Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM KALIGHAL, Commander of a Pleiadian spacecraft!

I am overjoyed to be here. I heard your calls, and now I am here. Are you eager to meet me? I am too, and I am eager to be close to each and every one of you. In my heart, I already am. I won’t say ‘every single one of you’ because I don’t meddle in your lives, but I know many of you. We’re all looking forward to the days ahead.

We could say that the ships are being polished to make them look as bright as possible. We’re keeping everything organised and clean so that we’ll look our best when the time comes. Our clothes are already impeccable. No, I won’t be wearing a floral shirt. After all, it’s a very important occasion, so I’ll be wearing my best formal attire. Yes, we have appropriate outfits for every situation. We don’t just wear any old clothes.

My brothers and sisters, understand that I have always shared uplifting, light-hearted, and even humorous messages with you. Over time, I’ve won you all over. We aren’t gloomy, serious or sullen. We’re very cheerful. We also know how to have fun within our limits.

Clearly, we don’t live as you do. Our planet is different. Our homes, cities, and customs are all different. So we can’t compare life here to life on Earth. But rest assured, we’ve been studying you for a long time – in fact, we’ve had plenty of opportunity to do so. 

We study your habits, customs, and cuisine so that we can interact with you on a deeper level. We understand everything you have experienced on this planet, including the stories that have been told and the dogmas that have been created.

We know we need a lot of love in our hearts. We need to bring you all joy. Just imagine if I stepped off my spaceship scowling and acting like those movie characters, saying, ‘I want to talk to the boss!’ That would be ridiculous. It would be very ridiculous. It’s the people up there who talk to the boss — the ones who control the process. They’re the ones who talk to the leaders, not us.

We could say that we are like you in that we are the smallest part of the process. Of course, I am a commander and my ship is enormous. I can say that I command a large ship containing many smaller ships. However, I would never go so far as to say that my ship is the same size as Ashtar’s. Never. It is much more modest, but it contains many other ships.

I’m a great leader. Despite my sense of humour, I know how to lead very well. Delivering our messages this way was our way of breaking the ice, gaining your trust, winning you over and showing you that we’re just like you.

We are different — I won’t deny it. We don’t experience many of the feelings you do because we have already evolved. But the predominant feeling on my ship is joy. I don’t like seeing anyone with a frown on their face. Are you upset? Are you sad? Think it over. Raise your vibration. I won’t let it affect anyone else. 

Yes, even though we live in the Fifth Dimension, we all have those moments when we feel a little down. Everyone goes through this. You can’t be living in glory all the time. Life happens. Problems and worries arise, but we don’t let them get to us. That’s the big secret.

We don’t get sad or upset. We have worries, but they don’t affect our energy field. So, when we find ourselves feeling unbalanced, we pause and gather ourselves. We don’t let things get out of hand because if we do, our vibration drops and we’re gently encouraged to seek treatment.

No, we don’t have any psychologists, but we are taken to high-frequency chambers to help dissolve that feeling. It can’t be spread. Is it difficult to stay in the Fifth Dimension? No, it’s very easy. However, you won’t enter the Fifth Dimension right away. You’ll move there little by little.

You’ll have a lot to learn, but don’t worry — I’ll be here to teach you every step of the way. I’ll make you laugh a lot. And, of course, to share my recipes. So many of you are dying to get hold of them! I’ll share them. Maybe I’ll even write a book called Kalighal’s Recipes. That would be really interesting. You’ll have access to everything. We’ll always be here to help you, too.

Oh yes, of course! I mustn’t forget to mention that my spaceship will always be available for tours. We’ll go on lots of them. I’ll show you the whole universe! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to take everyone at once because there are so many of you. The spaceship is big, but let’s not get carried away. But we’ll make travel plans, and everyone will get to go on a tour.

My brothers and sisters, we are also very joyful because the moment is drawing nearer with each passing day. You are already becoming aware of this, but those who were closed off in their beliefs are in for a big shock. More and more people will experience this because more is yet to come.

To put it another way, as you often say, ‘the die has been cast’. Now, we just have to wait for the result. We’ll be more and more ready and eager to make that first contact. Are you feeling anxious? So are we. But, as I said a moment ago, it’s a kind of anxiety that doesn’t really affect us.

I have never had any contact with Earthlings. As I said, it is our senior commanders who make contact with their governments. For us, too, it will be very different. However, we hope it will be wonderful, and I’m sure it will be.

I’ve been given the honour of kicking off the week. That means I need to set you all a challenge. With your well-being and the purity of your bodies in mind, I want you to become increasingly crystalline. Just as an aside, no one is going to turn into a crystal. It means pure and clear, able to see through to the other side. Don’t get it confused. The word sounds like something else.

So, let’s get back to the topic. What I’ve planned for you is very simple and easy for some of you. Not everyone will like it, though. But it will do you good to avoid sugar for a week. My brothers and sisters, you don’t realise the harm that consuming this substance causes to your bodies.

So, stay away from it for a week. At least try your best. Reduce the amount you consume. Cut it out completely. Do something! The challenge is on! Don’t eat any sugar. When I say sugar, I mean all types of sugar, whether white, yellow, or brown. No, I’m not talking about cutting out foods that contain sugar. Otherwise, you won’t be able to eat anything. It’s about eliminating sugar. Don’t add sugar to anything. Eat without sugar. The challenge is on!

Oh, and just a quick note: none of our recipes contain sugar. We use the natural sweetness of the ingredients themselves. So you’ll be able to make it through a whole week! In fact, I predict that many of you will enjoy it so much that you’ll never go back to consuming sugar. That would be wonderful.

Well, brothers and sisters, I leave you with all my Love and affection. I came across the word ‘affection’ and thought it was beautiful. It’s this feeling—almost like Love—that you have for one another. I really love it. Everyone here is surprised by such a beautiful feeling, which is so much like Love. So I leave my affection with all of you. I also leave you with gratitude for all the joy you experience as you listen to me — I can feel your energy. It was exactly that energy that brought me here today.
