Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM KWAN YIN!
Today I come with seven white dragons. And all of them are now positioned around each one of you who hears me, emanating Love, emanating Light, and all the energy necessary to help you on your journey.
My brothers and sisters, the path can often seem difficult. It can seem tumultuous, disorganized. The path is always a reflection of you. So, if you feel that your life is chaotic and disorganized, it is a reflection of yourself. Because you think and act in a disorganized manner. So you create a disorganized path.
Learn to be present at any moment. Don’t think about too many things at once. Think about each one, in its own time. Start something and finish it. Think and finish your thought. Disorganized minds often fail to finish a thought, and they keep coming back to it because they couldn’t finish it. And life seems to stand still.
But that’s the problem. You can never finish an idea, a thought; you put it aside, pick up another; put it aside, pick up another. And they keep going back to the past, searching for where they left that piece. Life doesn’t move forward. You have to be objective. You have to be present in every moment. Begin and end.
I understand that some tasks cannot be completed at the same time. So it will be done in stages. But what do you need to do? Start and finish each stage. Don’t stretch the stage into too many pieces during the day. Start and finish, and stick to that point for that day.
You need to learn to be more restrained, less stressed. Because this coming and going of thoughts stresses you out. It prevents you from finishing anything, and everything gets delayed. And then the rush is greater, because something that was important stayed in the past. Because you forgot. Because you filled your mind with more thoughts.
So, get into the habit of writing down your tasks. When you get lost, go back to the list you’ve already made and finish them one by one. If a new task comes up, put it at the end of the queue. Is it important? Is it urgent? Very well. Put it before the others. Start and finish it. But don’t do them all at the same time.
You have to be present in each one of them, at every moment. You have to focus your energy on each task that is being done, so that it is performed well and definitely. Because often, when you do many things at once, mistakes will appear, because you always overlook something. And then it shows up. And often you have to redo everything again.
So, learn to manage your own time. Start and finish each task. If there are several urgent tasks, divide them up by time, by day, and complete a portion of each one that day; but start and finish each portion; don’t try to do all three at the same time.
Learn to get organized. Learn to take control of what you are doing. So that life ahead becomes easier and more organized. Because the more tasks you take on, the more tasks will come later on. Because that’s your rhythm. You will attract more and more disorganization.
So start and finish, either a piece or the entire task. Learn to take control of what you are doing. This prevents accidents, prevents repetition, prevents mistakes, and, above all, prevents stress. Because everything is being done within a planned and relaxed timeframe. Not in despair.
Learn to organize yourselves. Use whatever tools you need. Keep track of everything you are doing. Always have a notebook handy. And no, not on the computer. Otherwise, it becomes yet another task: managing your management. Keep a piece of paper nearby. List: “What do I need to do today, in order of priority?”
Before starting your day, connect with the Divine Presence and ask, “Guide me in how I should fulfill my tasks today.” Then write. Let your hand flow. There you will find the tasks for the day, the ideal sequence for that day. Try it out, give it a go. And you will see how, at the end of the day, you will have accomplished everything in an organized and successful manner. Do this daily.
When you activate the Divine Presence, if something remained from the previous day, it will remember it and make it a priority for the current day. And everything will follow the pace that needs to be done, not the pace that you impose on yourself. Learn this. Use it as a powerful weapon against stress and anxiety. It’s easy and simple. You just have to want it.
For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:
“The mind easily speeds up.
My body consequently speeds up as well.
So, I need to find balance and organization
so that my body can adapt in the same way.”
After these phrases, say the following word: Patrócritum! Patrócritum! Patrócritum!
Seek balance, my brothers and sisters. Drink plenty of water. When you feel anxious or stressed, get up and drink a glass of water. Take three deep breaths, and you will see how your balance returns. Repeat this a few times. After a while, you will see how it becomes spontaneous. It will happen naturally.
