Dear brothers and sisters! I AM ADAMA!

Today we’re going to comment on chapter 3 of book III of Telos.

In this chapter, Aurelia comments to Sananda about her difficulties in going through a lesson. In the same way, I’m going to draw your attention to the point presented.

There is a conductor for each soul, which is the Higher Self. He knows what is necessary for each soul to follow on the road of evolution, and at the present time to follow the road of ascension. But does the Higher Self always impose something? No. It respects the will and the path of the soul. And being a little more specific, the journey of each of the soul’s fractals.

Of course, the Higher Self doesn’t stand by and watch everything, always letting the soul choose the path it wants to follow. It does interfere at some points. It’s like that mum or dad who leaves the children playing in the courtyard for a long time, but when it’s time to go in and have a bath, they stop playing and the child goes in. The Higher Self does the same. It leaves the fractal free to do whatever it wants. It analyses and puts in the fractal’s path everything that is necessary to correct all that the fractal has committed in the opposite direction to the Light.

The point made by Aurelia and Sananda in this chapter is a very interesting one, and one that many of you, still because of your ego, always think and believe that everyone is against you. If someone does something that annoys you, it’s personal, it’s against you. You are always right and those who attack you are always wrong. This is a vision of duality. This is a vision of the ego, which always places you as the main being in everything, as the one who is always right and the rest are always wrong.

What is discussed in this chapter are the mirrors. Mirrors? Yes, mirrors. What happens when you look in the mirror? It reflects your image, and often you see a different image than you really are because you’re seeing your inverted image, not the real image of what you are.

Through the mirror, you can analyze points that you hadn’t realized before. But that’s also where the ego comes in, talking about beauty and presentation, and that’s not the focus of this subject. When I talk about mirrors, how did Sananda introduce Aurélia to them? Every person who appears in the path of another being, who bothers her, annoys her, makes her feel bad, did that person actually plan it? She woke up and decided: I’m going to annoy so-and-so. And it comes to you and annoys you. Is that how you think things happen?

Most of the time, yes, you think you’re the perpetual victim, the perpetual victimiser. And if I were to give you another image of all this, you’d wake up with something that needs to be dealt with, something you need to look at, something you need to correct, something you need to evolve. So you’re in charge, you’re emanating that energy. Then the energy you emanate, or rather that you are emanating, will attract the right person to counteract exactly what you have emanated.

And then you won’t like seeing that person, but they are nothing more than that mirror, that image of the mirror that you emanated. Many people are saying to me right now: “That’s not real. That’s not right. People do affect me. Very well. You will continue to let your ego make you believe that you are the centre of the universe, that you are the one who is always wronged, attacked, and mistreated. But what do you emanate?

Always remember: every action has a reaction. So what you emanate, you get back exactly the same. You may not be able to understand this at the moment, you may not be able to see it, you may not be able to accept it, but this is the pure truth. Everyone who comes along and upsets you, or hurts you, or attacks you, is somehow giving back what you emanated. Not against them, but you emanated the same thing and you are seeing in that person exactly what you did and what you are.

Is that hard to accept? I imagine so, that it’s very difficult to admit so many ugly things that you see in others, but which are actually part of you. These are all lessons, my brothers. You have to realize that you are all one. There are no differences between you. What differentiates each being is their conscience, but everyone is the same, everyone makes mistakes. But the point here is not to point out the mistakes, it’s not to keep reminding you of the mistakes. The great purpose is a way of making you see what you need to change.

Everything you attract is the mirror of what you are emanating. It’s not easy to see this, because you think you’re perfect, you don’t make any more mistakes. “Oh, I’m not like that. I don’t do that”. I’m sorry to tell you that you are like that and you do that. That person who was the instrument to take on the role of your mirror has their problem, and whether they learn their lesson one day is their problem. Understand that they received your emanation and gave it back to you in the same way.

So you both need to be healed. But it’s not your role to heal the other. The role is for you to heal yourself. The role is for you to look at each person who bothers you or has bothered you at some point along the way, and look at them in the mirror. Look in the mirror at what you see that person emanating towards you. And know that there’s a point there that you need to address, you need to look at it.

So whenever you feel angry with someone, hurt, or any other feeling, look at the person on the other side of the mirror; they are you, they are being something you emanated, they are just giving it back to you to show you what you did. And in this way, you can heal, you can change. And as we’ve already said, if you’ve hurt someone, if you’ve wounded someone in any way, you don’t need to physically go to them and ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness is from heart to heart, not mind to mind. So fill your heart with forgiveness and put all this forgiveness into her heart.

Now, it doesn’t mean that the other person will forgive you, but that’s not your problem, It’s part of their journey, but you’ve done your homework. So learn, my brothers and sisters, every person who bothers you, look at yourself in front of a mirror and them on the other side; they are your reflection. So everything they’ve done to you, you’ve emanated. So try to heal yourself, try not to repeat that action, try to change your thoughts and not let the ego lead you every step of the way.

You’re not perfect, and I’m telling you, you won’t reach perfection before you’re in the Fifth Dimension, but the road to it is still a long one. It will still be quite difficult to walk, but the most important thing in all of this is that you are aware of everything you emanate,  the important thing is to be aware of every energy you emanate.
