Dear brothers of planet Earth! I AM ROWENA!

As always, I am walking in my garden of rose-colored roses. Walk with me. Walk and feel my energy, the Love I emanate for you and for all humanity.

At each step, say to yourself:

“I am going towards my evolution.

I am going towards Unconditional Love.

I am going in the direction of the Light.”

And we will continue walking, feeling the perfume of the flowers. In this moment, forget your problems, your commitments. Just think about this beautiful field of rose-colored roses.

Some might perceive that, while walking around the flowers, it is as if the roses opened up the way for the passage. Therefore, neither do you hurt them nor do they hurt you, and you just live this vibration, this energy they constantly emanate.  

At this moment, I am building a small Light Code. It does not matter if you do not see it; it will be sent to you. However, at this moment, we will stop walking. I draw this big Light Code in front of you, and all its energy reaches you, filling your body with Love, Light, and peace.

Keep this Light Code, and every time you need this energy, put it on a table, place your right hand over it, and your left hand on your spiritual heart, and let it do its role of enlightening you more and more.

Do not be anxious and use it constantly. It is a very high-energy quantum. Therefore, use it just once a day. Every day? There is no determination. You can use it every day you wish, but only once a day. Do it every time you feel the need for balance, joy in your heart, and Love for you and for humanity.

You must emanate Love, my brothers. You must look at each brother with Love. That Love is not physical; it is an inner Love. It is a Love without judgment, without criticism, and with much respect. To Love is not just the physical touch. You do not need to have the person in your arms to love her.

You can love any human being, any animal, nature, and, as odd as it might seem, you can love everything around you: each object, each electronic device, everything you have achieved, but Love without attachment, just being grateful to have them there, helping you in your daily life, comfort, and rest. 

Many will say that you will be mushy, ridiculous, or foolish, for loving everything and everyone. And I tell you that that is a step in your evolution: to learn to love everything and everyone. Therefore, whom will you listen to? The critics? Those who understand nothing? Those who are far away from this whole journey, or will you listen to your heart?

Make your choices, my brothers. The clock is ticking, and this is a difficult lesson. It seems easy to love everything and everyone, but it is not. Look at a being who, today, sickens you. Love him; see Light in him, because he has Light. Even a murderer has Light; he just does not see it.

When you manage to look at any other being, without judgment, without criticism, without any negative feeling, you will be on the path. You just need to change the vibration in relation to that being. And believe that if each one looked at a dirty, smelly beggar with Love, that being would receive so much Love that he would want to change his life.

So, ask yourself a question: “Those who throw themselves into the abyss do it because someone lent a hand, or rather because everyone threw rocks at them?” Be kind, my brothers. Emanate Love for everyone.

Many ask, “How do I emanate Love?” Then, I will teach you. Look into your spiritual heart and see a beautiful rose-colored ball come out of it, the most beautiful, purest rose you know. The size of the ball does not matter. What matters is what you are feeling. If you vibrate a lot, it will be almost solid because of the rose in it. If you vibrate a little, it will be more transparent, but it does not matter; do what you can.

Generate that ball and blow it to someone; it does not matter who. No, no one will fall in love with you. We are not here talking about that kind of Love. We are talking about pure Love, Love without anything in return. So, just choose a person about whom you apparently feel bothered and blow this rose ball to them, towards their heart.

Done! You did a good deed for yourself and for someone, and rest assured that they received your wave of Love, no matter how soft it might have been. It does not matter; it was a wave of Love, and you did some good for someone that day. 

So, every time you remember it, do it, and you will see how, little by little, the balls will get fuller and fuller, almost solid, because of the Love involved? Oh! Right! You can make a huge ball and embrace the planet. Your mind is capable of everything. Imagine Gaia in front of you and blow your ball over Gaia.

It is an easy exercise, but rest assured that it is of the utmost importance.
