Place the mandala in front of you and let us begin.

At this moment, let each one of you put down your devices, forget about comments, and focus only on the process that is about to begin.

Breathe a few times deeply so that your mind calms down, relaxes, and fills with Light.

At this moment, I envelop each one of you here in a Ball of Blue Light.

Then, as you breathe, each of you will be taking this Blue Light into your bodies, illuminating every organ, every little piece, every cell. Feel the energy of this Light in your bodies.

Continue breathing.

Place your hands in a prayer position in front of your heart. Move your hands apart. See the planet spinning between your hands. Place your hands close to the Mandala. Keep the planet between them.

Repeat with me:

“I Am Light. I Am unconditional Love. I Am Love for this planet. I emanate Love, Light, gratitude, joy, satisfaction, all the positive feelings I know for this planet at this moment.

I emanate Light to the waters of the planet, illuminating every animal that lives there, cleansing all low-vibration energy that may be at the bottom of the seas.

I bring the strength and Light of Lemuria, I bring the strength and Light of Atlantis to the surface of this planet, enhancing the energy of the crystals that exist there and bringing balance to the seas.

I emanate Love and Light into the planet’s atmosphere so that it may balance itself and once again become the perfect home for all the animals that live there. May this entire universe of air be balanced, and return to what it was, clean, at the ideal temperature. May the air that bathes this planet be pure, healthy, and bring balance to the surface.

I emanate Light and Love to the continents of the planet, bringing calm and balance to every point, to every city, to every country. May the Intraterrestrial absorb all impacts occurring on the surface, so that Divine Will may be fulfilled. May the Intraterrestrial beings of all civilisations within the Earth emanate Light and Love from within, for I know that they are with us, balancing and keeping the continents ready for evolution.

I emanate Love and Light to all my brothers and sisters, without exception. The white, the black, the brown, the yellow, the red, the blue, the green, no matter the colour. I emanate Love and Light to those who are different. I emanate Love and Light to those I find horrible and recognise that I need to change, that I need to accept each brother as it is, not according to my way of thinking. I emanate Love and Light to each of those who today generate imbalance on the planet.

I emanate Love and Light to all those who created the Matrix, for I lived in it for a long time. However, today, I free myself from all of that.

I emanate Love and Light to my soul, because it brought me here, to this sacred moment. And I am grateful for experiencing all of this.”

You may place both hands flat on the mandala, thus completing the sending of energy to the planet.

As mentioned earlier, this Meditation can be repeated as many times as you wish. It will have my energy and my protection. Feel free to repeat it. There is no need to travel through time, no need for anything special, just follow the Meditation and nothing else.

At this moment, my brothers and sisters, we conclude our meeting today. Reflect, reflect deeply on your journey. It is important.
