Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM HILARION!
Do not cling to anything. Do not cling to routines. Do not cling to addictions. You must increasingly become capable of changing everything you experience, the way you live, and the way you face each challenge.
This world you insist on maintaining is crumbling. You must find other paths. You must find other ways of living, of being happy, of freeing yourselves. You have placed shackles and chains on yourselves, following predetermined processes that cannot be changed. And why can’t they be changed?
You have become attached to routines. You have clung to customs. For what? To impose upon your minds and bodies everything that brings no joy, no lightness, no Love. You subject yourselves to tedious, repetitive, limitless processes and routines. And you can sense that the body is complaining more.
It is no longer silent, inert, submissive. Your bodies are being transformed. New strands of DNA will emerge. They will bring many changes. But you want to keep everything as it was. So, more and more, you will feel the effects; the effects will be intense, and I would even say dangerous.
You need to find a new rhythm. You need to find a rhythm of lightness, of Love, of calm. Step out of this cycle of repetitive tasks, goals, and commitments. Surrender to the flow. The flow brings what needs to be done. At the right moment, at the right time.
Repeat at every moment: “I am surrendered to the flow.” And let it happen. “Ah, but I have commitments that demand my attention.” The flow is Light. It will not allow you to fail to fulfill your commitments. But within a simpler and calmer routine.
You don’t give yourselves rest. For many of you, rest is something unattainable. Because you yourselves like to keep yourselves constantly busy. So that others will say: “Wow! He never stops. He’s so active.” At what price? At what cost?
Pay attention to your bodies. Surrender to the flow. And everything will happen at the right time. Without harming the body, but above all, being good for the soul.
So this week I will begin another challenge. For many, it will not be easy. And rest assured that many challenges will return, each time more intense. Just a caveat for those who work outside the home and are in a collective environment. I understand and accept that you won’t be able to follow the timing as I’ll teach, but you must stop for just one minute. The time for you will be reduced.
The challenge will be as follows: every two hours, plan to be able to stop. That is, ensure no process is underway that cannot proceed without your presence. So get organized.
Every two hours, you will stop for five minutes. And no matter what you’re doing—with the exception I mentioned above—you will stop for 5 minutes. If you want to lie down, lie down. If you want to stay seated, stay seated. But during those five minutes, keep your eyes closed and focus on your breathing.
Set your own schedule. But it has to be every two hours. It’s not hard. You’ll learn that the world keeps turning, even when you’re not there. Don’t think you’re the center of the universe. Don’t think you’re indispensable or irreplaceable, because none of you are. Give it a try.
