So, now, we will begin our Meditation.

Everyone be with the Board in front of you. You can place the Board in front of you, on the table, or on your lap, as you wish, and put your hands in prayer position first. 

Open your hands over the Board and feel the planet spinning between your hands. At this moment, this beautiful blue planet moves by rotating between the hands of each of you.

Repeat with me:

“I send Love and Light to Planet Earth.

I send Love and Light to Planet Earth.

I send Love and Light to Planet Earth.”

Feel the energy coming out of your hands and penetrating the body of the planet.

At this moment, imagine that the planet is a great Ball of Crystal Blue Light. 

Create the planet in the clearest blue, and it is rotating like a crystal ball. 

At this moment, I stick my sword from top to bottom in the center of the planet.

It continues spinning, and my sword enlightens the whole interior of the planet. The Blue Light of my sword surpasses the Crystal Light of the planet, making it bluer: a glowing blue. 

At this moment, my sword fills the planet with Love and Light, and all the glow that comes out through the planet penetrates your body, filling you with Love and Light.

Repeat with me.

“I am one with Planet Earth.

I am one with Planet Earth.

I am one with Planet Earth.”

At this moment, all the Light that my sword emanates concentrates on the center of the planet, and you start to emanate the Blue Light, which takes hold of your body. 

So, you are now emanating the Blue Light.

At this moment, I remove my sword from the planet, and it goes back to being the blue planet it has always been.

Blue energy continues to come out of the hands of each of you.

At this moment, the planet begins to dissipate between your hands, and you put your hands on the Board to stop sending energy. But today’s mission has been fulfilled. Gaia received all the Love and all the Light from each of you. Be sure of that.

At this moment, I leave each of you with your heart full of Light, like an illuminated Light ball, which embraces the hearts of all of you. 

Embrace the Spiritual Heart in the middle of the chest.

May each of you stay with this ball, feeding the Light in your Inner Temple, increasing even more the power of your Divine Presence.
