Dear brothers and sisters! I AM ADAMA!

Today I find myself very close to you; very close. And today I want to start this journey of ours from Book Two of Telos.

The first pages and Chapter One, we make mention of all the transformation that has happened to each one who has read our book, with Love, with determination.

Many, unfortunately, read out of curiosity to know what happens, to try to believe or not to believe what is said. Those who read with Love, with heart received the energy of each word. Many think that because it is written it has no energy; so I tell you: that each word contained in each page of the book, there is a code of Light embedded there that can be expanded and emanated to whoever is with an open heart.

Many have understood the whole story that has been told, everything I have commented on. This journey is different for many, it has never been told in this way and for me it is very rewarding to be able to comment on the book itself. Understand my brothers, the path of ascension has many doors; and I would say that each door chosen corresponds to the level of vibration of each one of you. All doors will lead to the same place; some will have easier paths, others more difficult paths, and each one of you, intuited by your Higher Self, choose the door that corresponds to your own journey.

Every step taken after choosing the path, is a step taken towards ascension. Yes, we have said here that you go forward and backward all the time, but this is not discouraging, it is just the way everything within evolution happens. With each misstep you take you learn, you feel you need to be more careful; this is learning, this is part of the process. If it was just up, up, up you would have nothing to learn and you would already be here with us in the Fifth Dimension.

So this up and down of vibration of each one of you is totally normal. Don’t feel like failures, don’t feel incapable, I’m just saying that each one of you who opened the door, and no matter which door was chosen, you opened that door. I will say that in the vast, vast majority of you that door has closed, that is, it is as if it is a barrier not to allow you to get out of the way. You may even reach the first step of the door again but you will not pass through it; you will restart the journey because you have already chosen the door, you have already chosen the path.

The door will only open on the way back if you decide not to ascend, if you decide to vibrate to the shadows, then this door will open and you will make a big slip and you will go through it and it will be difficult for you to return to these doors again so that you choose again to follow the Light. So do not be discouraged, however much you slip and go back to the beginning of the path you will be on the path; each at a point.It is as if you have passed a great barrier, the barrier of the heart, the barrier of your own consciousness in which you have believed that ascending is the way.

So there was a choice, a door opened and you passed through it. So no matter how far you go back, no matter how far you go down, you will not pass through it, if you keep the intention to ascend. And from this door to here you have a lot of help, you have all the Beings of Light who are looking at you, accompanying you and pushing you to the lessons so that the ups and downs continue, but that each lesson learned takes you higher and higher.

The journey is not easy. Getting rid of all that you have lived within the Third Dimension cannot be an easy job, because it was a lot of feelings, a lot of emotions, a lot of energy involved that needs to be cleared; old energies, deep energies that take time to dissolve.The only thing that cannot happen with each one of you is to think that you can sit down and because you are already on the path… “I will sit down and stay here”.Then I would say that at a certain point that door will open and you will be pushed out because you just thought that the way was over and that we would have to do everything for you. 

So each one of you needs to take care of your journey, needs to take care of your own path. It is not waiting for another to do it; not another physical brother, not another Being of Light. The path is yours, the choices are yours. So every up and down is part of your journey, part of your learning. Of course, our role is often to put our foot down so that you don’t slip so much, a figurative way of speaking, because many of us don’t have feet. But we do stop you often from collapsing in vibration; that’s our role as well, because often the external is hard, the external is suffocating, the external is extremely strong, beyond what you can bear.

So we give that help so that the descent is not proportional to what you have experienced. But don’t believe that this is all the time; it depends on the situation and it depends on where you are on the path. If you are at the beginning of the path the help is less because there are more lessons to be learned, but if you are on a good stretch of the path, we do help, because it is necessary for your soul to evolve, its time has come, and it will not be the external that will hinder that. We are taking care of that too. It has already been said by many: Nothing will stand in your way, if this is the desire of the heart.

And so we have done. You go down, we hold you a little and you come back up, as long as all this happens within the energy of the heart, within the energy of Love.There can be no anger, there can be no contrariness, there can be no negative feeling towards what is happening, because when these feelings happen, then our foot leaves and you go down, and a lot; and you have to start climbing all over again.

So this is the great learning of the moment: try to look at everything with Love, fill your heart with Light at all times. At each negative feeling, fill your heart with Light immediately, because it will be fought, it will be eliminated and the fall will be small. Now if you feed the feeling, if you live that anger, that moment of contrariness, then we can do nothing, you will go down, there is no way. So my brothers, do not count on the outside for anything, do not count on help to get you out of your own trouble. Walk towards the Light, try to always stay within the Light, and with each line, each word read of this book of ours, read with Love, read with an open heart that we will be giving you much more than you imagine, we will be showing you much more than you think and you will be able to understand everything we are trying to say, and this will make you gain more and more positive vibrations, rise quickly, compensating for some falls.

So do this reading with much Love, with much dedication, with a balm to fill your hearts with Love and Light. This is our role, this is the role of these brothers who have been waiting for you for a long time. You can see in the dates of the book itself that there is a huge time already waiting for us, but do not be discouraged, there is a time limit; this planet will ascend and whoever is ready will ascend with it, and will be able to receive us, will be able to live with us and will be able to understand us.

Every step you take towards the Light brings you closer to us. You want to have our contact and you will have our help; the contact depends very much on your vibration, but each one who can do so will have our contact, will be with us. Just believe it and wait.
