Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! WE ARE THE ARCTURIANS!

Many know us, many do not. And we have brought you many treatments that are important at this moment in your journey. Our chambers are at your disposal. Use them all the time. One each day. You can repeat chambers.

We are ready to help you. To minimize all the imbalances you experience on Earth. We cannot promise healing, because healing comes from surrender, from trust, from changing your thoughts; so that they change your own cells.

Is it enough to want this to happen? Unfortunately not. Wanting is one of the points. There must be trust; total surrender to the process. We do nothing without your permission. We only act when you allow us to. When you call us or when you ask to go to our chambers.

We are ready and waiting for each one of you. All you have to do is use the chambers we have. Each one of them. Do a sequence, one each day. And there will already be many chambers for you to receive energy. Seek this support. Seek this process.

Balance brings order to your bodies. And where does balance come from? It comes from your thoughts. From your words. From your attitudes. It is no use balancing yourself mentally and having a terrible diet. It is no use having a super healthy diet and your mind emanating negative feelings.

It takes a combination. It takes the sum of benevolent energies, emanating all the time. When you reach this point, you will be in balance. And no disease will affect you. Those that exist will go into remission. And those that do not exist will not attack you.

Understand; in all this time that we have been working with you, few have achieved healing. And it is not because of our failure. Many even succeed, but they return to that same process of emanating negative feelings, words, and actions; and everything becomes unbalanced again.

So understand, healing is constant balance. Not momentary. At the time of our treatments, in our chambers, we leave you in total balance. But little by little, you break this balance. That is why we say: Do a chamber every day. So that, at least, you can maintain a process of constant balance. And this will break many habits, many thoughts. And you, little by little, will realize that you are changing, that you are becoming better beings.

But it is a tiring and constant process. We understand that. You have many negative habits that come from centuries, many centuries ago. The same repetition, the same phrases, the same words. You need to relearn how to speak. You need to relearn how to think. You need to relearn how to act.

Find new paths. Find new formulas. Observe your habits. Look at yourselves, without judgment. This is not the time to judge. It is the time to accept and understand yourselves. So, make a list. Make a list of all the habits you have that you are aware are not good. But without judgment.

Just so that you have the willpower to change. And every time you commit one of those habits, make a mark. Over time, you will have a small map, and this will help you understand where you need to act more strongly. Which habits are effectively throwing you off balance?

And it can be any habit: physical, mental, or emotional. Write it down. At first, it will seem exhausting and boring. But over time, you will see the results it will bring.

So, once again, I say: Use our chambers. You don’t need any preparation to connect with us. Just ask. Just have Love in your heart. Don’t ask just any old way. And, if possible, every time you ask to go to a chamber, have a glass of water next to you.

Another important point: always ask to go to the chambers before going to sleep. We will know the right time to keep you in them. And at dawn, drink that water. Because it will be magnetized with our energy for that specific treatment of that chamber. Do this. And you will see how much you will help yourselves.
