I hope you are enjoying your relationship with food. Many of you have been surprised by the results. But understand that your bodies are changing. And many foods at this time contribute to an imbalance, albeit a slight one, but they contribute nonetheless. So it is important to avoid them.
However, always remember that in everything, there must be balance. We dislike anything encapsulated in a box. Your body tells you not to use that food, but it is not that you are forbidden to eat or drink it, whatever it may be. You should avoid it. But if, for some reason, you do consume that food, drink plenty of water, hydrate your body abundantly, and it will come in and out easily without attacking your body.
Everything is balance. Nothing is so severe. Nothing is so forced. Similarly, when your body tells you that you can consume something, you are not going to consume only that food. You will eat it all the time, several times a day, because your body says it likes it. Where is the balance? Then you will be causing a great imbalance in your body.
So, my brothers, you need to use common sense. It is not about cutting everything out, nor is it about overdoing the intake of what is good. Everything must be balanced. The important thing is that you are aware of what you are eating or drinking.
Energetic changes are happening in your bodies. The Light is coming with increasing intensity. And every day you will feel it more. Everyday your body will be more tired. Try to respect your body’s timing. If you feel like sleeping, sleep. It is your body asking for rest; it has received too much energy. Respect your body’s limitations.
The planet and you are going through a very intense, very strong process. And with each passing day, you will feel it more. Your bodies are transforming. This transformation, for now, will not be visible. But there will come a time when you will see differences in certain parts of your bodies. What kind of difference? I cannot give examples, because if I do, you will become so focused that you will create unnecessary deformities in your bodies. So just wait.
No, no one will turn into monsters, much less become deformed. You are approaching the perfect body, the body that was idealised by God the Father/Mother. Then you will see this transformation. For those who remain in balance, the transformation will be faster. You will see it very soon. Those who still maintain an unbalanced diet will take longer to begin to see it.
But a day will come when everyone will realise that they are different. Perhaps these will be small changes, subtle at first, which you yourselves will not notice, but those on the outside will. So, our intention in showing you what your body likes or needs is to help you in this transformation. It is so that this process happens quickly, soon. And the sooner this happens, the more immune you will become to the diseases of your world.
Understand, you will have a perfect body. Then everything that is sick and unbalanced today will be reversed, transformed, beautifully and perfectly, into a crystalline body. I understand that it is difficult for you to understand the difference between a carbon-based body and a crystalline-based body. And many ask themselves: ‘But if we are created with the elements of the planet, why will we cease to be carbon-based?’ I understand that it is difficult for you to understand the difference between a carbon-based body and a crystalline-based body. And many ask themselves: ‘But if we are created with the elements of the planet, why will we cease to be carbon-based and have the elements that Gaia has?’
Because you will be in a higher dimension. And in this dimension, you will be able to travel through the universe in any orb. You won’t need to change your physical clothing to remain on that star, that planet, that orb. So you will no longer need to have the elements of the planet. You will then be crystalline-based so that you can become subtle beings and walk through the universe in any situation, anywhere. It is difficult for you to understand this at this moment, but you will understand.
So let this be an incentive for you to become increasingly balanced in your diet, attitudes, and thoughts. There is no point in being perfect in your diet and saying negative things all day long, thinking bad things all the time. The whole picture needs to be in balance.
Look kindly upon your diet. Look with love upon every response your body gives you. And when it says no, do not feel angry; be grateful that it is informing you that it is not good for you and that you should avoid it. But you are not forbidden from eating it. Just always be aware that when you eat it, drink plenty of water to make it almost imperceptible to your body.
Nothing is required, my brothers and sisters. Nothing is forbidden. Everything must be in balance. We don’t forbid anything. But balance must be achieved so that your body can be in balance. That is the great wisdom. It is not about not eating at all. It is about eating or ingesting in balance.
Many people have the habit of not eating anything of animal origin. For all the reasons that have already been mentioned here. Some got used to it early on, as children, and do it with ease, because their bodies never knew it, so they don’t feel the desire or the need. Making a transition is complicated, and many are radical.
I say this: Radicalism is not balance. You can, indeed, eat occasionally, in balance. What you can’t do is maintain a habit of eating every day, especially foods that are most harmful to your body’s biochemistry.
I am not advocating any kind of trend here, but it is important that you have balance. Make the transition, yes, because in the Fifth Dimension, there will be no food of animal origin. And I repeat: none. You will consume nothing that is a product of an animal.
‘Ah, but will it be forbidden?’ I would not like to use that word. But you will be taught not to do it. However, you will still have free will. And it will be these choices that will guide your path in the Fifth Dimension. So, make a gentle, balanced transition, not a radical one, and don’t try to be radical with those who don’t.
Everyone knows themselves. The body belongs to each individual. It is not your body. So don’t criticise others for not being able to do it. There is no point in telling stories like, ‘Oh, because animals eat this, they eat that.’ Everyone already knows this. This is nothing new to anyone anymore. But sometimes the body asks for it. Sometimes the body needs the food it is used to consuming. And you simply took it away, creating a great imbalance.
Everything must be done consciously, step by step, point by point. Not all at once. Not radically. You exchange the food you stopped consuming for a bunch of medicines. Because your body is lost. It was used to get that substance, that vitamin, from that food.
And then you went radical; you took away the food, and your body got lost. It’s as if it asked: ‘What do I do now? Where do I get this?’ And then what happens? Medicines, supplements, to supply what you stopped giving the body. So, balance is needed. You can take it away, yes. But give the counterpoint. Consume it from time to time. It doesn’t have to be at the same rate you used to consume it.
Learn balance. Not too little, not too much. Balance. That’s the key. And stop criticising those who don’t do it exactly like you, who think you are perfect because you managed to stop eating everything. Congratulations to you. Did your body accept it? Are you totally in balance? Wonderful! But it’s someone else’s body, not yours.
Don’t criticise. Don’t make jokes or talk about what happens to the animal, because everyone knows. Everyone is already aware of this. So let everyone take care of themselves. Let everyone follow their own path, gradually letting go, in balance, finding new sources of what the body needs. Once this balance is found, the body will no longer ask for more because it has already found what it needed. You will no longer feel the urge to eat. Now, until you find balance, the body will ask for more.
No one is going crazy like you are saying. ‘Suddenly I felt like eating meat.’ So what? Will you be punished, crucified for that? Of course not. It is your body crying out for help because it no longer knows what to do. So have balance. That is the word. That is the way. Balance in everything.
And I repeat, not only in what you eat, but in what you think, what you say, and how you act. It is not enough to have a body free of animal products if you are a terrible human being. What good is that? Nothing. So act with balance. Be intelligent. Balance is everything.
Know how to walk. Know how to behave. And you will see, some sooner, some later, the differences in your bodies. But those differences will be for the better, not for anything else. Just believe it. And have a lot of love for your bodies. It is important at this moment.
Because if you look at your body and hate it, it gets sicker and sicker as it loses its reason for living. You don’t love your body. So why should it try to get better? It will simply give up, and you will get worse and worse.
It’s like someone who loses their reason for living and becomes a vagrant, ragged and dirty, because nothing else matters anymore. So, whenever you hate your body, remember this person: that beggar who wanders the streets, just walking, with no purpose in life, dirty, ragged, smelly, as you say, because they have lost the joy of living. This is your body when you hate it.
And never forget: there are countless reasons why you have made your body ugly. You were to blame, not it. Do not blame it for your actions. ‘Ah, but I am ill.’ One day, you were not like that; you fed the illness because you did nothing. So do not blame your body. Do not blame it. It was all your fault.
If there was a physical imbalance, you should have taken care of it. We are not going to go into this subject in depth here, because you will always have a reason, a motive, other than yourselves, to justify the body you do not like. But nothing will convince me that the body you have today was created by you, with your thoughts, your imbalance, everything. It was not God the Father/Mother, it was not the other, it was not Gaia, it was you who created it.
So hating it now won’t do much good. Do the opposite, start loving your body. Find your balance. Don’t go for someone else’s balance. It’s yours. And you will see the transformation. Believe it.
