Dear brothers and sisters of this planet Earth! I AM HILARION!

With great joy, I am here once again to continue leading this Journey of Evolution.

You are in Expansion week, a week where the awareness of all that needs to be seen and dealt with is the big point. I have something to add to what is already happening. The vast majority, I repeat, the vast majority of you still cannot answer what we ask during the meditations. So here is some explanation and help.

First, the explanation: Each one of you is a clothed soul, is a soul with a garment, but this garment has a mind, consciousness, and thinks. It is not the soul that thinks. It is the consciousness of this clothing that exists by itself. The soul interferes in your mind to guide you in what to do, how to do it, and why by using its concept, not the high spiritual concepts.

In essence, you are evolved souls. However, many souls have lived in this dimension for so long that they have forgotten their essence. For example, when we say, “Look and see, the soul widens its eyes and says: “No, I’ won’t see that again! I don’t want to see that! I kept it so well guarded; I had even forgotten how now I would look at it again.

I don’t want to suffer again! I don’t want to go through that again!” And close your eyes.

Another point: your consciousness also acts. How far is each one of you prepared to see your own mistakes? How far? How far to find out that you were not this beautiful, fine person you are today? How far are you prepared? To find out that you have been a murderer, that you have hurt many people, that you have raped, that you have tortured, you have injured, literally many people. Are you ready to see this? I would say that the vast majority are not.

The vast majority think that only this life’s journey is what counts: “And in this life, I am perfect, I have nothing to eliminate. And it refuses to see anything different from that. So I’ll say this: Did you choose to be on the ascension path? Do you want to ascend? What does your human consciousness answer? If the answer is yes, I would say that you are going the opposite way. Because whoever answers yes, has to say to his soul: “Let’s live it all over again, let’s look at everything again and get rid of it once and for all. It is not by hiding that we will ascend.

It is as if you were talking to a friend, giving her advice. “We have help from the Beings of Light, and we are not alone. Together we can get through this!” And change your souls, accepting whatever it is, whatever it has done. Many souls are ashamed of what they have done because they are aware of their mistakes and don’t want you to see them. Another point of this intimate conversation is to begin by saying, “My soul! I forgive you for all that you have done. There is no need to judge you. What is done is done. We now have to correct the act, the action, the thought, that energy. All the above, said from the heart, from the bottom of your heart, will make your soul friends and join you in this cleansing. While you don’t do this, they will not let you see anything, and you will go through this stage without resolving anything. Have this intimate conversation with your soul. Talk to this piece of your soul incarnated there, together with you, which is your essence.

And now I will give the help. There is no interference from the mind or the soul. When we say, “Look and see,” you think you have to see clearly with your physical eyes or on a beautiful, color TV during a meditation set. So when we say, “Look at something and see,” thought, image, sensation, everything is valid. Not just a formed image, crystal clear and with a caption so that you understand what it is. It does not exist. You will sometimes see symbols, and you will need to go very deep inside to understand what that symbol is.

So don’t be too demanding. At the time, you didn’t see anything, but you dreamed it. Is it worth it? Of course, it was the way it was possible to reach you, through the dream. So don’t wait for a movie to come on, where we put the information, and you will receive this movie. It’s not that. Take whatever comes; thought, image, feeling, a word, an idea, a symbol. It doesn’t matter. It is the answer.

So here’s some help: Before you start any meditation, for whatever purpose, say the following:

“I am the Light that illuminates me.

I am the consciousness that expands me.

I am the mind that shows me.

I AM LIGHT!

I AM LIGHT!

I AM LIGHT!”

Say this with a lot of faith and belief, and you will see the difference in your meditations. And I would say further, not only in meditations but in whatever you are going to do.

Don’t be too demanding; don’t seek perfection. Instead, accept what you have been able to see. Don’t trust those who tell you details of what they have seen. Each one is different and developed gifts. Others don’t. And many, not all, but many, make it up for their minds to calm down. So don’t believe everything you hear. We said here: “Listen to you, your souls, not others. Everyone has a way, a form. No one is the same as anyone else.”

There cannot be any feeling of inferiority because there is no such thing. Conclusion: there is a journey, preparation, confidence, and evolution. Depending on all these factors, it will give a better result, or not so good; not worse. Understand this.

Continue on this path. And I will add by saying one more thing: Not only during the meditations, you will also have the understanding and insight into many things. So open your minds and be prepared to receive many ideas and answers throughout the day. Pay attention.
