I come here again today to bring an energy of wisdom, knowledge, and preparation for new paths. The energies are coming in with intensity, and it is no longer just intensity in frequency; it is intensity in change, in action. As a result, your souls are exposed to all those feelings they still insist on keeping. We are not talking about the human mind here; we are talking about souls. Each of you will react extremely, with irritation, sadness, and physical imbalance; all these symptoms come from the incoming energies. The more the Light increases in frequency, the more it clears, and the more it breaks down those spaces that your souls have made a point of keeping secret from themselves.
The moment is for forgiveness. If there is excessive irritation, nobody can be affected by it, not you. Be away from all this. Don’t talk or give your opinion so that this does not provoke opposite reactions in others. Live this anger alone, don’t pass it on to others. Now, how to combat this anger? With Love, realizing this is the moment of transformation, of elevation, saying within yourself that everything that was done or received is forgiven. Either with a request for forgiveness or with forgiveness given. You will have to go through this; it’s as if your souls were reviewing facts they no longer wanted to review. But there is no way they can hide anything any longer.
And ask, with all certainty, for the help of your Masters to soften this feeling. Fill your hearts with Light and Love, and all this will pass. Many will not even know why and what is the reason for so much anger. It is unnecessary to understand, ask for forgiveness and forgive anything that has led to these feelings. In the same way, a deep sadness that you don’t know where it comes from. The action is the same every time, involving forgiveness. As was said yesterday by Sananda, the moment is for cleaning your minds and your souls so that you have access to your own truths. There is no more hiding anything, not you as human minds, not your souls; the work is done with both together. So know how to live these moments with Love always.
Do not be angry at the moment; fill your hearts with Love and Light, and quickly this will all pass. But act with forgiveness; forgiveness must be involved to eliminate the process. So many thoughts will come to your mind, both good and bad. It is as if it were a big dirty, and messy room. Still, the moment has come to roll up your sleeves and clean. You will find everything inside this room, from objects that will bring you joy, and good laughs, to most of them that will bring pain, suffering, sadness, and melancholy. But it is necessary to clean this room; no soul can evolve by keeping it dirty, nor can any human mind.
And this is the work being done right now by the incoming Light. Many are angry and excessively violent because they don’t know how to transmute these feelings. And if they are already unbalanced, they become even more unstable because they haven’t learned to look at anything with Love. And this justifies many unusual actions that happen in your world. At that moment, this is part of the truth. This is part of the process of showing the truths of the Whole and each one. No one will be able to hide behind false masks anymore. Everyone will be exposed, everyone!
And many will be disappointed because they will see precisely how they are and not what they deceived themselves into being. Now, be wise, and involve forgiveness for anything that comes up. It doesn’t matter here; your soul will know what it is forgiving and what it is asking for forgiveness. And that request will come through you because you are your soul at that moment; you rule at the moment. So this needs to come from you, it’s a simple process, but it has to be done with a lot of Love and confidence that it will work. Never forget, we are at your side to help you through this process; for each of them might appear. Now, the great wisdom is to recognize this. It is to remember what you are going through. And the most incredible wisdom yet is not to involve others.
Your human mind or soul faults are none of anyone’s business. So ask for our help so that you stay within yourselves and live this whole process internally, without involving anyone else. Now, each of you, respect these moments; they are not to be left aside; they are to be recognized and lived. This is the only way you can effectively eliminate these energies.
