My dear brothers and sisters, I am Metatron.

Today, we meet once again to send Love and Light to Planet Earth.

I ask each one of you, now to forget everything else, sit comfortably, and begin to empty your mind, breathing, breathing deeply.

Remember that breathing is the easiest way to relax and clear your mind.

Feel the air entering through your nose and exiting through your mouth. Breathe in this manner several times.

Have the Mandala in front of you. For those who are seated without a table, place it on your lap, whichever you prefer.

Keep breathing and emptying your minds. Forget everything else, forget your doubts, forget what will happen tomorrow, later. Just think about the present moment, this moment. Tomorrow will come tomorrow.

Keep on breathing and now visualize the Planet Earth in front of you, the size you choose to create it. Small, large, but a size that is comfortable for your hands to rest on either side. Then, wrap your hands around the planet on either side, toward the Board, the Mandala.

The planet should be spinning above the Mandala, with your hands on the sides.

Feel the energy of the planet vibrating in your hands, and all the energy that is being released by each Code of Light on the Ascension Tablet.

Each Code illuminates a part of the planet, penetrating its depths and emerging from the top. So Gaia is being enveloped by all the Codes.

Now imagine that a beam of Pink Light emanates from your heart and crosses the planet from one side to the other. This beam grows larger and larger until its diameter is almost equal to the diameter of the planet, which is between your hands.

Repeat after me:

“I emanate Love for Planet Earth.

I emanate Love for each brother and sister of the Planet Earth.

I emanate Love for each animal on Planet Earth.

I emanate Love for all the surface of the Planet, for the mountains, for the rocks.

I emanate Love for all and every vegetation of the Planet.

I emanate Love for each animal that walks on the surface of the Planet or that flies or swims in the inner waters of the planet.

I emanate Love for the oceans..

I emanate Love for the atmosphere of the Planet.

I emanate Love for all the inner beings of the planet.

And I emanate Love for all the brothers and Sisters that are around the Earth”.

The light that comes from your heart illuminates the planet.

Now, imagine that directly from the Source, from the heart of God the Father/Mother, a beam of Light emerges and penetrates the planet, from top to bottom, enveloping the entire planet, enveloping every living being on the surface of the planet or inside it.

Feel each one of you the energy of the Light of God the Father/Mother, because at the same time, you are emanating, but you are receiving, and this magnificent, powerful, intense Light penetrates every being, every corner, every point on the planet, eliminating the shadows, eliminating everything that is not Light, filling every heart with all His Love, with all His Light.

Consequently, each one of you, receiving all this Light, all this Love, is giving back and emanating it to the planet, forming a great current of Love and Light. You receive and emanate, receive and emanate, receive and emanate, and Gaia becomes increasingly illuminated.

Negative egregores are being destroyed. Points created on the planet that do not emanate Light are destroyed by Love and Light.
