Those who did the Meditation on the 29th received a letter from the Karmic Council. Many asked what to do with this letter. So, I will say: This letter should be burned. You will burn the letter and blow the ashes into the wind. If you want to leave it at the window for the wind to carry away, blow it out the window, as you wish. The important thing is that the ashes are carried away by the air. I will not explain here too much about why each thing is done. Just do it. Burn it and throw it to the wind, that’s all.
Another point that was mentioned on the 29th is that some groups will not return. For those who watched the live broadcast on the 30th, in which she and her brother Rui participated, you saw that this was mentioned, but I will repeat it.
The Letters from Christ groups in cities will remain exactly as they are, because they will be groups that will be used for the work that Sananda will be doing with the Letters. Everything remains as it is.
Now, within Angels and Light, many groups will not return. The groups are closed; it’s vacation time for you, too. So, I would like to take this opportunity to talk a little bit about groups.

I don’t just observe what happens here in this group, in this family that has been created. I observe the planet as a whole. I feel hearts, I see thoughts, attitudes. Many think that I do not have this ability to see everything at once, and I can even assure you that I do not spend 24 hours taking care of your lives; I would be turning into a big gossip, and that is not the case. I observe when I feel that your frequency has changed, and then I stop and observe.
So, I don’t just observe here; I don’t just have followers here, I have them on many other channels, all over the planet. And I observe how you behave in groups.
I would say that it would be necessary to create a course on etiquette: “etiquette for being part of groups because it is very interesting that you need, you need to put what you think, what you believe, what you like.
So, I ask you a question: do others like everything you like? It may be that some like it, but not everyone, and it’s amazing how you need to post something interesting for everyone. “Oh, this is interesting.” And then you pick up your device and send it to everyone. Then those who receive it check it out, “Oh, something came in,” and go there and look. What a disappointment! Because at first it should be an interesting message, but no. It’s something that someone posted because they found it interesting and decided to share it.

I don’t know if you remember, and if you don’t, I’ll repeat: don’t share anything with anyone who hasn’t asked for it. I already said this back when the Channel started. “Oh, because I need to send the messages that come in to other people.” Why? Are you forcing people to listen?
It’s what I’ve always said: you can comment, and if there is interest, the person will seek it out, or if necessary, I will pull them by the hair, as I have done with many here. It’s not up to you to share so that others can see and maybe like it. This is annoying, can you see that? How much do you annoy other people with topics that have nothing to do with them, with topics that are strictly personal, and you take them and publish them for everyone to see?
So, I ask you a question: when you open a group and see a message that has nothing to do with it, do you like it? No, often you even get annoyed, but you do exactly that. So when I say that I’m going to close the groups, that I’m going to clean them up, that I’m going to end the groups. Oh! There is a general commotion. “Gee, the Archangel is being authoritarian, a dictator.”
I don’t mind that they think that, because as I have said many times here, the groups were created because I asked for them. So, if I ask for them, I will be able to eliminate them. And within each group, there are rules.
Do you want to see another point? Greetings. Greetings are given when you meet someone, I’ve already learned that. Out of politeness, when you meet someone, you say good morning, good afternoon, good evening, see you tomorrow, but you’re there, looking at the person, or they’re talking to you. Now, in a group, who are you saying good morning to? Ah, because you’re very polite, so you have to say good morning to a group of five thousand people, and all five thousand will receive your good morning.
The problem isn’t the good morning itself. It’s that imagine if everyone in the group decides to say good morning. Five thousand people will receive many good mornings. Will that be pleasant? No. And what happens? Many people don’t follow groups precisely because of this, because of unnecessary messages.
Do you want to see another point? The group is for talking, let me give you an example, for talking about dogs. It’s a selective group where you only talk about dogs, but you joined the group and simply decided to talk about cats, because you have a dog and a cat. And then you start a conversation about cats. But isn’t the group about dogs? But you want to talk about cats in the dog group. Do you realize how inconvenient your message was? Because you took the focus away from someone who had to look at the group to see if there was anything, and found something that had nothing to do with the group. Do you understand? 

Another point. You, I will repeat what I said earlier, find something interesting and take any group and throw it there, because you found it interesting, but why are you the one who has to show what is interesting?
Understand, once and for all. Each one has their own journey. Each one is in a different vibrational range.
So, everything you attract is in your range. So, I’ll give you an example.
Someone who is just beginning a journey of awakening. This person is dazzled by so many things they are seeing for the first time. So they take it and post it in the group. “Guys, the name of the spirit of the planet is Gaia.” What will you say? You might even laugh at the person. “Oh, we’ve known that for a long time.” But they learned it now. So, they shouldn’t have posted that in the group; it’s their problem, they are in that range of learning that the name of the spirit of planet Earth is Gaia. For them, it’s new; for the rest, it’s not, so they don’t have to share that, because you are in another range.
So, that beautiful course: “Wow, it was fantastic, I’m going to share it with everyone.” Really? Is it for everyone to do? Or was it you, with your frequency, that attracted that course?

So, each one will attract what they are vibrating, not what the other is vibrating. And then I will summarize everything I have said in a single word: ego. Immense egos, enormous egos, because they have to show off, they have to send messages to be remembered, they have to send messages to show what they are doing. For me, all of this has only one name: ego.
So, let’s learn how to behave within groups. Some are already behaving perfectly, following my rules, not questioning what I say.
Do you want to see something interesting? When I say that you shouldn’t help those who lie in hammocks, drinking juice. Oh! There are a lot who get up in anger. “No! But that’s not the right attitude. We have to help everyone.” Interesting.
So, do the following: carry everyone on your back because that’s what happens when you help someone who is lying in a hammock, drinking juice; you are carrying that person on your back. And do you know when that person will learn what you asked them to do? Never. Because there will always be a good Samaritan who will help, who will respond, because they don’t feel like looking for it, they just ask, and there’s always someone nice who responds. That’s not the right attitude.
So, pay attention to what I’m saying. Don’t help those who lie in hammocks, drinking juice. There are many ways to help.

A person can try, but may not succeed. In that case, I admit that help is needed, because they tried, but just couldn’t do it. They tried, they did their part. Now, lying in a hammock, drinking juice and asking for everything, I don’t accept that, I don’t accept it. And that’s not how you help someone.
Help has to be teaching or talking. “So-and-so, do this, watch what needs to be watched, and you’ll understand.” Because that’s another point. I say things here, she says things here, and the next day, everyone is asking exactly what was said. Why? Too lazy to listen to the live stream again? I can only assume so, because if you were in your Presence, and you’re not in the Presence, but you were present, mind and body, you would have heard and understood what was said.
The problem is that you’re listening, but you have your phone in your hand, and you’re talking a lot with a lot of people. So, you’re not really present.
So, I’m warning you, many groups will end, and there’s no point in crying, no point in asking to come back, because there’s no reason for it anymore.
A lot will change this year. And why will it change? Because the frequency is different, the path is different, and the way of walking is different.

You can no longer continue to use tricks as support, as something that will perform a miracle and take you out of the Third Dimension. There is no such miracle. Ascension is a path traveled by each individual, and each person’s vibration will either lead them to the Fifth Dimension or not.
There is no course, no friend, no trick, no value, no saint, no Father/Mother God, no Self, no Sananda, no one who will take you to the Fifth Dimension. You will take yourselves there, each one taking care of their own path.
So, when I said that this year there will be no more teaching, there will be no more teaching. This year will be a year of many changes.
Remember the procedures we used to do, back at the beginning of the Channel, when you used to scream a lot and complain a lot. She was the one who said it. You screamed a lot, but you did it. So, this year, we are going back to the procedures, and I can tell you in advance that they will not be easy, because they will have a lot to do with you, with your habits, with your customs, with your addictions.
Now, as I always say, I don’t force anyone to do anything. Everyone does what they want to do. There is no imposition, under any circumstances, but you need to wake up to many things, to gestures, to phrases, to words that you continue to use and shouldn’t.

So, it will be like a… no, a school, because we won’t have lessons, but it will be like tasks to be completed, and there’s no point in moving on to the second one without having finished the first, because anyone who does that will only be deceiving themselves, not me, not any of the Light, they will be deceiving themselves. So, the task is to be completed, and when one is finished, another begins. There is no shortcut, there is no maybe.

You want to evolve, but you don’t want to change. The vast majority don’t want to change; they want to continue living the same life they have today. Interesting.
And many, as I never tire of saying, take courses, one after the other, meditate every day, but their Inner Self hasn’t changed at all. So, do you know what good the course and meditation do? Nothing. It’s useless because you haven’t changed.
So, my brothers and sisters, it will be a process a little different from everything we’ve brought here so far.
And don’t worry that, along with this, this year will be a year of treatments, where you will be exposed to many healing energies, from each of the beings you already know and others who will arrive.
A lot will change, and you will feel it.

The videos will be posted three times a week, with a new treatment each day. Now, anyone who wants to can follow along, because when I talk about treatment, I don’t mean simply arriving and curing the problem you have. We haven’t reached that stage yet.
Treatment is that “bug” that will touch exactly every weak spot you have and will make the “bug” jump in front of you until you take action. You will see, there is no point in my staying here, giving examples. You will know when the time comes.
In early February, we will begin with the procedures and treatments, and it will be like this throughout the year.
Many ask why I did not do the Portal on January 1st. I did not do it because we did the Meditation on the 29th, and each Portal that opens does not open only on that day; it opens a few days before and closes a few days after. So, we did do it.
And be aware, as was said in the live stream, in the last live stream of the year, there is no discord between Sananda. There was a time when I stepped away, and Sananda took over. Do you remember? Perhaps many do not remember. Then I returned, and Sananda continued the work he had always done.
So, my brothers and sisters, no one is obliged to follow one side or the other. There is no need to choose one or the other. Why not both?
Sananda has one way of working; I have another. They are different objectives. So, one side does not cancel out the other; one side does not compete with the other. So, let’s focus on what is said.
Sananda takes care of the Cards, of bringing your journey together with the Cards. I do it differently, but our main objective, mine and his, is to elevate you, to increase your vibration.
So, there is no feud, no “oh, I have to choose a side.” No, you don’t have to choose anything. You stay where your heart wants to be, and you can choose both sides, no problem. Now, if you want to choose only one side, that’s fine.
Understand, my brothers and sisters, we are reaching the final stretch. So everything will be more intense. We cannot go easy on the journey. If we do, you will lose everything you have achieved, because you will also give up. So it’s the opposite. The journey will become increasingly difficult, so that you continue to fight, so that you remain, at least, where you are, without regressing, without going backwards.
So, my brothers and sisters, a lot is coming, but above all, I ask all of you to take care of your own path.

Groups exist for sharing experiences, not for requests or complaints. This is another point. Why not complain to the person who is the focus of the complaint? Why post it in the group? What do you gain from that? Do you want to show that the other person is doing something wrong? Do you want to expose the person who supposedly made a mistake? Is that how you feel? If so, be careful, it’s an ugly feeling. The problem happened to you. So, resolve it with the right person, not by posting it in the group, so that everyone knows about your problem.
Oh, my brothers and sisters, how wrong this is. It would be a lot of work, but I would like to have control over everything you do wrong. Someone should see it and write it down. I think I’ll spend two or three live streams talking about this, just that, because it’s impressive.
And then you complain that I scold you, that I talk too much. I can’t keep quiet, I can’t, because that’s not the attitude of someone who wants to evolve. If you have a problem, take it to the right person.I repeat, the groups are for exchanging experiences. I hope you understand and improve communication.
As soon as the groups are organized and eliminated, you will know, and the groups will reopen. There is no date. Nothing is happening that requires you to be in an open group. Everyone already knows the way. If you don’t know, listen to the live streams, and you will know. You miss someone talking to you, right? That’s right. You miss asking, “Is this so, so?” Just listen, go there and listen, and you will know everything. It is at times like these that you learn, or at least, I think so.
So, my brothers and sisters, be ready for the difficulties that will come, because it will be a difficult year in every way. I’m not going to lie to you.
And one thing that is very important in the current context. We can’t do anything about the wars fomented by humans because you have free will. So don’t keep asking us why we allow this or that. It’s not in our power to change human decisions.
Now, anything that could affect the planet, that’s when we act. Things change, as you often say.
So don’t keep asking questions or discrediting us. “See? You said it wasn’t going to happen, and now it’s happening.” We will do nothing. The decisions of humans on Earth are theirs, and each will reap the fruits of their decisions at the right time.
So, I would say to each one of you the following: worry about your own journey. Forget what happens outside. Each one is reaping what they have sown, and each one will reap what they are sowing.
So why should you be worried or afraid? No. Trust in your Divine Presence, because whatever has to happen will happen, whether you are afraid or not.
So just live your journey. Forget about the world outside.
We are not asleep, nor are we standing still, but we cannot intervene in the decisions of the planet. Understand this.
If we could, ascension would have happened a long time ago, and a handful of people would be in the Fifth Dimension, because we would not have all this patience to wait for you to raise your vibrations, but that is not what we did, nor will we do, because human beings still have a lot to learn. They still need to go through a lot to learn, or the Fifth Dimension will be a fiasco. You will arrive and leave, you will not stay, because you have learned nothing.
So be ready to experience many difficult but necessary moments.
