Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM ADAMA!

Our work has been constant, yet peaceful. We are preparing this entire process so that we may be with you very soon.

My brothers and sisters, open your hearts. At this moment, apply everything you have learned, but above all, be Love; emanate Love. This is the most powerful weapon you can use: to emanate Love. You must understand that this Love cannot have conditions, it cannot have a specific target. This love must be generalized, for everyone, without exception.

So you must visit areas in your hearts that may be painful, may be angry, but that need to be visited at this moment. Look within yourselves for those you would never look at, or have a feeling of tenderness, affection, or love for.

They do not need to be people you know. They may be people you have never seen, but whom you discriminate against, accuse, or hate. And it will be these people that you will put in front of you and perceive the gaze of each one of them. The look of hatred, the look of anger, the look of contempt, the evil look.

But you will look at each one, not with fear, not with anger, not with hatred; but with Love. You will emanate all the Love you have in your heart. You will not judge them. You will not separate them from your world. This is Unconditional Love.

So, I will give you a little guidance to make this exercise easier. As you bring each one to mind, do not look into their eyes; look into their hearts. And you will see a Spark, very faint, but you will see a small Spark in the heart of each one. Because they are all children of God the Father/Mother. All of them.

These people you discriminate against, hate, criticize, were created just like you. So don’t look at each one of them as different. They are all similar to you. So look into their hearts. Avoid looking at them. And you will be acting magnificently throughout this process.

Those around you receive your Love daily. Those you live with: friends, colleagues, relatives, all receive your attention and your Love. But these, whom I mentioned, you separate from your world. You put them in another place.

So, the time has come for you to invite them into your world. Not to be part of your life, that is not the purpose; just to be part of this world to which you emanate Love. And I assure you, you will feel such great joy, such a magnificent return, that you will learn, almost, what Unconditional Love is like.

And why almost? Because Unconditional Love is to be experienced in the gaze. But let’s start with the heart. It will already be a big step. It will already be a great exercise. Start the exercise with one person, just one. And increase this number every day. And emanate Love. Love, Love, Love.

Exactly as you emanate to those you love. For this Love that you live on Earth. That’s right. Let’s take it slowly. But don’t stop doing this exercise. It will be very important on the journey.

“Everyone on Earth is a Spark of God the Father/Mother.
