Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM ADAMA!

It is with great joy that I am here with you today.

We are often asked why nothing was done during all the time we spent in the depths of the planet. I could say that the answer would be long, and we could offer many explanations, but I will simply say this: If you are going through the process you are experiencing today, and have managed to get this far, it is because we remained in the Inner Earth; it is because we kept the Light active on the planet, from the inside out.

I am not the one to explain in detail what we have been doing all this time. We have been living our lives. We have created a wonderful world, and all the inhabitants of Telos and other intraterrestrial cities live in it. We are not here to justify our actions to certain people.

So I ask a question of those who pose this inquiry to us: And what have you been doing all this time? Many might answer me: “Oh, I’m participating in the ascension process.” Yes, you are participating, but what did you do to set it in motion? What actions did you take? What have you done for the planet and for yourself that you can hold up as an example to me? “Oh, I did this, and I’ve evolved.” What?

It’s very common for human beings—for humanity—to point the finger at others, to judge others. Few look at themselves in the mirror. And when they do, it’s just to see how they look, to fix their appearance; never to look deep into their soul.

You must look at yourselves in the mirror. You must understand the world you have created. It wasn’t us. It wasn’t the Beings of Light. It was humanity. Today, you truly have the opportunity to make new choices and a great opportunity for evolution.

You are realizing the wrong things you’ve done. Some of you, at least. Because many still believe that everything should stay the same. All you have to do is learn something here, take a course there, radiate energy every day—and you’ll be ready for evolution.

Well, my brothers, the process is a little different. It’s a little more complicated. You need to change your consciousness, change your habits, change the way you think, and the ways you act. How can you still look at a brother as different?

With indifference? With fear? With judgment? I could tell you that this is the first exercise, and it’s the most basic one: it’s about how you look at your brothers and sisters. Do you still look down on them? Or do you still think you’re superior? Superior to what? Who are you to think you’re superior?

Knowledge doesn’t make anyone superior. Money doesn’t make anyone superior. Superiority lies in the amount of Light. But not the kind of superiority used to belittle others. It’s superiority within a hierarchy of Light. We don’t look down. We look only forward.

So do this exercise; start practicing it. How do you view each brother and sister? Unconditional Love involves a very important feeling: respect. You don’t have to love everyone. You should, but we won’t reach that stage of teaching yet, because you won’t be able to get there. Not in this dimension. You have a long journey ahead of you to learn to look at every brother and sister with Love.

So we can say that you can look at them with respect. It doesn’t matter if they’re naked, dirty, or smelly. Look at them with respect—respect for the human being they are. You aren’t obligated to agree with or accept their choices. But you respect them as a Divine Spark—as a Being of Light. It doesn’t matter if they have almost no Light; they have Light because they’re alive.

So start with small steps. Start by realizing how much you still have to learn. It’s not about sitting in a chair and pointing your finger at us. And asking, “Why this? Why that? Why not this? Why not that?” What happened to you is in the past; for us, it remains in the present.

So learn to walk. Learn to appreciate what you are experiencing today. No other planet has gone through this. You will be the pioneers. You will make headlines in the universe. And what role will you play? One of superiority? Feeling magnanimous because you’ve evolved to the Fifth Dimension in your physical body? You don’t know what awaits you. Nothing is as simple as you think.

Many think they’ll open a door and walk through it. And they’ll continue living their lives naturally, just as they always have. I’m sorry to tell you: it won’t be like that at all. You’ll be like babies who have to learn to walk, to talk, to eat—and learn everything all over again. Because everything will be very different.

But there’s one thing you’re still overlooking—the journey to get there. Many think the path is already laid out, that they’ve already achieved everything necessary. Anyone who thinks this way is very far from the mark. They’re very far from true growth.

Strive every day to improve, my brothers and sisters. Strive to combat those petty feelings you still harbor—especially judgments, pointing fingers in a superior manner, thinking you’re untouchable, or thinking you’re the best. You are all equal before God the Father/Mother. And so it will be in the Fifth Dimension.

So why not learn to bury those feelings of yours deep in the ground? Because they won’t be able to come with you. You’ll have to let them go. Will there be enough time? Since you think you’re so precious, so perfect, that you don’t need to change a thing? Is that so?

So look at yourselves in the mirror, but don’t look to see the human body—look to see the soul, look to see your own consciousness. Who knows, you might see a great deal. The Fifth Dimension isn’t an amusement park, my brothers and sisters. It’s a world where Love is the driving force. Nothing exists without Love.

So learn to cultivate it. And bury all those petty feelings you still harbor today. Be certain of this. If I can give you one piece of advice, this is the most important one. We don’t experience any of that here. Just as you won’t experience any of that in the Fifth Dimension.

So the time has come for change, for a turning point. Only then will I be able to shake your hand and say, “You’re on the right path.” Otherwise, I’ll keep waiting for you in the Fifth Dimension.
