Dear brothers of planet Earth! I AM EL MORYA!
Do not be attached to the sequence of beings presenting themselves. We will not be doing the Light Code sequence. We will come as far as each one is defined for the day. Do not be attached to that. Just be receptive and open to receive whatever the energy.
Seek, my brothers, to remain balanced. When I say balance, I mean every point: thoughts, words, gestures, and food. Seek to follow a light path. Do not force too much of what must be done. Thirty seconds of deep connection are more important than half an hour with a wandering mind.
Have that awareness. What matters is the quality of what is done, not the time. Many of you force yourselves to remain for a long time doing an exercise. Yet, analyze if you effectively remained present during the entire time. And I tell you: you did not.
It is not easy for you to remain balanced in the Divine Presence because the mind is used to wandering, recalling commitments, things that need to be taken care of, and all of that comes up while you are there, in the Divine Presence. So, I am sorry to tell you that if that happens, you are no longer in the Divine Presence.
You must silence the mind to be in the Divine Presence. The Divine Presence is not in the Third Dimension; it is in the Fifth. Therefore, if your chatty mind speaks or draws your attention, you return to the Third Dimension. You decouple from your Divine Presence. You must be aware of that.
Breathing is the most important exercise to keep you balanced. Therefore, when you feel your mind wanting to start wandering, breathe. Do any breathing exercises. “Oh! But if I am thinking about the breath, I get off the Divine Presence!” No, because breathing is an act of Light. It is the act of you pushing Light inside. You are not letting your mind wander. You are focusing on something that is keeping you in that frequency.
So, when you feel… You must be very quick. When you perceive thoughts coming, begin a strong breathing sequence. And what is a strong sequence? Deep breaths, not short. The breaths must be deep. And then you will see how, little by little, the brain will learn that each time it tries to show you something, you cut it off. My brothers, this is an exercise that if done daily and constantly, will make you remain in the Divine Presence as long as it is needed. Try it out. Try it out, and you will see the magic happen.
Today, I will leave you with a rather simple treatment. Put yourselves inside a Blue Light ball. You need only to imagine that there is a Blue Light ball around you. You will breathe seven times deeply inside this ball, and you will realize that the breaths will consume the ball’s Light.
This exercise will bring balance, strength, and peace to each of you. Be ready. You may do it anywhere, as many times as you wish. And the best of all is that you do not need to be in the Divine Presence. You need only to think about the blue ball.
And, my brothers, do not forget that the journey towards the Light continues. Nothing has changed. You must maintain consciousness and determination. And be certain that you will make it to the Fifth Dimension. Believe that.
