Dear brothers of planet Earth! I AM KUTHUMI!

Each day the planet is flooded and flooded with Light. And what does that effectively cause? It causes changes, expands consciousness, and raises questions. Many are feeling different and cannot find an explanation for it. Many feel completely outraged, but do not understand the origin of that feeling.

Many of you are becoming weary, I could even say exhausted, from the journey you have been making. I understand perfectly that changing and adapting to the new times is neither an easy nor simple process. Internally, many want to leave everything and go somewhere they do not understand, but just to leave everything. 

I will only tell you that discomfort is part of evolution. It is part of the necessity of the body and mind not to live with so many duties anymore, so many routines, so many commitments, and simply surrender, to what? That is the great enigma: Surrender to what? 

You are not yet ready to just live out of Light. Therefore, you must eat, you must have the means to eat, and for that, many need to work. So, the discomfort just gets bigger because you must continue to live what makes you uncomfortable. 

Is there a solution to make it all better? There is: the certainty that none of that is in vain. The certainty that later on there will be a reward. It is like that animal that runs, plays, and answers the owner’s requests because it knows that in the end it will gain something that will please it a lot. 

Being aware and certain that the only remedy is the journey towards evolution. There is no other. There is no point in freeing yourselves from everything because you will not be able to do it. You might, indeed, try to withdraw more and more from the world. But then I ask you: Will you be able to? Are you ready for that? Are you ready to give up friends, family, everything, and live isolated just thinking about the spiritual realm? Are you ready to turn into hermits, or monks? Are you ready to live in a cave without any comfort? 

And I answer: You are not ready. The evolution process involves all that questioning. Because you create everything you live, and today you understand it is not good. Do you understand the teaching? You must feel uncomfortable in the entire process so that you do not forget what you, yourselves, have created.

The Fifth Dimension is neither sleeping all the time nor “doing nothing”. Many think so. Yet, think the following: there is a whole complex structure around a gear for it to work, and everything must work well. Therefore, do not think that you will get to the Fifth Dimension and do nothing, and not contribute to anything. Everything has to be organized. The only difference between the dimensions is that everyone does everything with Love and joy. 

There are no goals; there are no duties. There is just the necessary work to keep everything functioning. Therefore, do not expect a monotonous life, “lying on the hammock, asking for juice,” as Michael says. Just feel that you are evolving, learning daily, and understanding everything that has been created. What can I say to ease that discomfort, that weariness that many are feeling at the moment?

Seek to do things that please you. Break the mold; change schedules; change the daily repetitive processes. Make it different. Create new processes, and the brain will be grateful, and you will feel alive again.

Do not be disheartened. Nothing is still; evolution on this planet continues happening faster and faster. Look around, but look with eyes of Love, of Light, and you will see how much the world you live in has changed. How many things are happening, and you do not realize it? Yet, I am referring to good things, positive things.

And why don’t you realize it? Because you focus on looking at what is bad, because what is bad stands out. It is striking; it is shared and spread. So seek to find good things. Free yourselves from the machines; free yourselves from the vices, and I assure you the weariness will go away. 

You are attacked 24 hours a day through the devices, so that you only see the evil, the wars, the bad behaviors, and things that frighten you. Little do you receive of something enlightened, but the energy itself coming out of the device affects you. 

It is a silent and powerful weapon they have created. Not the device itself, but the means of communication between yourselves. It is a very powerful weapon, full of low vibration energy. So, do you want to cheer up again? Use the devices consciously. Do not make them your invisible friend; it is an invisible enemy. Change your processes. Break the mold, and you will see how that whole weariness will go away.

To help you in this process, I bring the following treatment. It will seem a bit difficult to do, but it will be good for your health and to change your habits a little bit. Each time you feel like you want to grab the device to just catch up with “the news”, stand up and take a sip of water. It is not much; it is a sip. And then start to read and catch up with your “news”. 

It seems silly, doesn’t it? Oh! But you have no idea of what this will provoke in each of you. Try it out. Try it out, and then you will tell me.  

Oh! Right. It doesn’t look like a treatment. Does it look more like a punishment? You do not know the power water has. Some have already found out, but the majority does not know. I’ll just tell you: try it out.
