Once again I bring a gift for each of you. I am placing a tiny golden ball in your heart at this moment. No, I am not invading your heart, because I know and feel when I introduce myself, the hearts that open to me. Then in these, I put this little golden ball, the others if you like, just open your heart at that point.

And what is this little golden ball? It is a little ball containing love, prosperity, abundance, harmony, and tranquility. Bringing a little balance to your hearts, so aching, so suffering, some even desperate. Gold is the color of balance, the sum of all the good feelings in the universe. So, receive this little ball and don’t judge it by its size, because it is very powerful and it will stay there emanating for a long time, all these feelings, helping each one of you.

My sons and daughters, is the road difficult? The moment is heavy? don’t worry, it is all part of the process, all part of learning. The load is heavy? Then make it light, emanate your deep desire to get rid of this burden, with Love. Don’t look at it with anger, with any low-vibration feelings, look at it with Love. Because it is bringing you a lesson, look at it and try to understand what it is telling you, and let it go, just let it go. How? Learning the lesson, understanding what it brought you.

I will tell you, that many times you understand the problem, and you know the solution, but you are afraid to act on it. You don’t believe that is the solution, the solution sometimes seems so silly, so childish, that you doubt it because you always expect the scourge, the pain, and suffering, never something so silly.

So start looking and believing that even that silliest solution, will be so easy and so simple and you are wasting your time by continuing to carry that load. Sometimes the solution is a little bit complicated, but if you know it, ask your Divine Presences to help you live that solution, to find the paths to it.

Often the solution, as you would say, is drastic, heavy, is radical. In these cases, a great deal of courage and confidence will be needed, to really follow what has been passed on. But realize, my sons and daughters, that everything depends on you, the lessons are there, it depends on you to believe in the solution or not, to act according to the solution or not.

So many times, you know the way but you keep complaining, you keep carrying that load, even though you look at the path in front of you, and why? Because of a lack of confidence in what is passed to them, in the solution that has been presented to them.

Today I am going to teach you a little exercise; it is something easy and simple to do. Don’t ask questions, just listen carefully and you will understand:

Take a piece of paper and put on it everything you want within the journey, everything you want to leave behind, everything you want to see resolved.

I’m not going to tell you what kind of request or wish you will write, that is also part of learning. To tell you to be careful what you ask for, I won’t say either; to tell you not to ask for anything for the other, I won’t say either. Look at yourselves. These are your wishes, the deepest wishes that many people don’t even know about. Then write one thing on each line, and no, you don’t have to explain a whole sheet of paper, each request. It is one line, one sentence, or one word. It is as if you were giving a little message to the Higher Self: “Look, here are my requests, if you can fulfill them in this order I would be extremely grateful. Something like this.

Then put those most urgent wishes, that you would like to have the solution, to have the fulfillment, to know what to do. Now be assured of this: You will receive the answer. Now don’t put the execution on the Higher Self’s shoulders, because the decision is yours, not his, he just gave you the way to get rid of it, that’s all.

Well, moving on. You have written all your wishes in order of priority, very well. Take this sheet of paper and put it inside something that only you have access to: in the middle of your clothes, of your belongings. There can be no other energy, only yours. “AH, but is that all it takes?” It is my sons and daughters, you still don’t believe that you are gods, that when you put those words, on that paper, that is an energy and it is seen by your Higher Self.

Now be attentive, because the answers, the solutions, will appear in the most varied forms, even coming as a message from someone you would not even imagine. Do this. Now it is important that before you write, be centered. Pray to your Higher Self, talk to him. No, don’t expect answers, just talk to this great friend you have and tell him everything you want to get rid of, to understand, to learn, so that the load can be lifted off your back.

I would tell you that the time is ripe, a lot of Light coming onto the planet. And the more you strive to leave behind the burdens, and the learnings, the more you evolve, because you become lighter, happier, and more energized. Then focus on a moment when no one can disturb you, and write one sentence per line. Don’t forget that your Higher Self knows everything that is going on in your mind, and as you write, he will know exactly what you want.
