Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM MARY!

First of all, I cover you, my son, my daughter, with my mantle. And I bring you strength, courage, determination, confidence and much, much Light.

Every day, my son, my daughter, fill your heart with Light and Love. Don’t get carried away by the suffering of others. Everyone is reaping the fruits of what they have sown. We’re in a time of heavy harvesting. This brings a lot of imbalance, a lot of pain, a lot of anger.

But this is necessary so that everyone can look at their own shadows. And see how much the ego deceived you into thinking that you were a perfect and completely unattainable being.

Difficult times are already here for everyone. Everyone is going through what is necessary. Some are moving forward, evolving. Others, going back a little further, to learn that there is no such thing as deceit, there is no such thing as cheating, there is no such thing as a little way when you want to evolve. There is only Light and Love. Nothing else. The return is sometimes painful, but it is necessary for a new impulse to happen.

Fill your hearts with Love. Only in this way will you get through everything a little more easily. But always bear in mind, don’t suffer the suffering of others. Everyone is where they need to be. Everyone will get through what they need to get through.
