You can do this meditation lying or sitting down. You cannot sleep. If you do, repeat this meditation.

Sit or lay comfortably and breathe deeply.

While you breathe, I am beside you and put my right hand on your chest and my left hand on your Crown Chakra.

I activate the crystal within your chest, which emanates my ray’s Green Light.

It involves you in a giant bubble of Green Light.

Keep on breathing that Light and mentalizing that when you inhale, you are taking a cure to all your cells.

Be aware that when you inhale, you are taking to all your cells the cure of all feelings and negative things they have already lived. When you exhale, you throw away all the garbage produced in this process.

Take three of these deep breaths.

You are entirely involved by my Green Ray.

Repeat with me:

“I ask my Higher Self to clean all the energetic connections that my Soul may have with my generation predecessors’ Souls and in the same generation as I.

I am grateful for all the moments I have lived up to this point, and from now on, may we be free Souls that live only the Love emanated by each of us.

And as such, may we go to the Fifth Dimension.

Now stay within this green bubble for 10 minutes.

The Green Light bubble will remain with you until the next ray. It will give you wisdom, strength, and confidence in the entire process, curing all those points where the connections are eliminated.

Believe that your Soul is getting free.

Be ready to be a free soul.

To finish, breathe slowly and gradually return to your consciousness.
