My dear brothers and sisters, it is with great joy that we gather here once again today. It is necessary that at every moment, at every obstacle, you be present, emanate Light for whatever it may be, and simply relax, let the Light act and work on any problem.

Do not give in to nervousness, anxiety, annoyance, or anger. Positive feelings must be emanated, and trust in the Light must be total. So, many interruptions and distractions may occur, but what is necessary is to trust that the Light is always victorious, and nothing, nothing will prevent us from doing what we are doing here now.

So I ask each of you at this moment to sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths. Take your board in front of you or on your lap, as you wish.

Let’s start with our hands in prayer position and open our hands over the Mandala, as if to hold the planet Earth between our hands.

Feel the planet spinning between your hands and visualize the entire planet.

At this moment, I am above the planet, above the planet.

And from my hands come rays of yellow light that illuminate the entire planet. These rays do not disperse in the curvature of the planet; they envelop the entire planet.

So, at this moment, the planet is receiving a yellowish, crystalline light and is completely covered by it.

This Light represents my Light, and this Light connects to the hands of each one of you who is here, reverberating through your arms, going to your heart, and from the heart of each one of you, it comes out again and returns to the planet.

So, each one of you is receiving my energy through the energy of the planet. And the emanation of Love and Light will begin, just wait a little longer.

Let this Light make its way from your hands to your heart, and from your heart to the planet, enveloping each one of you in my energy as well, deactivating any and all low-vibration energy that may have contaminated you at the beginning of this meditation.

At this moment, the Light ceases to feed your hands, and now you feed the planet with Love and Light through your hands and your hearts.

Never doubt the power you have, you have power and you are powerful, that is why you are managing to act on the planet, with our help for sure, but you are managing.

Love comes from the heart of each one of you, Light comes from your hands. And the union of these two forces joins, at this moment, with my energy around the planet.

This bright yellow ball that surrounds the planet is now growing, expanding, enveloping each one of you.

Receive all this energy, it is an energy of gratitude, transmitted by Gaia to each one of you.

Feel in your hearts the Love of the planet for each son, for each daughter, here present at this moment.

Gaia says:
