My heart is gleaming with the opportunity to bring you something that will help your souls leave behind everything you stored with time. The question is: why do your souls keep these things? I will use an analogy: you are in school, at a bit advanced level, and have a complex problem to solve. You think and examine the issue for several days without success. Then, one fine day, you have a brilliant idea and solve the problem. You take that answer and store it because later when you find a similar problem, you will know how to start and solve it again.

The above analogy explains what your souls make. You keep each suffering, pain, and tragedy to remember how that led to terrible solutions. That way had painful consequences and much sorrow. It is a memory chest that would be valid if, at each incarnation, the soul could open that chest to remember and look at each message left there for the future. Still, this is not the case because, at each new incarnation, the souls cannot remember what they did. They have to repeat the process they went through over time.

That chest has filled up along eras—however, not only negative feelings but good paths, moments of joy, and happiness. However, most moments stored are pain, suffering, and other emotions that do not resonate with love. The walk of evolution is the opportunity for your souls to clean that chest, doing a deep cleaning since everything is too old and is already stuck, warped, oxidized, broken. The form of everything is different now.

Feelings do not have a form; this is only a way to explain that those feelings are entrenched and solidified. It is as if, with time, the feelings have grouped, forming great rocks, blocks of the same energy. It is not easy to break these blocks and stones. Human wills cannot break them. A higher, more potent force is necessary to break links and dissolve feelings.

However, you must understand that you are not merely getting rid of everything; this would be easy. It would mean accelerating the process for you to ascend quickly, and things don’t work that way entirely. As each rock dissolves, the lessons learned with time dissolve, go away, and the Violet Flame transmutes them into Love and Light.

At each meditation, no matter how it is, all that leave you transmute into Love and Light; it is the balance of the Universe. So we cannot throw low vibration energies into the Universe but always Love and Light.

Then the energies contained in those rocks and already learned dissolve. The energies that need learning remain but are not in the chest anymore. They come to your present time. They become visible and tangible in the present.

Many problems may appear, and you have to make decisions and adopt some actions you don’t even know. However, nothing will appear now. It will come with the next phase. You are cleaning, throwing away what is possible, and receiving what is to learn in your ways at this stage in your way. There is no escape from lessons. We do not approve you for the tests directly. You must do the tests. We are only helping each of you elevate your souls and face each shadow to treat; this is what we will do.

There is nothing like simple and easy walking. Of course, you will have hard times. Still, I tell you, Do your part, and we will help you overcome each problem, face it, and do whatever is necessary for the next phase of walking. We will stay there with you, bringing you strength, intelligence, wisdom, and Light, and you will treat each thing that appears. One thing must be clear. You should do all meditations, preferably in the order of publication. Do not change this order.

If you wish to repeat one meditation, do it. Your soul will give you the intuition to repeat. Still, don’t change the order. You can make any number of meditations in a single day, provided they are in the sequence and without skipping. So do the twenty-one meditations in the order presented.
