Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM MAITREYA!

It’s important that every day you take a moment to cleanse your bodies and your auras. The environment is very contaminated. I would say that it is at its maximum strength to throw everyone off equilibrium. The air is excessively polluted. The water is excessively modified by chemical elements. Their food is full of substances that are supposed to be good for health.

There’s not much we can do about it. Even those who try to consume the purest foods, today no longer have them at 100% purity. But I’m not bringing this here to bring the despair or thefear. I started by talking about cleanliness. So, I will teach each of you how to do this cleansing at the end of each day.

I’m not going to teach you about hygiene habits here, because these are inherent in your society, and in the daily lives of many of you. But I can only say this: strengthen these habits. Be very careful when touching your bodies with dirty hands. This needs to be a constant concern so that you don’t get sick. There’s no need to get sick. If you take care, you will not get sick.

So it’s important that when you get home, you don’t contaminate those who are at home. So, especially for those who work, who go out and return to their homes, maximize hygiene habits as much as possible.

I could tell you that everything is contaminated, as if waiting for any of you to be careless. You don’t need to bring on a pandemic. You don’t need to cause an epidemic. You just need to contaminate everything. And so it is being done. So, be careful. Be very careful when you arrive at your homes from abroad.

Teach your children not to put their hands on their bodies, on the parts that have access to the inside. It’s important. Note, that this has always existed; yes, it has always existed, but now it is potentiated. So, I ask you all to be very careful. Take precautions in your world. No one, none of you, is immune to any disease. And no, there is nothing in the vaccines that attacks you anymore. Everything has been destroyed.

So protect yourself, protect your children. Because you aren’t immune. You aren’t immune to the pathogens that exist in your world. You are protected precisely by vaccines from the malignancy of these microbes. So, don’t think that because you’re on a journey or because you believe, it’s enough; because it’s not. Many here are having a taste of it.

Don’t joke about it. Don’t think you’ve become superhuman just because you’re on the journey. You’re still as susceptible as ever. And especially your children. There is a fight going on, and we no longer allow anything to get to the vaccines. Because those vaccines are important in their world.

This is the world you live in. Don’t try to think that it has changed, because it hasn’t. And it’s worse. So protect yourself, prevent yourself, so that you don’t cry later. And the cleanliness I mentioned, in addition to hygiene habits, which already bring cleanliness, and the most important of which, is washing your hands, is during the bath.

It’s important that when you get home from outside, you take a bath so that all the dirt and malignancy that comes from the street can be dissolved. And the moment you are taking a bath, imagine that you are entering a bubble of Light; this will potentiate the action of the water. And it will penetrate your aura and will  cleanse everything negative that is attached to your body and your aura.

Even those who, due to circumstances, don’t have the right place to bathe, do the same. See yourself inside a bubble and throw the water in; it will work the same way. But take this precaution. And I assure you, a lot will change in your home. Because not only will you cleanse yourself of pathogens that may be in you, but also of energies that you bring in from the street.

This will bring harmony, peace and equilibrium to their homes. In the same way, the children. They’ve come in from the street, give them a bath. Of course, not everyone has this facility, but whenever possible, and especially before going to bed. But it’s up to you whether you follow my suggestions or not.
