Let’s continue our video journey. As I announced earlier, things will be a little different this year. Don’t worry, though. Everything will continue as usual. The only difference is that there will be videos three times a week. But why?
Many people focus on listening to the videos and receiving the energy that we transmit, but they forget about their own journey. They forget their experiences, habits, vices, and way of life. This must be the goal of this new cycle.
Look inside yourself and observe. Look at yourself in the mirror. Don’t embark on a journey of self-pity, suffering and self-judgement. That’s not what we want. What we who come to bring a message want is for you to realise who you really are.
It is not a judgment. It’s just to help you understand where you need to change and improve to evolve and become better people. There is a path of evolution. It does not matter whether you are ready for the Fifth Dimension or not, or where you are on that path. We are not concerned with that.
Everyone needs to change. No matter where you are on your journey, this is true. This planet needs to change. Everyone’s consciousness needs to be raised. Love must prevail — but not isolated, selective love, nor the invisible, external kind.
Everyone on this planet needs to open their hearts. Love. But love properly: with respect, without restrictions, and without judgment or criticism towards others. Today, we will begin a series of challenges to help you realise how much you need to change and how much you have allowed external factors, fads, and society to influence you.
No one can live for another person. You are all individuals and free beings. Each of you has your own power.
So here is the first challenge: free yourself from the influence of others.
As I said, write down each challenge that you complete. Every day, write down how you felt about the challenge. This challenge will last for one week.
Next week, a new being will arrive and present a new challenge. Don’t start out thinking that you won’t be influenced by anyone. Silence your ego. Just observe where you stand and listen to the other person. Don’t just listen, though. Consider where the other person influences you, and how they change your opinion and thoughts. Change your decisions?
Be honest. No one will be looking at what you write. But write it down and take notes. Why? You’ll find out later. This is the challenge: One week. Along with the challenge, I’m going to set you an exercise.
In today’s world, you have allowed yourselves to become contaminated by many things. Everything is important. We understand that everything evolves. But, as I always say, there must be balance in everything. You must find balance in everything. It’s not about not doing things or not eating. It’s about finding balance. The right point is everything in balance. No more, no less.
So, the exercise is as follows: You are going to leave, do you understand? After work hours. On the first day, you are going to spend five minutes without looking at your mobile phone. When I say ‘without looking’, I mean not looking at the screen. This means not seeing it at all. Put it in a drawer so that you walk past it without seeing it.
On the second day, 10 minutes.
On the third day, 15 minutes.
On the fourth day, 20 minutes.
On the fifth day, 25 minutes.
On the sixth day, leave it for 30 minutes.
On the seventh day, simply put it away and do not touch it again until the next day.
Now, be honest with yourself. What I’m asking you to do isn’t something you normally do: put your phone down before going to sleep. It’s not that. When you’ve finished work, put your phone away. Only pick it up again the next day.
Remember to tell your family that you’re doing an exercise and won’t be responding to messages. If something is extremely important, ask them to call you. Otherwise, leave your phone alone. As I said, put your phone away and forget about it until tomorrow. It’s up to you how you do it. You can each come up with your own tricks. You can each create your own path.
Don’t try to cheat at the exercise. There’s something important here: do it wholeheartedly. You will see the benefits it brings. If you do the exercise with an open heart and a positive attitude, you will see the benefits; if you do it with a closed heart and feeling annoyed, it won’t do you any good, so don’t bother. The purpose of the exercise is to help those who want to follow the path of balance effectively. Properly.
Some may ask, “But I use my mobile phone as an alarm clock. What if I put it away and don’t hear it?” Find your own way. Leave it near your bed. This is another detail we will address over time. However, I suggest that each of you find an alternative way to wake up. Not your mobile phone. Little by little.
This exercise will last one week. Next week there will be another exercise. But notice what will happen to you during this period. No, there will be no action on our part. But notice the difference. Because there will be a difference.
So, there you have it! We are embarking on this new journey. You will learn many things within your daily routine. You will be surprised at how well you get to know yourselves, and how powerful you become, ready for your own evolution.
