My dear brothers and sisters, it is with great joy that we are here today, once again, to radiate Light and Love for Planet Earth.

Each of you, fill your heart with Love, fill your heart with Light, and radiate the energy within your reach using your own energy.

Do not worry because you will not be tired or exhausted at the end of the Meditation, as we are taking care of all of that.

So, let’s place our hands in a prayer position. Let’s take a few breaths, bringing awareness to the Light that enters as we inhale, and to everything that leaves as we exhale.

So, inhale Light, exhale everything you want to let go of. Inhale Light and exhale everything you want to let go of. Inhale Light and exhale everything you want to let go of.

Now, open your hands. The Mandala should be in front of you, or on the table, or on your lap, it doesn’t matter, as long as it is in front of you.

For those who don’t have the Mandala, it’s no problem; just make sure to have the Mandala in front of you next time.

It’s not very effective to do this Meditation without the Mandala. So, today, you don’t have one, but next time, make sure you do, because the Mandala is a form of protection for you, and it’s a way to amplify all the energy sent by each of you.

So, between your hands, see Planet Earth spinning, a big blue or bluish ball, whichever you prefer, spinning between your hands.

Now, repeat after me:

“I give my Love to Planet Earth.

I radiate Light to Planet Earth.”

Imagine that you are all standing around a large circular stadium, and everyone is at the outer edges of this stadium. In the center, filling the entire space, is Planet Earth.

Then, each of you will place your hands in front of you, as if the planet were right in front of you.

Remember, you are lined up around the entire planet. The size of this stadium? Just large enough to fit everyone, side by side. And Planet Earth will be just large enough to fill the interior of this stadium.

Repeat after me:

“I radiate Light to all my brothers and sisters.

I radiate Love to all my brothers and sisters.

I radiate Light to all the animals on the planet.

I radiate Love to all the animals on the planet.

I radiate Light to the mountains and the oceans.

I radiate Love to the mountains and the oceans.

I radiate Light into the interior of the planet.

I radiate Love into the core of the planet.

I radiate Light to every living being on this planet.

I radiate Love to every living being on this planet.”

Right now, visualize that Light is emanating from each of your hands, and this Light is enveloping the entire planet. Slowly, it spreads from the center upward and downward, enveloping the entire planet in Light.

See, at this moment, the planet shining with great Light—a crystalline white Light, the Light of the Universe, the Light of God the Father/Mother, the Light of every being, the Light of your souls.

Look at the planet, fully illuminated, and this Light, reaching every living being on this planet, entering through the Crown Chakra, descending through the Channel of Light, continuing down to the feet, and penetrating deep into the planet.

Every being, at this moment, is receiving all this Light.

Now, imagine that from the heart, from the center of each person’s chest, a strong, vibrant, luminous Pink energy emerges, and this energy also covers the planet, blending with this crystalline White Light, turning the planet a crystalline Pink.

The planet fills with a vibrant pink, and the more Love you emanate, the more this energy envelops the planet, flowing through the center, moving up and down.

All this love emanating from you is reaching every brother and sister on this planet through the heart. Your hearts connect in a great network of Love.

Feel how many connections your heart is making at this moment. No! Fear nothing; nothing will return to you — the point here is simply to radiate. You are not receiving this energy; you are receiving my energy. So, you are not losing anything, but this is the assurance that nothing returns to you — remain at peace.

At this moment, the planet is a great, shining pink ball, emanating Love, distributing Love, filling everyone with Love.

This energy of Love spreads across the surface of the planet, reaching every stone, every mountain, every leaf, every flower, every tiny animal, every microorganism — everything on Earth is being touched by this wave of Pink Light.

Repeat this once more:

“I radiate Love for this planet.

I radiate Love for my brothers and sisters.

I radiate Love for the animals.

I radiate Love for the oceans, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, and ponds.

I radiate Love for the mountains and the trees.

I fill this entire planet with Love.”

At this moment, the planet begins to disperse this energy. I would say it has been absorbed by the planet, and you see the planet again as it is—the blue oceans and the continents.

Little by little, the image of the planet fades away.

Now, place your hands on the Mandala to complete the sending of Light.

For those who do not have the mandala, clap your hands.

Here, my brothers and sisters, we conclude the sending of Love and Light to Planet Earth.

Be aware that this is not a meaningless act without results.

Next week, when we meet—not next week, but the week after, in two weeks—we will have guests for our Meditations.

Those of you using the Mandala to send Love and Light to others, please continue; it is a wonderful gesture.

And the more Light you emanate, the more Light you receive; this is important on the journey.
