Stand with the Board in front of you.

Place your hands on it.

Take a few deep breaths.

Now, raise your hands in prayer. Spread your hands apart and feel the planet between them.

Gaia is spinning, and you can feel her energy between your hands. Put all the Love and Light you can imagine around this planet. Envelop the planet in a Bubble of Pink Light, which represents Love. This Bubble is illuminated, representing Light. Feel the planet spinning in your hands, illuminated and pink.

Repeat with me:

“I emanate Light to my planet.

I emanate Light to my brothers and sisters.

I emanate Light to all living beings on this planet.

I emanate Light to all flowers.

I emanate Light to all animals.

I emanate Light to rivers and seas.

I emanate Light to waterfalls, lakes, and ponds.

I emanate Light to this immense ocean that covers most of this planet.

I emanate Light to the mountains, to the rocks.

I emanate Light to all Intraterrestrial beings on this planet.

I emanate Light to all animals.

I emanate Light to the air, to the earth, to every little piece of ground on the planet.”

The planet continues to spin, pink and bright.

“I emanate Love for this planet.

I emanate Love for all my brothers and sisters.

I emanate Love for the animals.

I emanate Love for all plants, trees, and flowers.

I emanate Love for all the food I consume on this planet.

I emanate Love for the air.

I emanate Love for the waters.

I emanate Love for the earth.”

And this combination of Love and Light emanated by each one of you penetrates every space on this planet and penetrates the bodies of all the brothers and sisters on this planet, raising consciousness, expanding consciousness, bringing to light everything that needs to be seen, everything that needs to be known, everything that is necessary for the truth.

“I emanate Light to all the lies applied on this planet, so that they fall, the masks fall, and the truth appears.

I emanate Light and Love to all those who dominate this planet and keep many in hunger.

I emanate Love and Light to each of the beings who have made the planet what it is today.

And I emanate Love and Light for the ascension of this planet.”

See, at this moment, this bright Pink Ball of Light that surrounds Planet Earth, approaching your bodies and enveloping each one of you in the same energy, in this same feeling.

May each one of you feel the power of Love and Light emanating to all, and may you experience this moment.

At this moment, this illuminated Pink Ball begins to dissipate and it will diminish, diminish, and with it, the planet between your hands.
