Journey of Forgiveness – Hilarion – Third Round – Meditation 5

You may do this meditation sitting down or lying down but avoid sleeping. If you do, repeat the meditation.

Position yourself as you wish.

If you are lying down, align your hands along the body with the palms facing up.

If you are sitting down, put the palms of your hands on your lap facing up.

I am close to you.

The place where I am is not necessary.

I put my 2 hands on your hands.

I involve you in a bubble of Green energy.

Breathe deeply.

Breathe once more.

Now the inside of your body is sufficiently bathed by the Green energy, and we will intensify this.

Inhale the Green Light as much as you can, and get rid of all you would like to be out of your body when exhaling.

Again, inhale the Green Light profoundly and, when exhaling, put all the thinking that insists on upsetting you now.

Inhale the Green Light deeply again and exhale, eliminating all that prevents you from following your path of Light.

Now you are involved by the Green Light energy and will stay there for 5 minutes.

After that time, repeat with me:

“May my Higher Self

connect with the Higher Self of each soul that was here today,

so I can forgive and ask for forgiveness,

as the case may be.

If I didn’t see any soul,

may I be prepared for the following meditations.

Now I take my hands off your hands, put my right hand on the crystal in your chest, and transmute the energy into Green. So all your body interior becomes Green.

You are bathed by the Green Ray energy, and you will stay under this energy for 5 minutes.

Now, the energy of the Green Ray will act on you and your soul until the next ray.

Remember that the period will be long, not only 24 hours, but be sure that during the next 72 hours, you will be healed by the Green Ray.

Do not interrupt this process.

The following meditation should be done on Monday.

For those who receive the meditation on a time that does not allow to do it on this day, Friday, do the meditation on Monday, and you will stay 24 hours with the action of the Green Ray.

An explanation is in order here. Those who will stay just 24 hours with the Green Ray will not be damaged compared to those who had 72 hours with the Green Ray.

I know the work that must be done.

So, the 24 hours will be intense and correspond to the time of those who had the entire weekend with the Green Ray.

Don’t worry about the results. They will be equal.

Now breathe deeply 3 times.

Then go back slowly to your consciousness.

My hand is not on your chest anymore. Still, the energy of the Green Ray involves your body entirely, both externally and internally.

I am sure that all will be balanced again, and all will be healed.
