Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM SERAPHIS BEY!

I don’t bring anything with me today, but I will do a very interesting exercise for each of you.

Sit down with your eyes closed. Place your hands with your palms open and facing up. And I’ll place a small box in one of your hands. Through the energy of the box, you will know where it is. No, don’t tell me you don’t feel anything. If you don’t feel anything, it’s because you’re thinking about other things, your mind is wandering, your thoughts are there. You need to be present at this moment.

Right now, I’m going to put the box in your other hand. Feel the energy of the box in your other hand. Clasp both hands with the box inside. It’s a small box! Close both hands in a shell shape. What is the purpose of this exercise? To show you how capable you are of feeling energy.

Many of you think you’re incapable, you don’t deserve it, you think you’re weak, you think you’re a beginner. And I tell you, no. This box now penetrates your hand, goes up your arm, and straight to your heart. It’s pulsating inside your heart. Feel it pulsing along with your heart.

Do you realise? You are powerful beings. Don’t feel any different. The Divine Spark is in everyone’s chest. It’s a piece of Father/Mother God, so how can you not have power? It’s obvious that it’s a power that doesn’t compare to His, but it is power. The power to be alive; to stay alive; to be an energetic, conscious being. This is you.

At this moment, the box begins to dissipate and energy will flow throughout your body. Whenever you feel lost, discouraged, or disbelieving, call me and we’ll do this exercise. How do you feel now? A little more confident in yourself? I hope so. And rest assured: the power is in you.

All you have to do is use it. Of course, I don’t need to tell you to be careful when using this power. That’s rule number one. But you all have power. Use it. Use it for your own benefit, always, never for the benefit of others. You can even use your power for the benefit of the Whole. You can emanate Light for the Whole. You can create balls of Light and release them into the air for the Whole. You can make a big ball full of Love and release it, so that it explodes and spreads Love all over the planet. You can.

You can cover the planet with a big ball of Joy, of Love, of Peace; you can. All for the Whole, not just for one. The only being you can do anything for is yourself. The others are always the Whole. Never just one. Of course, you can apply a technique to a person, but then it’s a technique, not you. It’s the energy of the technique. What I’m talking about is your energy.

Yours can only be used for you and for the Whole. You can wish whatever you want for the Whole because you are the Whole. However, do not make it up too much. Keep it simple. Send Love, Light, Peace, Happiness, Joy; don’t invent. Sometimes you try to create things, so miraculous that it doesn’t work out.

So always emanate good feelings. Remember? Create a giant ball with that feeling and throw it into the atmosphere. At some point, it will explode. And that feeling will take over wherever it lands. Do you realise that? If each of you made a big ball full of Love and released one every day; you would bring Love to many people.

This is your power. It’s not small. It’s immense. And always remember: We amplify what you do, always. When we see a ball of some feeling, we amplify it, so that it grows and is proportional to the planet. Try it. I guarantee that you will feel more and more powerful.

That, my brothers, is how you rise. This is how your Light quotient increases; by doing good for the Whole. And never forget to do it for yourself. You can generate a big ball of Joy and throw it at yourself. Do it. Feel what it feels like. Try it. Don’t be afraid.

Embrace the powerful beings that you are. Don’t let anything or anyone tell you otherwise.

I am a powerful child of Father/Mother God.’

And always remember: Empty your mind whenever you want to do something like this. Seek the Divine Presence. And it will help you with these tasks. Become more and more intimate with the Divine Presence. And you will certainly see the difference.
