All right, let’s start meditating. Have the board in front of you.  

Now, let’s begin. 

Make sure you have the board in front of you. You can put the board on the table or on your lap, whichever you prefer. First, place your hands in a prayer position.

Open your hands above the board and feel the planet spinning between them. Feel this beautiful blue planet moving and spinning between each of your hands right now. 

Repeat after me: 

“I send Love and Light to the planet Earth. 

I send Love and Light to the planet Earth. 

I send Love and Light to the planet Earth.” 

Feel the energy flowing from your hands and into the planet’s body.

Imagine at this moment that the planet as a large ball of crystalline blue light. Visualise the planet spinning like a large crystal ball, bathed in the lightest shade of blue. 

Now, I thrust my sword from top to bottom into the centre of the planet. 

The planet continues to spin and my sword illuminates its entire interior. The Blue Light of my sword surpasses the Crystalline Light of the planet, making it a brighter shade of blue. 

At that moment, my sword fills the planet with Love and Light. All the brightness that comes through the planet will penetrate your bodies and fill them with Love and Light. 

Repeat after me: 

“I am one with planet Earth. 

I am one with planet Earth. 

I am one with planet Earth.”

At this moment, all the Light emanating from my sword is concentrated at the centre of the planet. You then begin to emit the Blue Light that has taken over your bodies. 

So, you are now emanating the Blue Light. 

At this moment, I am withdrawing my sword from the planet and it is returning to its former blue state.

Blue energy continues to flow from your hands.

At that moment, the planet begins to dissipate in your hands.

You place your hands on the Board to stop the flow of energy. 

You may have noticed that today’s transmission was faster. But why is that? You still have the energy from yesterday’s Meditation on Portal 09/09, so we need to respect your bodies and maintain a balance.

On Friday, we will return to normal intensity. When you emanate Love and Light, it returns to you, as if Gaia were a shield that you send energy to and she sends it back. I do not want anyone to become overloaded with energy and feel unwell or lose their balance. Today’s mission has been accomplished, though. Gaia has received all the Love and Light from each one of you. Be sure of that. 

I leave each one of you at this moment with a heart full of Light, like an illuminated ball of light enveloping all of your hearts. Envelop your Spiritual Heart, located in the centre of your chest. May each of you keep this ball and feed the Light in your inner temple to further increase the power of your Divine Presence.
