Dear Brothers! I AM ADAMA!

Continuing our journey, I will speak a little about chapter 6 of book One of TELOS.

How to reach us, how to visit us? This longing is received by us through your hearts. We feel, we perceive, we know the intentions of each one, and many are 100% true, full of love, full of respect, full of longing. But understand, how many thousands of years have you been in this dimension? What has been the journey of each soul in this dimension? How long? A long, long time.

Your souls today are loaded with memories, with feelings that are not at all part of the feelings experienced in the Fifth Dimension. The first work to reach a higher dimension is to get rid of all these traumas, to get rid of all the memories, to get rid of every moment lived. Your soul will have to look at all that is left behind and just see its growth, its evolution, and be grateful for every moment of violence, of pain, of despair, of suffering that you have gone through, because that moment taught you a lot to get you to the present time.

Look back at what this planet was millennia ago and what it is today. There has been an evolution, there has been my evolution of consciousness. Today you are run by human laws, but these laws were brought by the Light. There needs to be a minimum of organization and rules. We understand that the laws have been modified, today they no longer exist as they once did; they exist more to harm the inferiors and to placate, to ease the way of the superiors. So it is totally distorted, but this is not the moment to comment on this.

I just want to say to each of you that we feel your hearts, we feel everything you feel for us, and your longing, your desire to be with us, to give us a gift, to give us a big hug. I answer you that it is not yet the moment. The moment will come for each one when the time is right, when this “one” is ready, has completed his journey of evolution, his journey of ascension.

You think that you are ready, that the fact of doing all that is guided is enough for you to have already reached the final stage of the ascension process. Unfortunately my brothers and sisters I have to tell you that the road is still long, that you are still in the beginning. There is still much to be released and learned, but I don’t want to discourage anyone, because every step forward speeds up the process itself. So when you evolve a little bit it starts to accelerate your own journey more and more so that you get to the end quickly.

So each one of you, at the right time, will have our invitation to be with us in some way, to be in our cities. Don’t worry about how this will happen. We know exactly how to reach each one of you. You want to please us, you want to be grateful. So I say to you: Be grateful to the planet itself, be grateful to your own souls. Look at the planet, emanate love for the planet, emanate love for yourself. You want to emanate love for others, but you forget to emanate love for yourself, and yet you judge yourself, you don’t love yourself, you don’t respect yourself. That is the first love you have to cultivate, the love for yourself, the gratitude that your soul has brought each of you here.

Look at yourself in the mirror today and see the enlightened soul that you are. Love what you see. See no flaws, see no wrinkles, see no judgment about your bodies; they are just bodies. Beauty is in your soul. That’s what you need to look up to, and see it shining, beautiful. And be grateful that it has brought you here, that you are Beings of Light, and not of the shadows. Forget everything else. 

Love yourselves, love your souls, be grateful for them. Give yourselves gifts. You want to give us flowers; give flowers to your souls. Take a flower and with all your love and heart give that flower to your soul, with all the gratitude for everything you have lived. Be sure that this feeling of love, of self-love, will provoke a reaction in your soul, because it is afraid of your judgment, of your conscience, and it will understand that no, you don’t judge it, that you are simply grateful.

Know how to fulfill the path of the 7 initiations. What is this path? Your Higher Self knows. And you are walking this path right now. Do not look back. The path must be looked forward, always, and seeing only Light ahead, nothing but Light. Forget what was left behind. Remember, yes, beautiful moments, moments of joy. Moments of pain, do not remember. Moments of anger, sadness, suffering, don’t remember, because many times you have already left that energy behind, and remembering brings it back, but with one detail: everything that you experience depends on your vibrations, and you are vibrating higher, so it will come with much more force, with much more power.

Leave the past where it was, back there. Look forward always. Leave what is past, in what you call the past. This is a beautiful way to accelerate evolution, because you will begin to live within positive feelings, and each one will be fulfilling his or her line of ascension. And then many gifts will come, not only our contact, not only our invitation, but the contact with many other beings. The learning, the truths, and especially the way of living.

Give yourself, my brothers and sisters, give yourself to this journey: the journey of ascension. And for this, only listen to your heart, but let your heart be pure. And let it vibrate only Love and Light.
