Dear brothers of planet Earth! I AM ASHTAR SHERAN!

Feel our presence in your hearts. Do not trust only in what your eyes see. You must feel, you must believe, that all our energy is mixed with the energy of the Light that, at the moment, is abundant on this planet. 

The Light is entirely in Gaia. There isn’t a point that is not receiving Light. Everything is being transformed; everything is being cleansed. The rugs do not exist anymore; the masks have all come off, and, little by little, the truths will come out. No, it will not be all at once. The process is slow, so you can assimilate it slowly as well. 

There is no point in us wanting to bring all knowledge, all truth, all at once. There must be a time for it to settle in your mind. You must understand it. You must listen, analyze, and incorporate all that will be seen and said in your beliefs and bodies. 

Do not make up intricate ideas of what will come to pass. Everything will be very simple. We will not put on a show. We will not bring any more disorder than that which already exists on the planet. We are bringing Love—Love and truth. Truth, by itself, will already be enough to generate many problems. 

So, we need to go slowly and gradually so everyone can absorb it without overstressing their own minds. Many think about when the transition to the Fifth Dimension will be. How will it be? What will you feel? So, I would tell you that everything is already happening. Your bodies are changing, and very soon, you will start to perceive some differences. 

Do not expect to become transparent, subtle, as you call it. The journey to that phenomenon is still very long. Your cells are being modified so that you might absorb all the Light that is coming, and I could say that you have already fulfilled a significant part of the journey. However, there is still a lot to be handled. 

So, do not think it will be like a power switch that we will turn on, and all of you will light up. Everything is already happening. The changes have been taking place for a long time. It is just that you are more worried about tomorrow than about the here and now. I would say the following: if all of you who are awakened at the moment, today, now—if all of you stopped and with one thought thought about something, you would materialize it because you already have the strength for that, and your bodies already have enough Light for that. 

But you always worry about tomorrow, about later. Yet, the power of each of you is in the now, in the moment—the moment of interpreting each occurrence as something coming for your evolution and accepting that. It does not matter what comes or how it comes. It might be a seemingly unsolvable problem or that problem that you have avoided all your life but that now is in front of you, preventing you from walking. And I tell you that it will not move out of your way because the time has come for you to face it. 

I could say that the imbalance that is happening with people on your planet is precisely that: they do not know how to deal with their shadows, and they release them on people—anger—because they do not know how to deal with that; because several shadows jump in front of them and they cannot walk, they cannot go through. So, they harm others, hurt others, abuse others, blaming them for those feelings that they cannot deal with.

And then I would say, why can they not deal with them? Because it is necessary to break paradigms, it is especially necessary to understand that each of you is responsible for each of the shadows that come up. They are you. The shadow that appears in front of you is yours. No one placed it there. It is yours. It is the result of your actions. 

So, looking at that is difficult because you do not like to admit your own mistakes. You very much enjoy pointing out the errors of the others. So, those shadows jump in front of you. Many do not know what to do because they do not accept that it is theirs. That is why there is a feeling of an increased imbalance and increased violence. 

People are lost. And do not forget that there is a negative egregore with full power on the air. So, when the heart fills with anger, people connect with that egregore in full power, and they get carried away, becoming puppets of that great egregore. 

That is why we keep telling you to vibrate high, vibrate Love, and vibrate Light so you do not connect with that egregore that is there. It is their last card. There is nothing else for them to do. And this egregore comes through communication. That is their great trump card because if communications end, each of you will live in your little world. You would not know how the world out there would be, and it would be much easier to attain balance because you would know nothing. 

Will this be the future? Maybe. It is necessary to break this power. Through communication, they mentally act on you with subliminal messages in each spoken sentence, in each show you watch, and in each movie you think is incredible. They are working on your mind there. If we remove that weapon, a lot will change. 

But we cannot say it will be a bed of roses because now you have lost the habit of talking. Each one minds his device. You do not know what it is to talk anymore, what it is to exchange ideas. When you talk, you do not have a subject. Therefore, lack of communication would bring another significant problem: the lack of harmony within the families. 

So, can you understand that nothing can be done abruptly and in a final manner? An analysis is necessary. We must analyze each consequence of what will be done. So, when we say that the process is underway, it is precisely because of that. It is underway, and you do not realize it. And that is wonderful because it means we are not causing more problems than those you already live with. 

So, what matters now is living in the here and now; it is vibrating high here and now; it is being Light here and now. Because you are doing that in the present moment—you are building what you will tread later on. Therefore, what is the point of thinking about the future? The future will be what you create here and now. 

So, place all your strengths, thoughts, Love, and energy in the now, and you may be sure that your future will be enlightened. That is what you must think. Stop looking so much at the future. Worry about yourselves now and in the present moment, and believe everything is already happening. The change is already happening.

Each time, you rise by an octave. And I would say that you are close to the border of the end of the Third Dimension. And the moment you definitely access the first octaves of the Forth—because many are already there, but they come and go because of the energy inconstancy because of those moments of anger that are incompatible—remember: the Fourth Dimension is cleansed, it is not the threshold anymore.

So, many of you are already vibrating the Fourth Dimension. You need only to believe that. You need to accept that, trust that, and ask your Higher Self, your Divine Presence, to show you the path you are on. At what point are you? What are you already capable of? I assure you that you will be surprised by what you would already be able to do. But you do not do it because you do not believe it, because you are afraid, because you think that everything will come at once, that you will see it happening, that you will feel it is happening. You are already feeling. 

The Light is at its full power as well. That is why many feel their bodies are entirely disorganized. Do not see everything as an illness. Your bodies are trying to understand what happens. Try not to fill yourselves with medicines. Of course, some imbalances must be treated, but try not to believe everything is an illness. 

Talk to your bodies. Do not think it is funny. Talk to your bodies. “What I am feeling is you trying to warn me of something that is not right, or is it only your transformation?” And it will answer you. Create a code. Create a code between you, and the body will answer. If it is an imbalance, seek a practitioner and care for yourself. But I assure you that not everything will be.

So, worry about living in the here and now in balance, in Light, in confidence, and, especially, believing in your power—believing in what you are already capable of doing.
