Dear brothers and sisters, we are once again gathering here today.

It is wonderful to see the joy and dedication shining in each of your hearts. Rest assured that everything you are doing for the planet is having an impact on many people and on the planet itself.

Always perform this movement. Each one of you must play your part. It doesn’t matter who is there or who is no longer there. Always look at your own path and look ahead so that your Light illuminates your way. The more Light you emanate, the more illuminated your path will be and the further ahead you will be able to see. If you look to the side, however, the Light will not illuminate your path, and you may stumble when you take the next step. So always look ahead so that the Light in your hearts illuminates your path.

Don’t worry or feel apprehensive about what’s happening outside.

Many brothers made different choices; many brothers did not want to continue in a physical body. Their choices are therefore being respected. Do not worry or feel sorry for them; each one chose their own path.

So, just focus on your own path. This will be repeated many times because so many people are still concerned with the paths of others.

Every soul has its own path and has made its own choices. It is not your attention that will change these choices. Only the soul itself can take a new path if its Higher Self allows it. There is nothing you can do because the choice belongs to someone else — to another soul.

So, focus on your own journey and help those who need it, those who are unaware, and those who cannot yet make decisions for themselves. As for everyone else, let them follow their own path, what their soul has determined.

Fill your hearts with Love and Light, be Love and be Light, and everything will move toward the Light, toward Evolution.

Let us now begin our meditation.

Place the board in front of you, either on the table or in your lap.

Then place your hands in a prayer position in front of your chest.

Open your hands and hold them out towards the board, visualising the planet spinning between them.

Each one will emanate their own energy or the energy they have activated, without exhaustion or any effect on their body. Gaia monitors and balances everything.

Look at the planet spinning in front of you. Feel its energy in your hands.

At this moment, a strong and powerful beam of Light emerges from the heart of each one of us, illuminating the planet as it spins.

Every one of you is contributing to the Light that is spreading around the planet. No, you are not few. Remember that the power of the Light being emanated is squared. If 10 people are emanating, the power will be 100; if 1,000 people are emanating, the power will be one million. So don’t worry, just fill your hearts with Light and illuminate the planet!

Now, repeat after me:

“I love Planet Earth.

I love all my brothers and sisters.

I love every animal on this planet.

I love all the animals that live in our oceans, lakes, and rivers.

I love every creature that flies through the skies.

I love every mountain, hill, and valley.

I love all trees, flowers, and plants.

I love the entire planet.

My heart fills with love whenever I think about my home on this beautiful planet. It is my home. I draw my nourishment and sustenance from it, and it sustains my life.

I fill my heart with Love and radiate all this Love to Planet Earth.

I fill the space around the planet with Light from my heart. Together with my brothers and sisters, we cover the planet in Light and Love.

We are all one. Gaia and I are one. I am one with every being on this planet.

May all the Elementals gather at this moment to illuminate Gaia’s soil and bring forth beautiful, exuberant flowers created by the Love of everyone here at this moment..

Imagine a beautiful rose, regardless of its colour or size. It will come to your mind. It is the result of the Love emanated from each one of you.

Many roses will bloom on the planet’s soil, filling the entire space with more Love.

Accept the rose that Gaia is offering to each of you. You don’t need to see the rose; simply accept it and open your mind to receive an image of a beautiful rose, whatever form that may be.

Continue to emanate Love and Light, my brothers and sisters. You have this power and no one can take it away from you. No being is capable of doing so.

Be Light, be Love.

At this moment, observe how the continents of Gaia are awash with roses. Each rose represents the Love emanating from you and reaching the hearts of your brothers and sisters. These roses carry all the Love you are emanating to them.

Thank you, my brothers, for this moment.

Rest assured that you are doing a great deal for everyone on this planet.

Right now, the planet is beginning to slip through your fingers.

Place your hands flat on the Board to finish sending Light, and rest assured that each of you has received a rose. You may not have seen or felt it, but you have received it. It is Gaia’s reward for all the Love you have emanated.

Keep this rose in your hearts and minds, and whenever you need extra strength, remember the rose.

It will be planted on the planet, not loose in your heart or mind. Whenever you remember, you will see it and it will light your way — be sure of that.
