Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM SERAPHIS BEY!
It is with great joy that I bring at this moment the energy of balance, Love, and peace to everyone’s hearts.
Having peace in your heart is not easy. Finding the right path to balance is not an easy path. The outside world throws you off balance at every turn. Work, family, home, children, partners—everything can throw you off balance. And this happens constantly. Almost every second. Because when it’s not one thing, it’s another.
So how can we learn to maintain balance in such a troubled world, in a world that is so difficult to live in? There is only one way: by looking at everything with joy and Love. Yes, laughing at problems is the best solution. Taking everything lightly is the best solution. But you also need to use common sense. It’s not about taking everything lightly and not solving anything. It’s just about having a lighthearted way of looking at problems.
You are like jugglers, with many balls in your hands and unable to let any of them fall. So you have to choose which ball to hold at every moment. And so, that’s your life. So why not drop them all? And pick them up one by one? Why do you need to accumulate so many balls in your hands?
Take them one at a time. “Oh, but I need to solve everything at once.” No, you don’t. You can solve them one at a time. If something you need to resolve takes time, put the ball in a place where it can wait, but don’t hold onto it. Take another one and start acting.
The ones you have to wait for, set aside in the order indicated. Then take another one. Don’t pick up all the balls at once, because that’s when you lose your balance. “Oh, here comes another problem. I won’t look at it now. When I can, I will.“ ”Oh, but it’s urgent!” Why is it urgent?
Someone decided it was urgent. And just because someone decided it was urgent, do you have to accept that it is urgent? So let’s say it really is urgent. You will stop what you are doing, place the ball in your hand in that waiting space, and attend to this one, which is indeed urgent. When you are finished, you will resume what you were doing.
It seems so simple, it seems so easy, but you don’t do it. You attack all the balls at once. And that throws you off balance, stresses you out, makes you fight, argue, and lose your composure. Those around you receive your unbalanced energy and become unbalanced themselves. So see what is created by the simple act of accumulating everything at once.
So, learn to select what is urgent, and place the balls in the order of service. And take one at a time. And you will see how, suddenly, you were able to treat everyone equally, without despair. It is important to always seek balance.
And you have a very important ally in this whole process. Feeling unbalanced? Breathe. Calm your body and mind by breathing. But it’s that deep breath, that really deep breath, that makes your bodies stop, slow down. Try it.
Nothing is so urgent that it cannot wait. Even if it is urgent, someone will have to do it. And doing it takes time. So, don’t get too carried away by what others say is urgent.Learn to ask: “Why is it urgent? Why do you want it, or why is it necessary?” And you will remove the urgency from many things. I guarantee.
For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:
“I breathe in Light, and breathe out everything that bothers me.
I breathe in Light, and breathe out everything that bothers me.
I breathe in Light, and breathe out everything that bothers me.”
After these sentences, say the following word: Equilibrium! Equilibrium! Equilibrium!
And remember, my brothers and sisters, every second is unique. Live it in balance, so that tomorrow may be balanced.
