Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Once again, and I will always repeat, my heart bursts with joy whenever I can be here with you. Bringing you a little message. 

We are all together. At this moment, an infinity of Beings of Light surrounds this planet and emanates all the Love and Light necessary for the processes that are taking place. The Light of Alcyon is intense and acting in every heart, acting in every mind. Putting out the shadows and everything that many don’t want to see or insist on not seeing. 

The path of evolution is not difficult, as many of you say. It’s even an easy path, if you tread it with love and wisdom. The great purpose of walking towards evolution is precisely to release so many ties, so many chains, so many beliefs that prevent you from walking; from rising; from moving forward. 

But there is one point that disrupts this whole process, and that is the ego. As I’ve already explained in my letters, the ego is important because it always brings with it the sense of survival, of protection, which is necessary to maintain life, otherwise you wouldn’t be afraid of anything and would die easily; and wouldn’t really understand what was going on.

So it does play a very important role within human consciousness. But it has also been trained and taught to always keep you in a state of mistrust, doubt and uncertainty. And this always brings more doubt, more uncertainty, preventing you from moving forward. When doubt plagues your mind, it brings with it so many thoughts, purposeless, useless thoughts; low-vibration thoughts. 

When there is doubt, anything is possible. So you create fantastic and truly unimaginable facts in your minds. Rarely is there anyone who is capable of creating something that will actually make you evolve, make you learn, or make you take a step forward. And the ego feeds this doubt, because it wants to give each of you all the possibilities, so that you don’t make mistakes. It sounds ironic, but you rarely make the right choices. 

Because you always start choosing what’s easiest; the shortest, simplest path, which won’t make you suffer, which won’t make you think too much, which won’t make you analyse the fact. And with this wrong choice, you only feed every chain, every tie, every problem. And you don’t evolve. You sink deeper and deeper. 

So the great purpose on the path of evolution is not always to choose the most difficult path, as many people think. It’s to choose the path that your heart tells you to. Even if it’s the one you don’t want to follow, because it’s going to be hard work, you’re going to have to change yourself, you’re going to have to change your way of being; and that’s not good. That’s why you see the paths as difficult. And you choose the easy ones. 

But I would say to each of you that these paths seem difficult precisely because they are seen through the eyes of the ego. The ego will always show you that the path is very difficult; that you will suffer, that you will have to do this, that and the other. And you end up giving up. In reality, it’s nothing like that. This difficulty is a great illusion. 

The difficulties are posed by your minds, not by reality. Because when you make the right choices to eliminate the ties, everything happens easily, with as little suffering as possible. God the Father/Mother would be merciless if, when you chose the right path, he made you suffer. That would be the punishment. ‘Yes, I’m giving you the easy way, but you’ll have to suffer to get there’. That’s not God the Father/Mother.

He is only love. So he wants you to choose the easy path, so that you don’t suffer, and so that you grow, so that you learn, so that you become a better being, a better soul.  You should start observing each of the shadows that appear and that you look at and find difficult to resolve. But if you observe it with love, shed light on that shadow, what will happen? It disappears. It vanishes. And you can easily find a way not to let it come back. 

The people in your world today are totally out of balance because they look at their shadows and are terrified. They don’t believe that it came from them. ‘No, I’m not like that. I’m a marvellous, perfect being!’ That’s the ego talking. The ego always gives you the impression that you’re perfect. You don’t need to change anything. So how are you seeing what’s come from you? ‘It’s not real, it’s a lie, I don’t want to see it.’ That’s how you act. 

That’s how the majority of the planet is acting today. They don’t want to look at their shadows. They don’t want to admit that they make mistakes. They don’t want to admit that they’re not that perfect or that they need to change. They need to do things differently. But if they knew that all it takes is a movement of Love and Light, and the answer would come so easily, they would end up enjoying this exercise; and  would eliminate all their shadows. Then everyone, right now would be celebrating their ascension. Because everyone would be clean. Everyone would be free of their ties, free of the chains that imprisoned them. 

And even if you still have some shadows to solve, don’t turn your back on them. Because they get bigger and bigger. And the day may come when they cover you. And then I can even say that it will be a little more difficult. The amount of Light you will have to emanate to dissipate it, to clear this shadow.

So the big secret is to attack it when it appears, because it comes small; it comes almost imperceptibly. And if you fill it with Light and Love, it goes away and never comes back. Unless you sow the shadow again. 

So, my sons and daughters, transformation is not difficult. All it takes is light and love. You have to accept your mistakes. All of them. No matter how ugly and horrendous they are. You have to free yourself. And above all, free yourself from people. You create chains with people. You keep them trapped inside you, inside your mind but nobody is tied to anybody. 

Those who allow themselves to be imprisoned are also wrong, because everyone is a free soul. No one can be tied to anyone. Everyone has free will and everyone has the right to freedom. So why do you imprison the people around you? Why do you keep them on a leash? Fear of losing them. Or the fear of not being able to impose anything on them, of losing your authority?

These shadows are difficult. I’d say they’re the hardest. But they are the ones that keep the majority of the planet imprisoned. Power over the other. Break free, my sons and daughters. Cut those chains. Let go. And I assure each and every one of you that today you want to fly, but you can’t. Because there are so many chains and iron balls attached to you. Because there are so many chains and iron balls that are tied to you that would not allow you to fly. 

Now, cut those chains. Let go of everything and everyone. Live only in the present moment. In whatever way is best. And let go; break all chains. And I guarantee that you will learn to fly. It may even be in your imagination, but you’ll feel so light and so free that your dream of flying will come true. And then I ask you a question: Why not?
