So, my sons and daughters, do not let yourselves be drawn in; do not give credence to their words; remain silent; do not listen; do not argue; simply walk away. This is the path, because they will do everything to throw you off balance.
People are instruments because they do not vibrate at a high frequency, and the feelings they experience—often of a low vibration—attach themselves to negative thought-forms, bringing imbalance. But you must be most vigilant when you are not at home—when you are outside, outside the fortress. You are a point of Light, and negative forces do not like Light; they always want to extinguish the Light.
So, do not let yourselves get involved; refute any argument or imbalance as much as possible, so that you do not lose your vibrations—do not let yourselves become involved.
I can assure you, this will become more and more intense, as if the world were turning against you. So, always be ready and humble. Humble, yes—humble enough to bow your head and pretend to be weak. Not because you believe it, but to show that you will simply listen and do nothing. I assure you, this breaks any negative energy, because they will have no way to affect your vibration—since you are not vibrating with anger, nor are you fueling your ego by wanting to be “correct” or always “right.” So there will be nothing to attack, as you will look small to them, yet in reality, you will be strong and wise.
Often, you don’t know how to handle these situations; you let yourselves get swept up in them, and the imbalance hits hard. So, you need to stop, breathe, and be silent. Those who speak alone do not foster discussion—remember that.
You need to be careful; you need to pay attention to maintain your vibration.
If you can, stand with your feet in nature, connect with Gaia immediately, and ask her to give you strength and help you stay balanced.

Understand this: many of our brothers and sisters are going through difficult situations on this planet, and the collective unconscious is beginning to manifest itself out of fear of what is to come—and this unconscious is very powerful.
