Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Many are concerned about what we have been saying here. Understand that we are more worried about each one’s personal behavior than with each one’s effective potential for ascension. There will be no point in ascending a few million people, and those who remain continue on the same journey that exists here, of vice, evasion, emanation of bad feelings, and inappropriate words. 

So, this will be our aim during this whole cycle: to make you understand what you cause with each action and thought. With this, we do not want you to become your own judges. That is not the intention. We do not want you to criticize and point a finger at yourself, complaining about what you might have done. It is the exact opposite of that.

We want to show each of you what is caused by each step taken. Obviously, the great majority of you are already aware that there is a consequence for each act. Each emanated thought attracts something similar to what was emanated. I hope you have already absorbed those teachings. 

Let us say that, at this moment, each of you is a raw crystal, which must now be polished, so that you may thread an evolution path. No, it does not matter where you will end up. What matters is that with each step you take, you can change your future, you can change where you will go. Therefore, seek to improve yourself and become a better human being. And never, at any moment, think it will be of no avail. 

Try to grab a large bottle and fill it with water. Then, pour a single drop of a very dark liquid into that bottle filled with a lot of water. That dark liquid will dissolve. It might even be that it causes a change in the water color, but the change will depend on its intensity. 

But what is important? What is important is that now it is part of that water. It has been mixed with all that large amount of water that was in the bottle. Its presence is felt by all that liquid. And thus are you. 

All of you are inside this large bottle. Therefore, each action, no matter how small, reverberates in the All. Be an example. Be the ones the others want to imitate. Cause changes. It does not matter if you are…if you are the only one in this great bottle. Your presence is felt there. 

So, we will indeed bring many exercises, but we will also bring treatments. It is important that you remain balanced to relieve the pain, the anguish, and so many mental imbalances that exist today. None of that goes unnoticed by us. 

So, we will bring a small treatment at each encounter with you, no matter the being that will come. The treatments must not be repeated. Listen to the video and do the treatment. A new treatment will be brought at each encounter, and whatever is done will last until the next one. Therefore, there is no need to repeat the video or the treatment. We are not that naive. We know exactly what we are doing.

So, be ready to live new moments, new times. It is important that you notice everything you still practice. So, you must prepare yourselves each day, each moment, to escape unscathed from everything that is happening and being shown in your world. 

Today, I will bring a simple treatment. But I ask each of you to buy a crystal. There is no specification for the crystal, and buy it when you can. There is no need to be a big crystal. It might be a small crystal, a colorful crystal, it does not matter. It will be at your own will. And for what, this crystal?

You should be holding the crystal each time you listen to the day’s video containing a treatment, because we will be charging that crystal with the energy we transmit. When you buy the crystal, do whatever is   necessary to energize it. Cleanse the crystal and place it under the Sun before you use it. 

There is no need to rush; there is no need to despair. You can do the treatments with or without the crystal, but when you buy it, try to always be with it.

And do not forget: the journey is still long, my sons and daughters. For many, there will be no time. But the journey is still long. And why will there be no time? Because there is much to cleanse, there is much to change. Understand that many here already come from a long journey, with a series of processes and cleansings that were made necessary over time. Starting now, there will really be no time for many. 

But, as we have been saying, it is the soul’s evolution. And it does not matter whether there will be time or not. You will have initiated a process, a new path, which might almost lead you to the door of the Fifth Dimension, and you might be able to be there very soon. Therefore, do not mark time. Just wish to evolve, change, be more centered, more balanced, and more cleansed.

There will be many teachings, but not those we have already gone through. All the teachings that are coming will be related to behavior, your daily life, and everyone’s small daily tasks. Everyday life: we have never addressed that. Therefore, the time has come, and you will be aware of how far you are off the path, of how much you feed what you call “evil”, which exists in your world. 

So, let’s go. Let’s join hands and create a great chain of change. Let’s join hands and create a chain of pure Love, care, and protection, especially to those who still cannot defend themselves. I count on each of you in this process. 

So, let’s turn to today’s treatment. It is very simple. Seat properly and comfortably. There is no time; there is no specific time. And another important point: “Oh, but I do not feel anything, I do not see anything, I do not hear anything.” Perseverance in this process will also bring that evolution. 

You need only to believe the process I will pass on. It is not mandatory to see, feel, or hear. If you believe I am in front of you, I will be. If you believe I am emanating Light and Love to you, I will. Now, if you doubt, if you do not really believe, I will not be in front of you, and I will not be emanating anything. Therefore, it will depend much on your imagination and surrender to the moment. 

The video will end, but I will continue acting on you. How will you know it is over? You will know. If you do not notice that I have already finished, you will begin to feel a little bothered, and that will be the signal that I am no longer there. 

It will be a brief treatment; it will not take many minutes or hours, because my strength is enough to treat you for a few moments. Therefore, learn to live those moments. When you are with the crystal, it will be the contact point between the beginning and the end of the treatment. It will let you know. But today, as no one still has the crystal, notice a little discomfort in your own body. It will be the sign that I am no longer with you.
