This meditation may be done in a lying or sitting position, as you wish.
Just make yourself comfortable.
Deeply inhale the Green Light.
Inhale this Green Light and as you exhale, let go of whatever troubles you right now.
Inhale once more, and as you exhale, release your doubts and fears.
Breathe in the Green Light once more, and as you breathe out, let go of all the fatigue and discouragement that may still exist.
Keep breathing normally during this Green Light.
At this moment, you are taken to a chamber. It’s a huge, empty chamber.
Don’t be afraid. Don’t try to piece this place together; just feel its energy.
It has no defined form within your world.
Each of you may perceive it differently.
For those of you who are seated in the physical world, see you now lying in this chamber.
Look up.
Whirling green lights will appear as if they had their own lives and conscience.
And these lights swirl in circles all over the chamber.
Close your eyes.
Each of these lights will permeate your body.
No, you won’t feel any pain or discomfort.
Feel the energy from the lights pass through your body.
These lights will heal each spot cleansed on your body, filling the empty spaces that remained after the cleansing.
Stay in this state for five minutes.
Now each of these lights will begin to leave your body.
Open your eyes.
You will notice that these lights will form a symbol higher up.
Pay close attention to the symbol formed by the union of those lights.
It is a well-known symbol.
Everyone will have their own symbol.
So keep an eye out for what you see.
This symbol should be kept in your mind or drawn so that you do not forget it. In moments of complete and utter unbalance, look at this symbol; see it glowing in a green tone, and just watch it for a minute. Every unbalance will be healed.
It’s a gift I’m giving you on this journey.
Now the symbol disintegrates on the top of the chamber.
Close your eyes again.
You’ll be taken to a river.
No, it’s a quiet river, really peaceful.
Open your eyes, and you’ll be floating quietly in the river.
Listen to the sound of running water on the riverbanks.
Let yourself sink into these waters.
Those who are scared to go into the water shouldn’t be afraid. Nothing will affect you, but if you can’t, stay afloat.
Come back to the surface.
This nice bath seals the whole process done during this journey, invigorating your body and your cells, bringing much light to your journey. Float back up.
Close your eyes once more.
Breathe in that green light one more time.
And as you open your eyes again, you will return to your physical world and consciousness.
