Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM MARY!

My heart almost bursts with joy, every time I can come here and connect with all of you. At this moment I embrace the planet Earth and pass on to it all my Love, my Light. And this Love and Light reaches the heart  of every son and daughter who lives there.

My sons and daughters, don’t look at us with fear. Don1t look at us as beings who will reprimand you, who will punish you for anything you do. There is no punishment from any source, not even from God the Father/Mother, much less from us. Always feel free.

Everything that we say, that we teach, is so that you stop and think. Don’tt accept, like mental slaves, that you believe in everything that we say. It’s necessary that every word, every teaching, be absorbed with Love, understood with Love, and accepted with Love.

Let’s say we talk about a teaching. Then you might think, “But I don’t agree with that. But I’ll have to do it, right?” Then I tell you, you ‘willn’t do it from the heart; you’ll be doing it because we said so and in your understanding you need to comply. No, you don’t need to do anything.

It’s necessary that everyone understands what we’re saying. That everyone accepts what we’re saying wholeheartedly. Often, we say something that is meant to be thought about, analyzed, not simply obeyed as an order from above. No. It’s for you to think about. For you to stop and look at the subject matter.

Sometimes we put things in a somewhat harsh way. I could  say even  in a heavy-handed way, but that’s the point. It’s to give you a scare. “What do you mean? What is he saying?” And pay attention to what was said. Don’t take everything literally. We aren’t mind manipulators. We aren’t hypnotists who force thoughts into your minds.

It’s necessary, my sons and daughters, that you understand what is being said. We often bring images or give examples of something that will be easy for you to remember, like an association. When this is mentioned, you immediately remember the image we gave you. And you will remember everything that was said about it. And you willn’t forget.

Don’t place yourselves as beings who are kneeling, humiliated, without free will. When you are guided by us. We teach you many truths. Truths that have been distorted by humans over time. Today, you are learning what is right; what you must avoid. But at the same time, I say: Everything must be done from the heart.

Repeating something we say, just for the sake of saying it, will do no good. None of you are obligated to do anything for us, or we woudn’t be Beings of Light. Many of you make commitments and think that in  the moment that you break those commitments, we willn’t look at you anymore. We’ll be angry and upset.

My sons and daughters, there is no commitment from you to us. In some cases, there are agreed missions. But often we don’t demand what you do. You give yourselves out of love. But if any day, any one of you comes …, “I don’t want to do this anymore, I’m tired.” We will give you a big hug of gratitude for everything you have done during the time you were with us. Because you contributed to us, but above all to yourself and your brothers and sisters.

Many of you are mistaken when you think you are doing things for us. When we say:  “Help us!” ,  then you are doing something to help us. My sons and daughters, this help is for yourselves, for your brothers and sisters, for everyone around you. Not for us. What kind of Beings of Light would we be , if we needed your help or the help of any other being in the universe? Where is our strength?

When we say, “help us,” we mean that you should collaborate with the entire process. Adding more Love, more Light, and helping your brothers and sisters, not us. You take everything literally. You always want to have an argument, to contest, to not accept; when you should be more concerned with your own Light.

Yes, my sons and daughters, your vessels of Light aren1t very full. Some have stopped their journey and their vessels are emptying because they are tired of waiting. Yes, my sons and daughters, if everything happened only according to our will, you wouldn’t have this chance to go to the Fifth Dimension in your physical body. Because we would have cleansed this planet a long time ago. This , by our will.

But free will exists. And we respect it. So, in fact, there is an ongoing process. And when you participate in it, it accelerates. Yes, you can accelerate it, make it more powerful. Because you are the most important part of the process. When you put your heart into it and want to evolve and do what it takes, you emanate this desire, this will, this Love, and this adds to the process. That is how you help us. You help us complete our mission. Which, regardless of you, will be fulfilled, because there is a deadline for the ascension of the planet.

So, my sons and daughters, why the rebellion? Why so many questions? Why is it so difficult to accept what we say? I recognize that change is difficult. Acquiring new habits is difficult. Losing old habits , is even more difficult. But it’s necessary for you to evolve.

And it’s worth remembering: with every question, every revolt, every criticism about what we say, what we teach, you  be taking a step back. Not as punishment for us. Not because we are offended. But because of your attitude. Then you may ask: “But didn’t you say we didn’t have to accept everything? Yes, you don’t have to accept it; you just have to stop and think. Don’t rebel. Don’t argue. Don’t be in doubt. You have to think. The  acceptance comes later, and from the heart. It all depends on how you behave in relation to what is said.

My sons and daughters, you still have much to learn. You will still go through many things. And you will always remember what we have already said. This isn’t a moment for questioning , or doubt. It’s a moment for analysis and change. So that change can help you evolve, grow, and ascend.

For today’s Code of Light, I leave you with the following phrases:

“I stop and think about everything I am taught.

I evaluate and observe where I fit into what has been said

And I accept every word with all my heart.

And I change my trajectory so that I can evolve.

After these sentences, say the following word: Tratolítium! Tratolítium! Tratolítium!

My sons and daughters, I leave each one of you at this moment, within a great aura of Light and Love. Feel this energy, remain in it for seven breaths, at the end of this video.
