I’m just going to say one thing, my brothers and sisters.
A few meetings ago, I told you the following: that hugging would be forbidden. Many did not understand, and still do not understand to this day; there is nothing I can do. And why? If everyone there has an enlightened heart, why not hug?
It is precisely for this reason: because not everyone there has an enlightened heart. There are many wolves in sheep’s clothing.
So, I forbade it. It is for this reason that I will not be exposing Beings of Light to beings with unenlightened hearts, who pretend to be good, but who, deep down, are there to disrupt the harmony of the energy.
So, everything she said is correct. You must be very careful. Your world cannot be that open. You must know, you must know who is by your side.
And there is one more point she did not mention, but which I will mention.
When you sleep, a great deal happens to your body. Your souls leave the physical body; they are taken by Beings of Light to carry out the work they do at night, and who is beside you makes a difference.

Often, you have people by your side who don’t believe in anything, who don’t follow any particular path, but who have a pure heart; they aren’t frivolous people, nor are they people who revel in evil. So, I can say that you are, in a way, protected, but you know who you sleep next to—it isn’t a stranger.
Now, you’re going to put people in the same room whose energy you don’t know; deep down, deep down, you don’t know what that person’s energy is like. They might be a gentle, friendly person, but deep down, they could be a well of envy and hatred, without letting it show. And then you’ll go to sleep and be close to that person, in the same room – what will happen to your soul?
Ah, of course, you shield yourself every night. Do you? Do all of you shield yourselves properly?
And this person you think is absolutely lovely—if they have some sort of attack, will they get nowhere? I hope so. I’ll clap my hands if that happens, because it’s a sign that you took care of yourself, you shielded yourself before going to sleep—clap for you—but do you always do that?
Often, you’re so tired from the day that when you lie down in bed, you don’t remember to do anything and fall asleep, caught off guard. So, think carefully, analyse what you’re choosing to experience.

People you know, who live with you, under the same roof, may not accept it, may not understand it, may not experience what you experience, but you know them. We could say that an egregore has formed with those people, because you’ve lived together for years. So, an egregore is created, but are you going to form a group with people you’ve never seen, whose thoughts and true feelings you don’t know?
So, think very, very carefully. We’re not trying to make anyone’s life difficult here; it’s just a warning that not everything is as it seems. You could be completely mistaken. So, be very careful about who you choose to sleep with. In this case, in the best sense of the word. We’re not talking about relationships; we’re talking about people who don’t know each other and who will be under the same roof.
Be careful, because we’re not just talking about material possessions here; we’re also talking about energies, about exchanging energies with people you don’t know. How will that go? Everyone has their quirks. You accept the quirks of those people you already know, but how are you going to accept them in someone you’ve never met? That will bother you, just as you might have a quirk of your own that bothers them, too.
So, my brothers and sisters, this is very, shall we say, easy amongst young people, who aren’t really aware of much; all they want is to have a good time. Now, you are already adults, many of you of an advanced age, full of quirks, and sharing a space with other people isn’t easy.

So, think long and hard, analyse everything—and I mean everything—that is, and that could happen in a case like this. Think it through thoroughly.
But, returning to our meeting today, I want to clarify something very important. Regarding the Meditations for Elevation and Enlightenment.
In the last live session, I stated here that you should not repeat the Meditations. Why? Because the gifts will be given only once. However, within the document, for those who have purchased it, it is written that you may repeat them, provided you ask the Divine Presence.
As with everything that is said, you do not pay attention; if I were to say, “No, you may repeat them as many times as you like”, no one would even bother to read the document. So, I said the opposite: “You must not repeat them”, and indeed you must not.
Now, if you feel you should repeat it, ask the Divine Presence. It will say: ‘Repeat or don’t, all of them or none’. There’s that too; it might tell you to repeat just one. Ah, there you go, now I’ve muddled everything up, got it all mixed up in your heads.
So, to wrap up the matter.

If you feel you need to do this again, ask your Divine Presence. Do not do it simply because you feel you have to, on your own. Ask your Divine Presence, and it will tell you what to do and how it should be done, exactly as it is written in the document.
These Meditations are not intended for you to repeat, unlike the other Volumes. Those, yes, you can repeat as many times as you like, but this is a set of Meditations that must be done one after the other to complete the work from start to finish. Why repeat them?
In rare exceptions, the Divine Presence might say: “No, you have to repeat it.” And why might it ask you to repeat it? Because you didn’t do it with dedication, because you didn’t do it whilst in the Divine Presence, because you did it with your mind on other things. So, the Divine Presence will say: “Repeat it, because you didn’t do it properly.” Not that it’s necessary.
Each Meditation has brought a gift, and the gift is in the Inner Temple. So why repeat it? Do you want to feel the energy? Use the gift, as you were taught, as many times as you like. It is different from doing the Meditation.

Think, learn to think. If it is something that has to be done collectively and which brings great benefits, why would you repeat it, just to gain from it again? Consider the sentiment. And no, nobody gains from it again; if you have already gained from it, you will not gain from it again.
So, if you have any doubts, ask the Divine Presence. That is the truth of these Meditations.
And another point I want to make clear here.
You are concerned about being at every Gathering, because it is important. So, this message is for those who are unable to attend, who, in reality, however much they might want to, simply cannot make it.
What is the difference between you being there in person and being far away? Is there a difference?
Of course there is. Of course there is. Because when a place is chosen—as I have chosen each place this year—that place undergoes a transformation; an important egregore is created there for the planet. Everyone gathered in that place raises its vibration, and much is destroyed.
Understand this well: the union of everyone in that place generates an egregore of Light so strong, so powerful, that it destroys low-vibration egregores that exist in that place—not in the physical location itself, but often in the municipality, and sometimes across the entire state.

That’s the big difference.
Now, when you watch from a distance and are engaged, when you’re there, focused, standing still, and listening, you receive the same energy as those who are present. Let me repeat that, just to make sure you understand. Those who are physically present at the event don’t keep getting up all the time; they’re there, paying attention to what’s being said, following the whole programme as it unfolds, standing up when they’re allowed to, eating when they’re allowed to, meditating when they’re asked to.
Now, if you’re on the other side, watching, if you stay in the same process, you’ll receive exactly the same energy as the person sitting there physically. Now, if you sit down, ‘oh, I’ll stand up for a bit’, then you go off and do something, and a little while later, you sit down again, ‘oh, no, I’ll stand up again’. Then you get up again and come back; the energy you receive will be fragmented, broken up, lacking much intensity, because you only receive it when you sit down; the moment you stand up, you’ve lost it.
So, my brothers and sisters, this is the big difference, because those who are physically there are fully engaged, and as well as receiving the energy, they are contributing their own energy to what is being done in the place. Do you understand?

So, we need a group of people to take action in each location. That’s why there are so many locations this year.

So, it’s easier for me to bring her here than for you to do so. There is only one of her, and the event itself provides the means for her to go. So, everything is fine.

Now, those who are not physically present to receive at least all the energy must remain still and seated exactly as those who are physically there; otherwise, they will gain nothing, or almost nothing. And no, they will not contribute to the cleansing of that place, because they are not there, present. It would be necessary for me to open a great Portal, bring everyone into the egregore, and only then would everyone participate.

The two major Gatherings are for anyone from all over Brazil and abroad who wishes to attend. The others are specifically for those who live in that particular state. Not that others cannot go—they can—but that is not the aim.
So, there you have the difference that many have been talking about and that I’ve been hearing about. “Why do I have to go?” I’ve heard that question a lot, and I’ve already answered it, and I’ll say it again: there’s no obligation whatsoever; go if your heart tells you to, if your heart resonates with it.
And don’t fall for that old story that, “oh, I’ll get into debt, I’ll go, and then the Archangel will help me”. Hold on, hold on, hold on. As far as I know, I’m not a bank; I don’t give loans, and I don’t pay off debts. Be responsible; don’t put something on my shoulders that you need to learn to manage yourselves. Don’t fall for that, because I won’t help at all.
Now, act responsibly, with care, and then, yes, I’ll always find a way.
So, know how to conduct yourselves, my brothers and sisters. Let’s stop acting like children here. Most of you are adults, already well-seasoned. And I’m not talking about age here; I’m talking about life experience. Don’t act like children; act like the adults you are. Know how to choose the right path and do not put words in my mouth, nor place the responsibility of helping you upon me or upon any Being.
It is you who attract; you attract our help, but you must know how to attract it. It is not the way many do it. So, be responsible, be honest with yourselves. Listen to your heart, listen to the Divine Presence. Ask: ‘Should I go? Is it part of my journey to go and help with the process?’ And it will answer. 

Because, often, you’re not ready, and where are you even going—for a stroll, to a social gathering?
Ah, I’m sorry to say it’s not a social gathering, it’s a spiritual event. Understand that.
So, know how to behave, know how to make the right decisions, know how to choose the right paths, and then, yes, you will always be able to find the best path. By radiating Light, you find the path. If you do not radiate Light, you cannot see the path.
So, know what to do, know what to do.
And another important point I want to leave with you today.
It has already been said, and I won’t keep repeating it because you need to learn to listen just once.
There are two paths: mine and Sananda’s. And many changes are taking place, both on this side and on the other side.
And let’s stop this nonsense of thinking, first of all, that Sananda and I are competing. Yes, it would actually be quite interesting: me on one side, Sananda on the other – what sort of battle would there be between us? I haven’t the faintest idea, because this is ridiculous. Shall we stop feeding these fantasies?
They are different paths, leading to the same purpose: your evolution.

The paths need to be changed. Many changes have already taken place here, and many more will take place there, but there is not the slightest hint of competition, nor of squabbles. Stop this; don’t be ridiculous, thinking there is something strange between Sananda and me, let alone between her and Rui. The two are soul siblings, and keeping them apart is no longer an option.
The three of them – she, Rui, and her sister – are a trinity, very important to all of you. Individually, each has their own strength, yes, but the three of them together exponentially increase the strength they possess, and you will see this happen over the course of the year.
So, stop the gossip, the ‘he said, she said’ about what is happening. Be careful, the mouth is a terrible advisor. The mind feeds the ego. So, be careful what you think.
Everything is being done to elevate each and every one of you. Understand this.
May each one find their own way. Some like strawberries, others like pineapple. Does everyone like strawberries and pineapple? No, because some only like strawberries, others only like pineapple. So, everyone sticks to what they like, to the energy that resonates with them, but stop this nonsense.
You will still see a lot happen this year, but there is also a point to it.
Their work will continue because it is guided by Sananda. And if you carry on with this nonsense, with this ridiculous gossip, you won’t know a thing. “Oh, but will we be held back because of a few people?” Well, let me ask you this: why hasn’t the planet ascended yet? Answer me, why hasn’t it ascended yet? Because not everyone is ready.
So, yes, as long as there are those who do not know or do not want to understand what is said, the rest gain nothing. This is how everything happens.
Unity is needed, commitment is needed, elevation is needed.
And to conclude our meeting today, I will simply say the following.
I have never forced anyone to do anything, let alone Sananda. So, those who do not feel capable of making a choice, step aside, take some time out, so that, from the outside, you can see things more clearly. And no, Sananda nor I will do anything. We will do nothing to bring you back, nor will we do anything to convince you of anything, because you have free will.
And neither Sananda nor I will get a bit annoyed or turn our backs on you – obviously not. We’ll remain the same, and perhaps even a little happier with you, because you had the courage to admit: ‘I don’t want either one.’ Perfect, perfect – that’s exactly what I want. Because sitting on the fence is the worst choice you can make.
You have to choose a side; if you can’t, then step back. Look in from the outside and feel it with your heart. I don’t hold anyone back, and neither does Sananda. Everyone stays where their heart finds peace, where their heart settles. Understand this, once and for all.
