid to intensify this 72-hour treatment through what you eat.

If this diet is complicated for you, that’s all right. The treatment will continue, only its effect will not be maximized.

Now, I take my hand out of your chest.

Put the palms of your hands together in front of you, as in a prayer.

I put my hands on yours and place inside them a small Green crystal, which is highly illuminated.

Keep this crystal with you.

Keep it in your chest. It is yours. When you feel any unbalance, and your body cries for equilibrium, take the crystal from inside your heart, put it in your hands, and ask me for help to find balance again. And that’s what I will do.

Keep the Crystal in your heart and lower your hands.

After the meditation, drink that glass of water.
