Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM MARY!
Right now, I am holding this vast planet. It touches my heart, and I pass on, all the energy of my love, for every living being on this planet. It doesn’t matter who receives it. It doesn’t matter whether you receive it or not. Feel the energy of my love flowing into your body, into your mind.
My sons and daughters, do not lose heart now. The journey has not been easy, but it will become increasingly intense and difficult. Ascending is not merely a desire. This isn’t a game. It isn’t a race to see who gets there first. It is, in fact, about clearing away and transforming everything that doesn’t resonate with Love and Light.
Don’t give up now. If it feels too heavy or too difficult, talk to your Divine Presence. Ask it to help you, to show you a way, to show you a way out. Don’t expect us to change something that’s already in the past, just to make the exercise easier or less difficult.
We know exactly what we’re asking for. Don’t think of the Walk of the Rays as just a few more meditations. You must surrender yourselves so that when I, Sananda, and Michael are with you, we can effectively work on what needs to be done.
When I’ve been with you, I’ve noticed in many of you a lack of enthusiasm, a reluctance to commit. So I ask you: What’s the point, then? Maybe now isn’t the right time. No one set a deadline. So try to change; try to adapt; then just do it. Because when you’re there, in that moment of meditation, and I place my hands on your mind, I see the conflict you’re going through. In some cases, there’s even a cry for help, because it’s so difficult.
So, my sons and daughters, now is not the time. Many have asked us, “Why begin this journey during this time when you are celebrating dates that are of no importance to us, but are important to you?” At no point was it said that what we asked for would have to be done during the holidays. Was it?
So why the question and the concern? We set the precedent. We knew what was coming. We are not yet asking you to completely eliminate animal-based foods—those that contain blood—from your diet. We only ask for seven days at a time. It’s like training, a way to adjust.
Many people are asking themselves, “I can’t eat during the workout, but I can eat between sets. Won’t that undo all my hard work?” No. Because you can be sure that with every lap, you’ll be changing more and more. No one has reached the seventh lap yet. And I already know the outcome.
Don’t you trust me? If you did, you’d know that this is a process through which, little by little, you’ll free yourselves from it. Not now, not today. For many, the process is already underway, and they haven’t eaten this food in a long time. So I would tell them to commit themselves—to commit themselves fully to all the work we’ll be doing. The process isn’t just about breaking this habit.
Don’t judge or criticize your brothers and sisters who still eat. And what about the bad habits you still have? Oh! You don’t have any! Your egos are still far too inflated in many of you. It is with this mindset that many have been approaching their meditations: “I have nothing to cleanse.” Are you aware of everything your soul has done? I don’t think so. So let go of your ego. Allow yourself to experience that moment fully.
Because when you close yourselves off, believing that there is nothing to be cleansed, it’s as if you were creating a barrier between yourselves and us. And there’s nothing we can do. Because you’ve already said, “I have nothing to cleanse.” So you shut yourself off. Do you realize how few people are doing what needs to be done the right way?
No, don’t be sarcastic and ask if you need to go around again. Your heart will tell you that; it’s not up to us. Just be aware of what you’re doing. And if you do, do so with an open heart. Allow yourselves to receive all this Love that we are sending. Little by little, you will see the difference.
Don’t try to be the first to get there. This isn’t a race. No one will win a prize for getting there first. So, between each lap, take a break. Slow down. Stop. Then start the next round. There’s no deadline. A lot of people ask me, “But what if it happens tomorrow?” And then I ask them, “Why didn’t you prepare yourself already?”
Everything we’ve asked for on this Journey of the Rays has been spoken of for a long time. What was new? Nothing. So now, it’s not your despair that will get you there. It’s your transformation, your belief, your trust. Don’t view this journey as a sacrifice, because that won’t do any good. It needs to be undertaken with a great deal of love. And we know exactly who is doing it this way and who isn’t.
Take a good look at yourself. Ask yourself if you’re truly doing this from the heart. Don’t fool yourself. It requires dedication and awareness; and watch the results. Don’t worry about them. They will come in due time. Because we aren’t there just for the sake of being there. We are working with each and every one of you. And we know the outcome for those who do so with love, with dedication, and with gratitude.
For today’s Code of Light, I offer the following lines:
“I am ready
to look deeply within myself.
I am ready to recognize
every aspect of myself that I need to change.”

My sons and daughters, the play is over. The show has ended. Stop living in a fantasy. Look within. But look with love, not with judgment. And you will find every point that needs to be changed. It’s important.
