Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SAINT GERMAIN!
In this moment, I pour my Violet Flame over each one who is listening to me in this moment, cleansing, transmuting, and removing all energy that is different from the Light.
Ascending is not simple; ascending is not easy. It is a long, continuous, and repetitive process, which essentially seeks the evolution of each soul. Ascension happens when the soul is ready to climb into higher levels—higher dimensions. And for that, detachment and the breaking of vices, habits, and ephemeral pleasures are necessary.
Always understand that everything gratifying and enjoyable ends quickly and does not linger in the mind. You might even remember it for a while, but then it is forgotten, because that did not feed the soul. It fed the body, the mind, and it often brought all the consequences attached to that gesture, that moment.
When the moment is lived with pleasure, but the soul does not forget it, it has effectively fed the soul, and contributed with a quantum of Light to the soul in that moment. Unfortunately, you choose ephemeral pleasures as a compensation for the life you have created and live. What is that compensation?
A compensation that, in the majority of times, is not good for your health, and it is not good for your body; it is only good for the ego and the mind, giving it that momentary pleasure, and then, nothing remains, just the consequences. At this moment, when many are preparing for ascension, there has to be a higher consciousness. There has to be a disconnection, little by little.
Do not be radical. Radicalism leads nowhere. It often does more harm than good. Therefore, reduce it lightly until the moment comes when you will be ready to let go of that pleasure. Do not feed those little slips, because the majority of you know—are aware of what you are doing—but do it, believing that just this once will bring no harm. It always will, because everything that is done just to please the mind brings no benefit.
So, that “just this once” has already brought the result, which was not good for you. So, my brothers, the final moments of this whole process are approaching, and you think you are very competent and prepared to let go of everything overnight. And I tell you: You will not be able to do it, because your bodies have not been accustomed to it, they remain addicted, because you keep them in the addiction.
So, do not believe that little miracle that at the right time, you will let go of everything and be all right. It will be very difficult, and the odds are that you will not be able to do it. Be aware of what you eat, drink, practice, say, and think. Keep an eye on yourselves at each moment. Is it annoying? It is not easy, I agree that it is not, because I have been through all that.
How many times have I been to Earth? I know what it is like to live here. I know what it is like to live the pleasures of the Earth. But with courage and determination, we can do it. Change, my brothers, let go of those little pleasures, but do not be radical. The vice must be gradually eliminated so that the body learns that it will have less and less of that, and you can resist temptations.
Nothing can be immediate; nothing can be abrupt. The change must be light and steady, and be sure: you will make it.
For today’s treatment, I leave a small sentence, which you might say as many times as you like, for as long as you like.
“I only feed on what brings me Light!”
When you say that before a meal, a pleasure, or a vice, all the evil energies of that food, or those vices, will be eliminated.
However, do not think that, with that, you may continue with the vice, because you will only be absorbing its Light. That is not how it works.
When saying this sentence, you will be affirming to yourself that you are capable of beginning and keeping a balance in what you eat, drink, or in your vice. It is as if you were saying to yourself, “I can get rid of what I am doing.” This sentence will not make what you eat, drink, or practice pure, so that you consume it. It will make your body learn not to want that anymore: learn to reject what you are consuming.
But remember: There is no point in saying the sentence and continuing with the vice. It is the mind that commands. However, the body will start to give signals that it does not want that anymore, and each of you knows how the body can really be reactive to some food, and it is not pleasant.
So, there has to be cooperation between mind and consciousness, because the mind will want to continue with the vice, but the consciousness will say, “I must let go of it.” That is the great issue: You have awareness, but the mind is still in charge. So, try it, try to say this sentence. You will feel the difference.
I will not be here saying what happens or not. Say the sentence, and you will know it.
