Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! WE ARE THE INTRATERRESTRIALS!

All this time, we have been gathered together, emanating Love and Light from the centre of the Earth outwards. At this moment, the surface is being bathed in Light, both from the outside and from us, and is completely filled with Light.

It is no longer possible to hide anything. The shadows are being erased. The processes are underway and are happening as expected. But for each of you, there is only one path: to look inwards. Forget what is happening outside. Forget the things that attract you but bring no results or benefits — only distractions that take you off course. 

So, now is the time to look inside yourself. It is time to analyse your life. Make a list of all the things you would like to change. Conduct a thorough analysis, free from judgment, guilt, or excessive self-demand. Just be aware of each area where change is necessary, and make decisions to break free.

Many of you still have much to do. There is still much attachment. There is still much possession. This must be addressed intensely and deeply so that you do not experience suffering. Understanding, awareness and wisdom regarding each issue are essential. It is important that you do not turn anything into a martyrdom or a pit of pain just to draw attention to yourself or others. 

Suffering does not help anyone to evolve. Being a martyr is not a choice. What benefit does it bring when it happens? So, learn to look inside yourself with love. There is no point in judging yourself. ‘Oh, I should have done this,’ ‘Oh, I should have acted like that,’ ‘Oh, I should have…’, ‘Oh, I should have…’

What you should have done doesn’t matter. What matters is what you will do today. What matters is what you will do for your evolution today. What matters is what you will do to increase your Light quotient today. Don’t dwell on the past.

The more you hold onto your energy, the more you hold onto the past. Let it go, release it, and forget it. Why keep remembering? The pain has already been planted. The more you hold onto it, the greater the harvest of pain will be. So let go. Release that energy. Then it won’t blossom, and the harvest will be small. 

Rest assured, my brothers, that there is still much to learn. It is in the little things that you will find your path changing. It is through these small changes that you evolve, as you stop repeating each one, making the path ahead increasingly brighter. 

Open yourselves up to receive the Light. It is there, available to everyone. Allow it to work on your minds and bodies, revealing the shadows. For the Light to act and for you to see the shadows, you must surrender to its flow. All you need to do is exist and let the Light do the rest. Look at each shadow that appears with a loving gaze.

It’s as if you lit a lamp with each shadow and examined it closely. You will see how tiny it is. It only seemed huge. Being so small, you will find the courage to act on it and eliminate it with love. Always.

So, allow yourself to be enlightened. Get to know the shadows. Don’t run away from them. They are there. They are yours. Only you can destroy them. So why fear them? They are yours. You are the only one with the strength and power to destroy them. All you have to do is decide to.

For today’s Light Code, I will leave you with the following sentences:

‘I have caused a lot of pain.

I have caused suffering.

But today, with all my awareness,

I have the strength and ability to deal with each of them.’

My brothers, remember that the power lies within you. Do not expect others to solve your problems for you. Do not expect us to solve your problems for you. These problems are yours and were created by you. You must deal with them. We can help you, without a doubt. But you must play your part, too.
