I come again to bring all my Love, energy, and peace to every human heart. Do not fear my children, do not worry about what will come. We have said here so many times there is no escaping the lessons; there is no escaping the learning. The more fear, the more complex the lessons will become. The more trust, the more certainty that everything has a purpose, and the lessons will seem lighter.

Everything in your journey has the weight that you put on it. Suppose you look at suffering with actual resignation, Love, and understanding that there is a lesson. In that case, suffering will seem light to you, even though it is not. This is because you will carry it with Love and lightness, which will make the solution crystal clear, and you will be able to leave the suffering behind very quickly. On the other hand, suppose you look at suffering with bitterness, resentment, and feelings different from the Light. In that case, it becomes heavy and drawn out, and the solution seems never to come because you are not looking at it with Love.

My sons and daughters, how much physical suffering do you attract into your bodies. And why? Because they are lessons, you don’t want to learn, lessons you don’t look at with Love. And the weight of the problem, from your minds, falls on your bodies. You carry them on your backs. You don’t accept change; you don’t accept that you are wrong. Every illness and every pain is a lesson. It is an imbalance caused by something to be dealt with or looked at with Love. Resentment, hurt, anger, keep the suffering going because you cannot forgive; you do not find forgiveness valid. Because someone has made you suffer so much, how can you forgive?

So I give you the example of my son: What did you do to him? You flogged him, you hurt him, you humiliated him, and you made fun of his words. And what did he give you in return? The world to come! He forgave humanity because that is so. You cannot hold the feeling of hatred, resentment, and hurt and not have the return of their energy. This is the return, the physical suffering. Some suffer more, others less, but whenever there is physical suffering, it is for unforgiven actions, not only in this life but all lives. The soul punishes itself; the soul has not yet learned that this punishment leads to nothing. It leads to more rebellion, pain, and blasphemy; in many cases, it worsens the whole process.

Today your Souls are seeing how wrong they were, how much they caused their own suffering and chose to incarnate and continue to feel the pain they caused. But there is a better way to learn; there is a way to evolve. Evolution is through forgiveness; forgiveness is a powerful feeling, a powerful energy capable of working miracles. But what can you do today for something your soul has committed? You know, you have already learned to ask for forgiveness and to forgive.

Of course, the whole process has reached your body; today, you have sick, deformed, mistreated bodies, and it won’t be forgiveness that will change all that instantly. So what is the use? I tell you: If today your pain is 100 kg, after forgiveness, the burden will be 1 kg, and it will be light because you will no longer have the weight on your back.

The problem will not be solved because it took you a long time to understand this, but you will have immense relief on your path. Physical pain doesn’t evolve anyone; physical pain is treacherous because the soul thinks that living what it has caused appeases the feeling. No, on the contrary, it attracts more pain. What placates the feeling is forgiveness in any position, request, or donation. Don’t think that by suffering, you are paying for past mistakes because you are not. It takes the action of forgiveness; no soul evolves without forgiveness, make no mistake about that. You need to have a pure heart, without hurt, anger, resentment, hatred, and feelings of revenge, so that you can make great strides toward evolution.

Make no mistake, you have learned a lot of wrong things. It’s time to change your ideas. It’s time to open your consciences and see the truth, the horizons, and the Light at the end of the tunnel. Leave your burdens on the path, forgive and ask for forgiveness, no matter to whom. It’s a request for your whole journey. It’s important. Many have done this process constantly, and many think it is excessive. It is not. How many lives have your souls had, one, two, or thousands?

So for a request for forgiveness to reach everyone, it must be repeated many times. So that the strength of that energy increases each day. It can go through the whole of your soul’s existence and go on, provoking change and eliminating burdens.

Make this a daily action; all you have to do is ask with your heart. Open your hearts, forgive, and ask for forgiveness for everyone. It doesn’t matter what has been done; ask, and you will see how your heart will lighten, the burdens will fall by the wayside, and your pain practically disappears. Because you were able to forgive, you were able to accept that you were wrong. This is moving toward the light, moving toward evolution.
