Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM GAIA!

I see each one of you. I feel each one of you. We are all One! You are part of me, of my structure, of my body, of my soul. I feel you all. I see you all.

You are constantly connected to me. When you touch the ground, I feel your energies all the time. I nourish you all the time. Many do not understand what it means to be made of the same substance as the planet. Every planet, every orb, has a structure, an environment where beings can live. It is necessary that the beings who inhabit it can live there.

So, a whole genetic makeup is prepared so that the beings who will be part of that planet or that orb have the same structure, the same elements as the planet. And in this way, the adaptation is perfect. If this were not so, any being from any planet could live in the Third Dimension, anywhere in the universe. But this is not what happens.

Today, when you arrive at other stars, there has been no adaptation of this body that you have to that star. Artificial clothing was necessary because you were not made for that star. So when you destroy a part of me, a part of you also goes. Because we are like a Whole. We are like a large mass in which a wound inflicted on me directly affects everyone else as well.

Many of the diseases you experience today are the result of the planet’s imbalance. Because you were created perfect, totally balanced. I can assure you that diseases were not made for humans. Every microorganism on this planet exists within a balance; it has its function. If human beings walk in balance, none of these diseases will attack them. Because there would be respect when entering a forest, when entering an unfavorable environment, and everything would remain in balance.

But humans have devastated the forests, burned my skin and continue to burn it to this day, cutting down trees. So that balance is long gone. You have become unbalanced, susceptible to any disease. There is no longer any balance. Yes, I can say that many of the diseases that existed have been genetically modified to become increasingly harmful and fatal.

Much has been created by man. With a single goal: to exterminate the human race. There has never been love in this type of experiment. These are experiments done here to be taken to other planets, so that they may continue the killing and evil. So you ask yourselves: “Why don’t I do anything? Why can’t I eliminate all this?”

Because you are reaping everything you have sown. You are reaping all the imbalance you have created. Instinctively, I would do nothing because each one of you is like a child who came out of my womb. I would never act against one of my children, whoever they may be. So you are only reaping the energies you have sown.

I always try to bring as little suffering as possible. But often suffering is necessary for many to learn, so that everyone is aware of what they have done. It is necessary, my children, that you understand that energies need to be released, energies need to be transmuted, they need to be healed. And for that, a lot of movement will be necessary.

What can each one of you do to avoid what is to come? Nothing. Physically, nothing. But spiritually, everything. Continue to emanate Love and Light. Fill this planet with Love, so that more and more negative energies are consumed. And the more they are consumed, the fewer changes I will have to make; fewer changes will be necessary.

Do your part; each one of you. And be sure: nothing is random; nothing is without purpose. Everyone is where they need to be, and everyone will go through what is necessary for learning, for elevation. Do not look at everything with fear or anger.

When something happens, just think or say: “This was necessary in some way. And I emanate Light and Love to everyone who is part of this process.” Just that. And you will be helping everyone involved. That is how you help. The more Love and Light you emanate, the more negative energies are consumed, the more energies are transmuted, and the less I need to make changes.

You have this power to change what happens around you. You have this power to consume negative energies. But in this whole process, never forget the main thing: your own evolution. You also need to consume your own negative energies: your bad habits, your bad thoughts, your bad choices.

So, when you give Love and Light to the planet, don’t forget to give to yourself, changing the way you are, finding the right path of evolution. It is necessary, it is essential, and it is urgent.

For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:

“I am part of this planet.

I Am the elements of this planet.

I am ready to evolve together with the Earth,

and I will do everything to make this happen.”

After these phrases, say this word: Mamoncáprinum! Mamoncáprinum! Mamoncáprinum!

My brothers, my children, inhabitants of this planet. Be Love. Be Light. Do not look at the difficult moments. Look at your own evolution. Act on it. Act on yourselves and act on the Whole. Forget what happens outside.

Always remember: each soul has an experience to be lived, to be learned. You cannot change this. Even if there are blood ties, you cannot change it. So each one will be where they need to be, at the right time and in the right place. Everything is already written and everything will be fulfilled.
