Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM METATRON!

At every moment, the planet is aligning itself with the Fifth Dimension. And what does this alignment entail? It involves carrying out the necessary cleansing in many areas. Some ask: “Why does the planet need to cleanse itself if it is going to ascend anyway?”

I ask a question: Are you not cleansing the energies of pain and suffering that you have accumulated over eons, in order to become fit for evolution? Yes, the Third Dimension will be left behind. But the energies cannot remain on the planet. If they could, many might go to the Fifth Dimension and a large number would remain in the Third Dimension. But that is not how it works. 

The planet, as a whole, will ascend. Then the Third Dimension will be cleansed. There will be no more humans, nor animals, nothing. But all energy, other than Light, that is there, needs to be transmuted, so that the Earth may effectively, completely, and entirely become a cleansed planet, vibrating solely in the Fifth Dimension. This cleansing is as necessary as your own.

We have been saying here for a long time now: Difficult times are coming. Many look at conflicts, violence and hunger as these difficult times. And I ask: Has this never existed before? Hunger has always existed on this planet. Conflicts? Since time immemorial. Violence? All the time. 

So you are not experiencing anything different from what you have always experienced. I can tell you that much of what you think is… “Oh no, things are worse today. The world is worse!” No. The world has had the rug pulled from under it. So all the dirt is in the air. The Light is sweeping away everything that was hidden beneath the rugs. And laying it all bare, in plain sight, for all of you to see. Because many refused to see. “That’s not my problem. I don’t go through that, so I don’t want to know.”

Not today. Today everyone is in the same boat. A boat that rocks a lot. Water comes in, it gets wet. Many feel seasick. And even those who still see themselves as superior have no separate cabins. They have no privileges. They are going through the same as the one who mops the floor. There is no difference. Everyone is affected. 

So it feels to many as though everything is getting worse. That the world is falling apart. No. The world is just being what it always was. But you didn’t want to see it. You made a point of not seeing it. Because the problem wasn’t with you; it was with the other person. So why bother?

Fear is being spread across the planet in every possible way. Through food; through the products you use; through disease. The display of boundless violence… I ask you: Is all this true? I do not deny that there is violence, that there are diseases, that there is contamination. All of this exists, but it has always existed. 

It is only today, with the internet and artificial intelligence being manipulated by those in control, that you are being exposed to a great deal of falsehood. The problems do exist, but they are the size of an ant, not the size of an elephant. You are led to believe that the problems are immense; and almost insurmountable. 

So fear takes hold of many. Even those of you with a higher consciousness allow yourselves to be swept along. You believe the little stories. You believe what you receive on your devices. So I say to you: The present moment is the moment of the heart. “What do you mean, the moment of the heart?”

With every news, with every new clash, go to your Divine Presence and ask: “Is this true?” Invoke the Law of Truth. “Law of Truth, show me if this is true!” And you will know the truth. Because the Law of Truth never remains silent. It shows what needs to be shown. 

So, stop getting caught up in these energies that are coming in. Don’t pay any attention to them. Look at your feet. Look at your home. Look at those around you. Has it affected anyone? Follow the processes you’ve already learnt. “What was the point of this lesson?” There’s no reason. It’s, “Why did I need to learn this lesson?” And carry on your journey. Whatever happens outside your home, the Light is keeping it out of your home. So be grateful that it hasn’t entered your home.

But if it does come in, accept it wholeheartedly. Don’t complain, don’t despair. Don’t suffer too much. Everyone will go through what they have to go through. Many have premonitions. And I ask: What’s the point of worrying, of fretting? “What on earth is going to happen?” Stay in the flow, because if you are caught up in that process you foresaw, you will be caught up in it. There is no difference whatsoever. If you are merely a spectator, you won’t be caught up in it; you will simply watch. 

So what is the point of worrying? Be ready to experience whatever comes. Every moment, every event. Be ready. When we say: Difficult times are coming. Difficult times are coming. Of pain, suffering, death, catastrophes. Yes, the Earth needs to be cleansed. And many need to leave. But understand, everyone is where their soul has chosen to be. 

And I would just like to say to each and every one of you: these souls whom we know will not ascend are being cared for, looked after, and enveloped in Light—intensely. So that they may leave their physical bodies on this planet with Love, without resentment, without anger, understanding that it was a choice made by the soul itself. 

So we are not standing still, sitting in comfortable chairs, watching everything unfold. The work is intense. Millions are working. Millions are by each of your sides. Guiding, expanding consciousness, participating in the process. So what is it up to each of you? It is up to you to live every moment with your heart. Do not worry about tomorrow. 

Now a point that deserves attention. Difficult times are not just for a select few. If we are speaking to you, you will be in that boat, together with everyone else. Maintain balance in your lives. Always have food at home. Do not let anything run out that you might need to buy the next day. Always keep a good stock. Balance your accounts. Do not spend unnecessarily. Save money. 

If you want an example, I’ll give you one: times of war. Are those easy times to live through? No, they aren’t. I’m not saying by this that there will be conflicts. But they will be difficult times, for everyone. Not just for one or two people living in that part of the world. So learn to maintain balance in your lives. It will be much easier for those who heed this advice.

If you aren’t caught up in the problem, you’ll sail right past it without a care, because you’ve found your balance and got your affairs in order. Now, those who live only for today, without a care for the future—because, in your minds, the future doesn’t exist—will find themselves in a tight spot. They’ll face some real hardship. Because this is the reflection of the life they’ve led: a life of chaos and without planning. Not long-term planning, but planning for the present. 

Build up small stocks. Nobody is going to rush out to buy everything they see and leave others without supplies. That is not what I am saying. I will repeat: A small stock. “Ah! For how long?” A small stock. Do you understand? What is small? It is a little. 

So it’s a small stockpile of non-perishable food that can be stored or constantly replenished, but which remains in stock. Water; always have water at home. That’s it. And simply be ready for whatever comes, no matter what it is. 

And learn to invoke the Law of Truth at all times. Don’t get carried away by everything. There are a lot of lies being spread.
