Dear sons and daughters from planet Earth! I AM MARY!

My heart is always filled with Light and much Love, more than I already carry, when I can be here with each one of you. Many sad hearts. Many angry hearts. Others are apprehensive.

At this moment, the only thing I ask of each of you is trust; trust that every obstacle, every problem, every suffering, has a reason, a lesson, a degree of evolution. Nothing that happens is isolated or meaningless. Everything has a reason and a purpose.

It is up to each one of us to try  understanding, to try to identify, if possible, the source of what we are going through. But the most important thing, my sons and daughters, is not just to go through the problem with our heads held high, with confidence, the important thing is to try not to generate the source again, so as not to go through it again. Lessons are repeated until they are learned. Rebellion and despair solve nothing. It is necessary to understand that something that was caused at some point in time is being redeemed.

Do not be shaken by wars. Humanity has not yet learned to resolve conflicts with love, with words. It is necessary to demonstrate power, strength. It is necessary to demonstrate who is in charge. And to demonstrate what happens to those who do not obey.

These are old lessons. Backwards thoughts. Thoughts of those who still dominate this planet. As long as they remain on the surface, nothing will change. The time for action for each of them is coming to an end. But first, they must cause damage, cause suffering, cause pain.

However, everything that happens is the result of the desires of all those who live in the region. They create conflicts. Because, as I said, they do not understand any other form of negotiation. They only understand power through force. We cannot intervene. You have free will. We will not allow the destruction of the planet. This will not be permitted.

They want that, but we will not allow it. Gaia has already suffered too much from human actions. So this will not be allowed. But conflicts, wars, there is nothing we can do. Because these are human decisions, where the people emanated that. Somehow the energy grew to the point of turning into a war. It is not only the rulers who make the decisions, but also the people. The people contribute. The people emanate desires. And the egregore becomes so strong, so big, that the rulers find themselves cornered.

Do not place the blame on one person. Everyone emanated the desire. Then you may say to me, “No, but not everyone wants war.” I agree. But the necessary part to create the conflict has already happened. Nothing is by chance, my sons and daughters. The people define what they want to go through the paths they want the nation to take.

Rulers are not solitary beings. They only respond to the energies emanating from the people. Everything is in the same context. Have you forgotten? You are all connected. If the people yearn for war, that ruler feels it. And if he is weak and only thinks about power, he will assume this role. Do not think that the people are totally submissive.

The people think and provoke what happens. Do not place those who govern as executioners. Of course, they have their own ego power, due to the position they occupy, but they respond to the energy of the Whole of all those who vibrate something, and they only respond.

Don’t be naive. The world doesn’t work that way. Each of you is responsible for what you emanate. And if everyone emanates the same thing, everything happens. You are powerful beings. You cause all of this. Don’t blame Gaia for everything that is happening for the floods, for the flooding. Gaia is nature. And what have you done to nature?

Do you respect the rivers? Do you respect the mountains? Do you respect the forest? Is Gaia to blame? Gaia never said, “Build where there used to be a tree. Cut down trees and build on the mountain. Fill the rivers with trash.” Did Gaia say that? So don’t look at Gaia as if she were to blame.

You are receiving back all the lovelessness that has been done on this planet. That’s all. It is not revenge, it is not planetary transition. It is the return of the actions you have caused. Nothing goes unpunished, my sons and daughters. Everything comes back. Do not try to pretend to be saints, good people, forgetting the past lives of souls. It is the Law of Cause and Effect—the Law of Return.

So, what is important at this moment? Take a deep breath and move forward. One step at a time. Accept everything that happens with resilience and love. And above all, try to understand what that lesson is for. What do you need to change so you don’t go through it again? What is your role in the event?

And rest assured: there is a role. However small it may be. A piece of paper thrown on the street. But together with other people’s paper, it clogs the pipes. You are not immune. Each one of you had a part in that event. Understand that. Accept that you made a mistake and are now reaping the consequences. Think about it, my sons and daughters, think about it carefully.

And today, I’m going to leave you with another challenge. This week’s challenge will be:

Don’t complain about anything. Every time you find yourself complaining, be grateful for what you just complained about.

It certainly won’t be an easy exercise, because you have this habit. But try, try not to complain about anything for seven days.

And the exercise to be done all the time is to repeat these words:

“I am responsible for everything I experience.

I accept the consequences of my actions.”

Write down this sentence and repeat it constantly, as many times as you want, but repeat it from the heart. Don’t just say it for the sake of saying it, because that won’t do any good. Speak with confidence, with certainty in what you are saying. Don’t just talk for the sake of talking. And believe me, my sons and daughters, your world is changing. The dirt is coming to the surface. Be ready for what is to come.
